This is a most superior Macdonalds experience. Came two weeks ago and gave my food 10 out of 10. Same today.all piping hot and tasty. Very nice staff and very very clean. In particular the sauce station is the cleanest I have ever seen. Good work management.See you soon and thank you!!

Placed our order via the touchscreens at the front of the store. Sat down and waited....... and waited....... and...... waited some more. After some 20+ minutes my Wife went to the counter to ask where our meal was and was given the drinks part of the order and then had a lad tell her that, 'sorry, we did not receive your order'?? If it was not received, why was our drinks part of that same order made ready?? A Manager stood gabbing away, taking absolutely NO notice of what was going on at all. It was left to a lovely young girl there to come across to my Wife and apologise and set about making our food order. I have dietary needs and allergies and specifically asked for a plain Big Mac Meal, no pickles, etc, as these can cause a reaction which, if not treated, can become severe. Our order finally turns up (almost 45 minutes after ordering it) and....... my order has everything in it that I had specifically requested NOT be. I went to the counter and asked the young lad there why my order was not as requested and was told, 'I will sort it out for you now.' He was back within seconds with the same meal. I asked him, 'is that a fresh meal?' to which he said, Yes. When I asked him, 'or have you just removed the items that were incorrectly put in it?' he replied that, actually, he had, and proceeded to puch the meal towards me to take back to my table. I pushed it back, saying that, 'you keep it, unless you want me to have a severe allergic reaction!'...... he just shrugged and said, 'I will make a fresh meal then!' At no time did a Manager come over to see what the problem was. In fact, not even to apologise for their obvious and potentially harmful mistake. In fact, they stood there chatting away and playing on their phones, completely and utterly disinterested in their customers. I could have suffered a severe allergic reaction because of their lack of interest, training, and just complete disdain for those people who pay their wages. I will be writing to head office about this because I could have ended up in Hospital, or worse simply because someone could not be bothered to do a simple thing like READ THE ORDER! What a complete and utter shambles! I used to run several fast food establishments when I lived in Australia as an area manager and never would I have allowed this type of complete mismanagement of a business to have happened. Those responsible would have had a chat in my office and a good deal of extra training in both customer service and in learning how to actually read, and understand, simple instructions for the orders. Come on McDonalds, where are your standards nowadays???

acially attacked at morrisons mcdonalds peterborough... By the management and team.. Only went in to collect my order. Had to ask several times to see if my order was ready.. Ignored and given attitude and then when i asked again their team started getting funny and came round the counter in my face as they wanted a fight lol... 6 against 1.... Is that not a threat to me???? The lady assitant manager was making things up as she went along screaming all the way from the other side of the store..she heard me threatening a member of staff ,and couldnt tell me what i said when i questioned her... She has no idea of how to deal with issues and what the process is..at least investigate to find out what the issue is ... Who made her a manager.....lol I then asked for the store manager..apparently hes not there I then ask for store owner ..apparently not there.. I then ask for regional manager contact...apparently cant give details What a joke!! Im not going to let this drop....

We stopped off here on our way home .stone cold burgers and no chicken nuggets with chicken nugget happy meal

everytime we visit this mcdonalds the staff are horrically unavailable and disengaged, and the food is always cold , not even remotely close to being room temperature, and the bread is stale, shittest mcdonalds in peterborough

It was difficult to order on the McDonald's app as the system thought we were at a different location to the one we were ordering at; perseverance eventually got it working. Food was slow to arrive; burgers were okay, but chips were soggy and barely warm. Ice cream was delicious and great value. Car park only allows for 60 minutes (we didn't notice on arrival); due to the initial delays and then us ordering additional food and drinks (oblivious of the limit) and having to wait for those, we were there for 100 minutes. Parking charge notice received in the post. I won't be eating at this McDonald's again, and am seriously considering never going to one by car again. Having five teenage kids, we've been plenty of times over the past 20 years, have typically spent £50-£80 per visit, and would've continued to do so until now. Maybe McDonald's should consider this sort of loss over whatever they think they are achieving with these parking restrictions. UPDATE: After a few emails back and forth with McDonald's customer services, they have arranged for my parking charge to be cancelled. It's a shame this happened and that I had to complain, but at least it has been resolved satisfactorily. I'll be more vigilant for the parking signs in the future... and I recommend speaking with the manager of the restaurant if you are a legitimate customer and are likely to overstay the limit.

Brilliant service recirved by a lovely manager ‘Louise’ I never chose table service option but she insisted she brought this over to myself and my disabled wife she was extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble, food was lovely and place extremely clean

We decided to eat here with my 4 year old grandson who was visiting We were extremely disappointed The fries were the most anaemic looking ever and barely warm Even one burger which was supposedly freshly cooked was barely warm We will certainly not visit again

Everything we ordered was cold kids meal, double cheeseburger and even the lattes only plus point was didn’t have to use machine to order

After a really long time to get food if was then cold and the response from staff was like a joke was very bad experience

Normal McDonalds. Parking ok. Off the main A47 from Peterborough. Not a large seating area considering its location.

terrible food cold no serviettes no sauce bad service drive through so we did not stop to complain but £10 for two burgers and tasteless chips wont go again terrible don't go there

Wanted as quick something to nibble on so I thought I'd pop into McDonald's in Westgate Peterborough. I know it's very busy but what you get when you place yr order is not what is advertised. I purchased a fillet of fish only to find no cheese in it. I had complained before That they had cut back on the quantity of cheese but today no cheese whatsoever. Staff are being slap dash and cutting corners basically stiffing customers. Sell what you are advertising not churning out part meals. Staff know that unless customers consume their meals on the premises very few are going to go back and complain. I will definitely check anything i purchase from them before I leave, should I venture back there again. Busy does not represent slap dash in any food establishment fast food or not. In my estimation they are not offering what they are displaying.. if not remove the photos.

Typical McDonald's food, served correctly and quickly. Car park a bit grubby though and looks like it's part of a scrap yard.

La joven mujer de limpieza la planta de compras y limpiar las mesas fuimos para servir comida, pero no hizo ningún esfuerzo para limpiar sus manos en todo antes de servir la comida a los clientes. Nunca más. De lejos, el ministerio peor que he estado. Evitar. Absolutamente repugnante

Aparecimos en el camino de vuelta de visitar nuestro antiguo pueblo wherewe solía vivir. Para una escapada desesperada Stoppedmainly wc pero decidedto ordenar comida. Muy elegante por dentro y por fuera. Fue thefirsttimeI había visto el nuevo sistema pidiendo que tienen donde puedes realizar el pedido usted mismo a través de un gran tablero con pantalla táctil, así que no tienes que hacer cola y sólo pagas insertando su tarjeta. La comida es buena. Tuvimos una comida Big mac y una patatas fritas pequeñas. Fue muy concurrido, con custimers queueuing para comer en la habitación y en el fre getround, pero fue rápido el servicio.

Paramos aquí para desayunar antes de continuar en un 150 millas en coche hasta unas vacaciones en familia. Ninguno de nosotros (los niños 12 y 15) son grandes uno de comida rápida. No puedo creer que la gente paga este precio por comida malísimos. Diminutas porciones de basura insípida. Sé que es estándar para mcdonalds, pero realmente deben aumentar el bar

It's on an A road. It is convenient location to stop on a road trip but nothing special. Serves burgers and chips. What more do you want from a McDonalds?

Paramos a desayunar para comer. Personal muy amable, rápido, profesional y eficiente. Pedimos y recibimos una Mcmuffin con salchichas, huevos revueltos, café hashbrown y negro. El café era precioso, el resto era como comiendo un dollop de grasa. Históricamente, las patatas fritas en este restaurante usualmente han sido grasienta. Creo que tienen su grasa demasiado bajo una temperatura.

The rudest trainee manager I have had the misfortunes to come across... In fact worst customer service I have experienced ever. Will never return. Sooner travel for more miles to the next Mac D !!!

Este lugar ha sido recientemente renovada y lo hicieron un whoopsy con el diseño del a través de Drive. Tienes que conducir un circuito incluso antes de que usted llegue al altavoz. Luego pusieron la ventana demasiado cerca de la próxima esquina derecha, y por lo tanto la rotonda se convierte en demasiado estrecho para camionetas. En el camino de la carretera de entrada tiene camiones aparcados a la izquierda por lo que se ven obligados a conducir a la derecha, siga en dirección a la salida de la rotonda.

We recently stopped in for a quick meal, as we traveled south from Nottingham. While not great advocates for this kind of fast food, we found the convenience of the late hour and quick service useful, so we could a) eat and b) get on with our journey. This McDonald's branch was very efficient, and the food was hot and not overtly steam-trayed or heat-lamped. The fish sandwich was what I expected from the chain, tasty but a little haphazard in the way it was put together. My partner had one of the "American inspired" promotional burgers which was good, but a bit heavy on the sauce side.All in all, for a late night travel meal it was a better than expected stop. 3 out of 5 in the eatery world as a whole, and 4 out of 5 for a fast food chain.

I visited the Mcdonalds at Eye on my way back from a trip to Kent. My car was overheating so decided to give it a break, I was in need of a drink & food so popped in. I use this one occasionally as a drive by so I know the standard. As I was ordering a man came storming in, threw his meal on the counter & shouted at the staff, he left 1 of the items on the counter but took the other 1 and left. I got my chilli chicken wrap and banana milkshake and I sat and enjoyed every mouthful. A particular member of staff Daivaa was very friendly and helpful so thank you young lady for your assistance as I left the premises.
