Kfc in Hackney

I stopped going for months, because the chicken was not done twice! Started back with a friend recently, and my last 4 visits were abominable. 3 times, my orders were incorrect. Twice, the original chicken was crispy. We were unable to dine in because air had been out for couple of months. The manager (Randy) has NO customer service skills and his attitude is awful! He made an incorrect order in drive through, hubby didn't go back. Next time, I ordered INSIDE and he did the SAME thing. I took it back! Once he gave someone my order through drive through while I was at counter, took it back and tried to give it to me. I explained it left the premises, it is unsanitary and is supposed to be disposed of....remake my order! Tonight was the last straw. Chicken hard, dry and tasted freezer burned. Upcharged me for white meat, when he said that was all he had! He refused to correct the situation. I could go on and on. Last visit there....

Nunca más ordenaré desde esta sucursal a través de Ubereats. Esta es la segunda vez que pierden artículos de mi pedido y luego, cuando me comuniqué con Ubereats, dijeron que había pedido demasiados reembolsos en el pasado y que no me iban a reembolsar nada. Esta es mi segunda orden incorrecta, ¿qué se supone que debo hacer, ignorar su incompetencia? KFC comete dos errores y de alguna manera soy un criminal y no merezco que me reembolsen. No realice pedidos en esta sucursal ni en Ubereats. Ambos son tramposos. Corre la voz como lo hago yo.

Wonderfully rude! The charm and appeal of this place is how the staff manage to turn fast food into a ridiculously slow affair. The duty manager ( manage is a slightly grand term ) informed me that the person with arms folded could not carry out a certain task because they were not trained and that his other subordinate could defy good food hygiene standards by both handling food and money without the need for hand washing or gloves. It is heart warming to know that these kind of places still exist. Good old fashioned bad manners and rudeness with poor quality food have not left our shores. Well done KFC franchise or owned store ( the manager refused to tell me which it was ) in providing a laughably bad customer experience. By the way tell your staff members not to cough into their hand and then handle food.

La segunda visita a esta sucursal, la segunda vez que no tuvieron lo que quería: "sin hamburguesas", "sin alas calientes" a las 20:30. Solo parecían interesados en los pedidos de Deliveroo y los otros clientes habían estado esperando mucho tiempo solo para que los atendieran, y mucho menos decepcionados por no tener lo que querían. Salió, evite.

El pollo está bueno, pero el inodoro está muy mal, está muy sucio, sucio con orina en el suelo y huele muy mal. Ni siquiera puedo durar unos segundos más para lavarme las manos y las señoras de la barra conversaban cuando no estaban ocupadas o era su trabajo para limpiar cuando sea necesario? Pero no pueden oler la suciedad.

Personale gentile e veloce ( una parla italiano ) ma non c'è da sedersi e l'abbiamo mangiato in hotel. Non male per 1 volta.

This is the worst place to eat, cheap unhealthy and although the staff are fan and friendly the food is cheap it has no healthy options...

The lunch was okay though a bit basic. I liked the level of service, quite fast. Pricing quite reasonable.

Allora, premettiamo che in questa struttura mancano i posti a sedere, sono dovuto andare al parco di fronte.. Ho mangiato un Burger fillet che diciamo non era la fine del mondo.. Arredamento molto scarso, come se fosse una catena che non gli importa nulla.. Tutto sommato diciamo che non mi è piaciuto, ci sono altre catene molto migliori e ben fatte..

A branch of the Kentucky Fried Chicken...it is cheap and cheerfull...across from Finsbury Park no real sitting area but a good take away....avoid from 11-13 or 3-4....here is a local college nearby and it will be packed with students....(I used to b one)

KFC ci piace!! Ma in questo c'è poco smercio, le alette non erano di certo appena fatte!! Meglio uno più centrale...

Nos hospedábamos cerca una noche era lo único que estaba abierto y decidimos probar, no nos decepcionamos, muy buena atención y la comida no defraudo, recomendable

No está mal de precio pero el pollo no está tan bueno como en otros restaurantes de la cadena en los que lo había probado, además en las cercanías hay otros establecimientos que sirven el mismo producto y está mejor.

O restaurante é pequeno e fica bem perto do Finsbury park. É bem movimentado mas o atendimento é rápido. Os atendentes são atenciosos e a comida costuma seguir o padrão KFC.
