Burger King in Bexley

Horrible lugar, pedí una comida para llevar para mi hija y nietos. El servicio era muy lento y no exactamente amable, la orden tomó unos 20 minutos (no estaba ocupado). Cuando llegamos a casa faltaban los dos artículos más caros del pedido. Cuando intenté llamar y quejarme el número de teléfono en el sitio web no funcionó, así que tendré que volver en persona para quejarme.

Server was efficient but tables in dinning area messy as always.toilet facilties closed to paying guests. Not good first impressions really. Would you eat at a dirty table?

Ordered on Uber, they were great. Burger king couldn't manage to get the order right, missing chips and a sauce and the things we did get were cold (no thermal delivery packaging. We will be avoiding this place in future because they are usless.

Pedimos 32 alimentos a través de Uber Eats. La comida llegó en bolsas empapadas dañadas debido a la gran cantidad de condensación de las botellas de bebidas, tan mala que se había empapado hasta la comida, lo que la dejó completamente fría y empapada. Tuvo que ser desechado. Después de una queja a Uber eats, la respuesta fue "entendemos que es frustrante cuando esperas que los alimentos lleguen a una temperatura determinada y no lleguen, pero no podemos ofrecer un reembolso". Pésimo servicio y pésima comida. Nunca volveré a cometer el error de ordenar de ellos de nuevo.

Our order took over an hour to be delivered by Deliveroo.The Burgers from this Burger King are sub standard and very small compared to their counterparts anywhere in South Africa. The order delivered was not what was ordered on line.The on-line live response to our complaint was inadequate to say the least. We were only credited with the cost of a cheese whopper that had been paid for and not delivered.

Went there this morning. Waited for 15 minutes for a very short queue, only 2 customers before me. After I have made the ordered I need to wait another 15 minutes for my meal. Fast food restaurant supposed to be fast. No serviettes/tissues, bad hygiene on their counter, messy and dirty kitchen, loose sugar all over the rack, bad ventilation, sticky table, leftover fries and meat on the floor, dirty glass window/door, empty hand wash dispenser in the wash room.very fortunate, the staff was good. Very disappointed on their SOP Standard Operation Procedure. This branch need urgent attention..

I visit this restaurant probably once or twice a month. Service is generally good and the burgers are tasty and much better than their competitors. Tea and coffee is always hot. My only complaint is that fries are more often than not cold, unless I ask for hot ones or they have just been cooked.

Same as most burger kings around the world service ok.staff helpful menu same as an other burger king still miles better than McDonalds though

Twice I have visited this branch, and twice there has been no toilet paper in either of the two toilets, and no soap in the dispensers. This was at 10.30 a.m. Saturday morning, which reflects bad hygiene where food restaurants are concerned. Some of the tables were presentably dirty overall. Very off-putting when eating out. Wouldn't visit this branch again.

My family and I went into this Burger King Branch a few weeks ago. All of the table were dirty with old trays and food every where. When my partner politely asked at the tills for a table to be cleaned the staff members huffed. Hello you are getting paid to be here!!! The toilets were filthy with water all over the floor where my 4 year slipped. If I was a food inspector I would close the branch down. We will not be returning to this branch.

When ever I go shopping in Bexleyheath I always go Burger King for a Whopper Meal Deal, its my favourite and the staff are always friendly.

We ate here mid week, not in school holidays, when it should be quiet, it took over 10 minutes to be served. When the food arrived it was cold and tasteless and the grease on the burger had formed into an unattractive slime. Needless to say I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered takeaway. It was delivered very hot and fresh. The food was great. We had a Fish burger and beef burger with fries. Very suprised. Will order again.

A quick stop ...., clean restaurant, efficient staff, delicious burger, proper flame grilled taste, good chips ......good value.

Today I came here. I came with my two kids and my Mrs. We all ordered different meals. It was nice. Chips were a bit cold though. True story.
