KFC in Hounslow

Great quality food with mininum waiting time.. Worth for the money spent. I ordered for Gravy bucket from Christmas offer, the combination of Chicken with Gravy is highly ecstatic. Wish everyone to try it for once..

So much better than the KFC in Sunbury. Decent sized portions, tasty chicken and the chips were cracking - Light and fluffy with a slight crisp. Unlike the KFC in Sunbury that serves limp, luke warm tasteless food in minuscule portions. Great job !

The worst KFC around staff so rude and the manager well she’s on another level refusing to give the customer what they ask for then refusing to give her name for us to report to head office. Made a note of day,Time and restaurant so head office can find out her name. Nasty food as well, never go in this KFC again in my life

paid online for 9 pc original recipe chiken but the order was not issued, they said that the online order is not accepted. the money has disappeared from the bank . Feltham tw134dx

Never again to visit to come here. In todays day and age where management require a good service. Here clearly not terrible service. Please do not waste money at this branch. Not fair on business trying to make ends meet and are providing good service.. Terrible service. No needs of customers met. Terrible. Very disappointed.

Useless restaurant. I ordered four popcorn chicken and one arrived. How hard can it be? Won't answer the phone so impossible to resolve. This isn't the first time but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again!

Did not receive my order, after ordering an hour before delivery. Driver went to wrong place. The driver phoned me and I explained to him that I live on the highstreet not new road Hanworth. Said he would get back to me but I did not receive a call back.. its only cause I phoned the Feltham branch that I was told "Driver took back to the restaurant" I said to the guy, could they re-cook and send back out to me, he said no, you will have to re-order.. terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service especially by the manager and terrible quality of chicken (was oozing with oil)

Absolutely disgusting. Will never go hear again. Tried calling about my Appalling food, no one picked up the phone.

This off has been there for years and it's not how it was years ago the people that work in there have no clue always get it wrong the chicken is so full of fat and most times dry I won't go in there again

Good food at a reasonable price but quite often you have to wait in a long queue so avoid at busy times such as early evening.

This place is usually open until 11pm, so great for last minute cravings. Served fast and good flavors and freshly made. Great to have it near us.

This is really appalling! Some of the chicken pieces are smaller than the wings! It tastes odd, different to other KFC's I've been to. It's all very greasy and unpleasant. Chips are awful, same as all KFC's. My wife wanted some breast pieces for the children, after a discussion she managed to get them to give her three breast pieces, when at first they said they only had two. We only got there sometimes as it's close to where we live, but I honesty feel I do not want to eat their food again, get no pleasure from it.

This KFC used to be good but has gone downhill. I would only eat here if i was desperate. I got ill last year eating chicken here and only went again because the mrs wanted a late-night burger. Staff are helpful but must improve the food.

I went there to get some takeaway and can’t really say bad things about chicken. Chips were a bit cold. I think they changed supplier as coleslaw wasn’t as good as before. It was Friday evening and they didn’t have any bottles of drink! They did pour some in the plastic cups but I had to drink it quickly as was loosing freshness and all the dizziness. Didn’t get any salt, tissues or forks which usually they give for takeaway.

I have been here twice and both times I hated it. The chicken tasted weird, very oily and didn't smell or taste like any other KFC i have been to. I would avoid this KFC, save your money!

Went KFC in Feltham very bad chicken had not taste wat so ever will not b going there again normally when I have KFC I can still taste it after it felt like I had chicken from fravoite chicken shop or chicken but even that is better

Friendly staff. Reasonable place. Fit for purpose . Just if toilets can improve. But all other elements are great

Don’t think I’ve ever had a correct order. Chicken rubbery. Won’t be eating from there again. Used to be really nice few years ago but gradually gone down hill

Overall the food was nice used to ear there until I found out I was eating halal without being told so I choose not to eat KFC anymore but if you're a halal eater this is a good place to eat but non halal eaters aren't given a choice which is poor

Fuimos allí un sábado. Se mantuvo un rato esperando para debido a no estar listo, pero la comida el personal nos dio comida extra/ofreció otra bebida y eran muy buenas.

Sometimes very busy and small shop front so gets quite squashed. Not eaten in so can't comment on that.

La comida es buena. Nunca había tenido problemas con la calidad de la comida. El personal es amable (nunca habíamos tenido un problema con ellos). Normalmente tomamos la comida así que realmente no puedo decir nada sobre el restaurante a. En general recomendaría cubos a compartir en buena calidad para un buen precio.

I like the meals at KFC and they are reasonably priced. Good and fast service for takeaway. Never eaten in the restaurant

Slow service, order has been wrong before so make sure you check it before going home! Worst Kfc apart from Sunbury that I have visited.

I recently discovered that this particular branch of KFC was no on Trip Advisor, so have submitted it for entry.Not because I thought it was any good mind...I was working as an event security officer in Camberley Town Centre for the recent Christmas lights turn on. As such, I and my colleagues did not get much opportunity for breaks. We were however given half an hour to ourselves once the market was set up, so myself and a colleague went to the High Street KFC.As we entered all was well. The restaurant was clean and relatively empty- so there would be no problem finding a table.Then however it became apparent why the restaurant was empty. There was a long queue at the counter, with only 2 staff noticeable. 1 was at the till, and a second in the kitchen area. Nonetheless we joined the queue in the hope that more staff would appear shortly as it was nearly lunchtime.Alas it was not to be. By this point I had been on my feet for nearly 6 hours and was looking forward to something to eat and the use of a toilet. As the queue didn't appear to be moving, I left my colleague to hold our place in the line whilst I sought the commode.Having found it, I then observed that a key was needed to gain entry. To do this, I would need to... Yes you've guessed it, queue for the key. At this point I noticed that there was now indeed a 2nd queue- this time for the toilet key.As the queue had not moved since our arrival, and no more staff were forthcoming, and my bladder was on the verge of exploding; we left and went a short distance down the road to Burger King.No queue there, and no toilet keys. Just toilets. I had a lovely XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger meal with some chili cheese bites.Lovely.To sum up- if you want food and a toilet, don't go to KFC High Street. Plenty of nice clean tables to sit at though whilst you're not eating!

Food was freshly cooked and tasty. Great fries. Service was great. Unable to use the cubicle in the restroom.

Staff that speak bad English who looked underpaid and stressed. Food is poor, it's not the cleanest of restaurants either.

Good fast food. Quick service good food happy customer. Will go again to get more buckets of good chicken

I have bought food from this branch of KFC on many occasions & the food has always beem what you would expect, good but not great.On my lasy visit I turned up 15 mins before cosing to find the door locked, lights on & staff present.Not good enough!

It's not the best KFC I've been to. The Chips are rock-hard, The pepsi was flat and the chicken felt barely cooked.But for the taste of that KFC chicken... It's all worth it.Seriously, Even with all of it's faults, it's like the only KFC in the Feltham area, So it's worth dropping in; Even if the food sometimes is barely ediable. But in all seriousness, I have seen "Bar flies" around the dining area on pretty much every occasion I've been, So I recommend you don't eat in, And I also recommend you don't read the scores on the doors - I'm pretty certain they are not legit scores.

The chicken I received was still pink and raw in the center so i took it back and got quizzed by a chef/owner who was not at all apologetic or nice about it and cut it open in front of me and it was all pink and raw and he was still insistent it was cooked!!!The meal trays are dirty with nothing but an undersized paper tray and a sheet of paper between your food and the dirty tray.The toilets stink!The staff are rude and I was even shouted at by one lady when my food was ready.Really badly operated fast food joint in my personal opinion and after a couple of illnesses after eating there I will not go back again.

Being my local KFC I use this place all the time. Good is as cooked as any other outlet so taste is never a problem only comment I find is that it's staff need to listen more carefully as more often than not when ordering somthing plain it comes with all the stuff on

Very greasy chicken ,cold chips and watered down Cola.this is a busy KFC ,but have never eaten inside.

It's an average KFC, didn't have some of the new range being advertised on TV which was annoying.Queues out of the door tend to mean the service will be worse, but we hung on in anyway. Contact was good during the point where your money was taken, after that little eye contact made. However its the only one locally, so I'll no doubt be back anyway.
