Average food. Overpriced. We were the only people in the restaurant so there wasn’t much atmosphere. The wine was awful and we were brought the bill before the plates were cleared from the table. I wouldn’t go back but I did laugh a lot. 😆

It's such a terrible shame that this once lovely place has really gone downhill. We had to wait for quite a while to be seated, despite having booked a table. It would be far better to have the check-in area nearer to the actual restaurant, not out of sight downstairs. Seated in the lower, rather tatty "overflow area" despite there being empty tables in the nicer area upstairs. Food was just about OK, even though it was brought out in the wrong order. Service OK but not great. Old fashioned method of notebook and pen! They got my Blue Card discount wrong, but we didn't realise until we worked it out at home! (only discounted one meal, should have been the whole food bill). Saw two massive rats outside, one running around the many uncleared, cluttered tables in the garden, and one by the bins next to the carpark. Doubt we'll be returning. Disappointing.

We arrived around 6.30pm and the restaurant was busy, Ryan the manager was on the door reception and he managed to squeeze us in. He was so friendly and helpful, he showed us to our table and we explained we had a Wowcher deal and he took time to explain what was available on menu. Becky the waitress was very attentive and helpful and a pleasure to order with. The food was amazing and hot. We decided on a starter and main and we weren't disappointed. I had calamari and my partner had the garlic bread, both came promptly. The mains we had the same the steak and chips, again perfect and hot. We had a lovely evening and it won't be our last. Thoroughly recommend!.

We had a meal last night, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money spent at all. When we arrived it took a long time for us to be seen by our waitress. When we finally were, one member of our party was asked to give her order twice ( we presumed, she hadn’t been heard the first time). Onto the food being delivered, as soon as we ordered I stepped away from the table for 5 minutes. When I returned, my food was already on the table. Quite a lot quicker than the drinks. The waiter then brought an extra portion of the pasta. ( So she had taken the order but forgotten?) We explained that no whilst the waitress had asked twice we only wanted one portion. When it came to paying the waitress hurried us to pay, not giving us time to check the bill. Once we paid we realised why, we had been charged for the extra pasta. It seemed almost deliberate at this point. However, we queried it and got the money back for the dishes we didn’t want or ask for! A strange experience when there was only 3 people to take an order for. On top of everything, the Gluten Free pasta was barely warm. However everything else seemed to be ok. The gentleman on the welcome desk that helped us with the fiasco was great. Plus I must say that our waitress was lovely, she had just been given way too much work to do, and had far too many people to serve at the same time.

Vinimos aquí para cenar después del golf cubierto. Es bastante terrible ser honesto. No hay mucha gente cenando allí, pero el servicio era lento. Se habían quedado sin pan de ajo lo que parecía ridículo. Claramente hacen un comercio rugiente en deliveryoo etc, así que no estoy seguro de si eso tiene un impacto en los niveles de existencias. Los pudines de los niños eran risibles - diminutos. El brownie era literalmente 2 bocados pequeños y la supuesta olla de fruta que acompaña al helado era literalmente 2 cortadores de una fresa y 2 pequeños trozos de piña. Comida mediocre y cara. No volverá.

I am living in a tent next to this branch. I keep the area around my tent extremely tidy. I am shocked at the attitude of an employee of this establishment. Having spent 3 hours tidying up around the two tents ( I have no idea who is in the other tent) I was surprised at finding two bags of rubbish so moved them slightly towards this branch, picked up packaging from MacDonalds, the odd beer can and put them slightly away from the now clean tidy tents. Imagine my horror when this employee threw the bags of rubbish towards the tents. I asked him why, he stated not belonging to Subway must be homeless people. This male then had further abuse to state against someone living in a tent and even had the audacity of calling myself racist. I am white English, 58 years old my Algerian husband died in 2020, I have family in Ghana . I am totally shocked at how a younger male could be so verbally abusive towards an older person. My own children would never be so disrespectful. This male then gave his opinion of anyone living in a tent in an African accent. I would be very interested to hear the views of management of SubWay . Is this how your staff are trained?

Food was nice, we both had the bbq burger. It was a little on the pricier side but I’m assuming that’s because of the area. Staff were fantastic, in particular Charlie. He was really attentive and all round just a nice friendly staff member. Thank you ☺️

Recomendé visitar el club de desayuno Canary Wharf después de haber visitado en otro lugar, fue muy decepcionado! Desayuno frío, horrible y el personal fue grosero cuando intenté pedir que se quitara de la cuenta ya que mi marido no podía comerlo, sabía como si nos hubieran servido el desayuno viejo de alguien : ( cuando la camarera se llevó el plato nadie vino a hablar con nosotros y una vez que encontré a alguien que eventualmente llevara la cuenta no se había quitado, nadie se disculpó y para ser honesto excepto una camarera todos fueron bastante groseros y abruptos. ¡Evitaría!
