Fui a mi cumpleaños a comer algo antes de una película y nunca he escrito una crítica antes, pero solo tengo que hacerlo esta vez. Angela, Nisma y Amanda eran simplemente señoras fantásticas que realmente fueron más allá de lo cual, realmente aprecio al igual que mi familia. Muchas gracias señoras!

O Hambúrguer é gostoso, tamanho bom, assim como o local também e atendimento. Mas não chegou a surpreender no sabor e considerando que é bem mais caro que outros concorrentes não achei o custo benefício bom.

Intenté comprar 2 batidos a través de las pantallas táctiles junto a la puerta. Estaba bastante cansado, quería sentarse, y asumió que como lugares similares solo eliges los artículos, pasas tu tarjeta y todo está bien. Desafortunadamente, al tratar de pagar la cesta, aparece una pantalla que desea que TODOS sus detalles se procesen. Nombre. Dirección. Código postal. Teléfonos. Email. Etc. Decidí que estaba demasiado cansado para quedarme ahí tratando de escribir esto en una pantalla con problemas, así que fui a una tienda normal en su lugar.

Terrible. El sistema de pedidos no funciona. Pedido comida para toda la familia y bebida. Pero solo tengo 2 hamburguesas para los niños. Nada de bebidas.

Nous sommes allés dans ce fast-food car il est très connu. Cependant les prix sont exorbitants pour la qualité et la quantité. Surtout pour l’attente sans oublier le fait que une fois que vous avez votre commande après avoir attendu au moins une demie heure il n’y a pas d’endroit pour s’asseoir. Shake Shack è un ottimo fast food, in questa sede Londinese abbiamo mangiato panini gustosi, la location è bellissima, in pieno centro, orari comodissimi per mangiare fino a tarda ora, prezzi leggermente Altini per essere un fast food

Siamo stati in questo Shake Schack con la famiglia a Maggio. Siamo dei fedelissimi clienti in tutto il mondo e anche qui qualità altissima con prezzo commisurato. BENE - location, abbiamo dovuto mangiare giu e gli spazi sono stretti +posizione della location, top ++molto bene il personale, ma una parola in particolare va spesa per l'attenzione al cliente e l'educazione di Jikku. Bravo, BRAVO

Une première pour moi durant mon séjour londonien. C’est mon fast food numéro 1. Petit point négatif le prix… il n’y a pas de menu, tout est séparé. Le goût est excellent

Bien que les prix soient un peu chers pour un fast food, cela est compensé par la qualité des burgers, des frites et des milkshakes tout simplement délicieux. De plus, l'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux et le service rapide !

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch before going to the theatre. The online order system works ok. It is a bit clunky compared to macdonalds and on a tablet which is quite small to see. Food itself was spot on. Quality fresh tasty burgers and crunchy flavoursome chips. Good lemonade too! Two burgers, two drinks and a chips was £32 so expect to pay double what you would at Maccies, nice for a treat tho. Restaurant was clean and staff helpful.

Burger Was really good. Especially the Bun is great. Only thing is the size of the burger. It could be bigger. We paid around 40 pounds.

Twee jaar geleden maakten we kennis met Shake Shack in New York City en dat was toen één van de beste burgers van die vakantie, helaas maken ze die reputatie in Londen niet waar. De burger is prima en smaakvol. Beter dan McDonald's en Burger King maar zeker niet beter dan Five Guys. Het formaat is wat karig, zeker voor de prijs van 9,25 pond. Maar hij smaakt verder goed, al was de burger in NYC vele malen beter. De frietjes lekker en de 6 Chicken bites happen ook lekker weg. Maar al met al prijzig bijna 25 euro voor 3 gerechten (kip, friet en burger). Mixed feelings....

Le personnel est adorable. Merci encore à la dame qui a pris notre commande pour sa patience et sa bienveillance afin de nous expliquer les produits. Son sourire et sa sympathie furent un vrai plaisir. Dans la catégorie restauration rapide, les plats étaient avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Des choix de boissons qui changent un peu et des bons Milk shake en dessert. La salle du premier étage est très agréable et lumineuse. Le restaurant était très propre et pratique pour les prises de commande.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, wat erg lekker eten voor je bereidt. Ik had een dubbele cheese burger met bacon, een smaaksensatie voor mijn mond. Ook deelde ik nog een cheesy fries. Heerlijk gegeten, prijzen zijn alleen wel absurd. Voor 2 burgers (waarvan 1 vega), een 1x cheesy fries en 1x een cola ruim €36 kwijt. Verder alles top.👍🏼 Frank uit

Ate alot of food in london and this was the best up to now. Burger was lovely. Staff was helpful and it was clean. Also i had tangerine lenonade it was teally nice

The staff were very unhelpful regarding allergens advice. After a lot of uncertainty from them they allowed us to order our food. Service was slow. When the food did arrive it was a small serving and underwhelming quality for what we had paid. My partner experienced a minor however still apparent allergic reaction to the food he had eaten. I would not recommend this restaurant to most people however especially those with any allergies or dietary requirements.

Really surprised by the other opinions. We came during holiday period, based on a lot of opinions and blogs mdntioning « the best burgers » and cheap. Finally, 36£ after, for 2 Coke, 2 Burgers, 2 fries : - it’s the most expensive fast food we did - the burgers are really small if you take 1 steak (but price is already expensive) - it was good but no more

Awful service. Tried to chuck me out when I said I was going to go to the loo and another time my friend was ordering food and they chucked me out whilst I was waiting for my order.

Awful patties. seemed such a cheap construction for what is a highly priced Burger They also got the order wrong, which they eventually fixed

Buonoo, mi ha colpito soprattutto il panino ed il bacon . Varia la scelta. Locali ben tenuti e puliti . Panini non molto grandi ma gustosissimi . Le patatine non mi hanno stupito ma tutto sommato ci ritornerei

Hier kann man richtig gut Mittag essen und natürlich auch zu Abend ...es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt

The burgers are tasty, but ridiculously overpriced. The wait for food was comically long, but perhaps that's to be expected given the bustling location always filled with swarms of people. The lemonade was absolutely delicious, and that's probably what is pushing me to lean for a 3* rather than 2* rating. Won't be back in a hurry though.

Did not like! The first time I ate at these restaurants was in New York. At that time I loved it. Here in London it was very disappointing. Expensive, cold and small hamburgers! P.S. I was unable to pay in cash. They only accept card! :-(

Ridiculously overpriced for a big standard burger that took way too long to make, arrived luke warm and very small. Don’t waste your money here!

Abbiamo pranzato da Shake Shack a Leicester Square. Panini e patatine fritte ottimi e prezzo un po’ più alto rispetto agli altri fast food, ma giustificato dalla elevata qualità dei prodotti. Per un pranzo veloce, lo consiglio.

I’ve been to plenty Shake Shacks over the years but not here (in the UK). I was disappointed with everything about this visit. Staff in the tills were over it, and making it known Milkshake was essentially ice cream in a cup Buffalo fries were under seasoned Sauces were on the tray upside down They were out of napkins Tables weren’t being cleaned Burger was good, but was it worth £8.90? Not a chance. Do better.

This is a Shake Shack like all the others - decent burgers, nice shakes, great fries (not cheap!) – except this branch near Leicester Square has the friendliest, nicest server in Nikita. I've been a few times for meals here with my son before film screenings and she always greets us with a smile, and is lovely to chat to. Wish every restaurant had a Nikita...

Visited here on a recent London visit. I’d been to a few Shake Shacks in the US and had them up with Five Guys for a premium burger. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The burgers were okay, seemed slightly over cooked and a bit dry compared to my past experience and not as good as Five Guys.
