Frankie and Benny's London Outlet Centre Wembley in Brent

Went to Wembley Frankie and Bennys. To start of with we was greeted so wonderful by a gentleman who was extremely smiley and welcoming. He sorted us out for a table very quickly considering how busy it was being match day. Then we had a lovely waitress called Nikola. This woman was just amazing my sister has ASD and really struggles to eat in restaurants especially when there busy! Well my sister had the best time Nikola was really engaging with her let my sister take her time and read out all our orders and this woman praised her and really made my sister feel accepted. Lovely food, beautiful staff and all round a perfect experience

We are a family of 9, booked lunch before going to the Troubador Theatre. Food was nice, we didn't have to wait too long. We were served by Nickola who was very energetic, really friendly and very funny. We all agreed she was brilliant and very attentive. We did have to complain that the fries on two meals were cold but 2 extra portions were bought out very swiftly to replace them. All in all a good experience.

13.11.24 Standard food served by unpleasant, rude & lying abusive staff like Vaselica who do not coordinate between themselves about offers made by restaurant managers on duty. Such people like Vaselica ( also known as Lilly!) with no customer skills don't belong in the Hospitality business! Shocking & unacceptable service & behaviour towards customers which should be addressed by HO Management & dealt with robustly & not take such unprofessional behaviour lightly & brush it under the carpet! 24.11.24 Tasty Ribs & Brownie dessert with whipped cream served in a clean environment by friendly manager Vlad .

Overall the food was quite poor. The macaroni cheese was dry, rubbery and tasteless and burnt on top. Most of the party were unimpressed with the food. Only redeeming factor was the puddings.

Good choice ion menu, food delivered quickly (had chicken parm triple stack), tasted delicious, service very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Frankie and bennys at Wembley for a SSE Arena event with my girlfriend. Our food came on time and the staff was very polite and experienced. Will definitely return.

Food terrible, prices inflated, staff unhelpful and lazy. Never again,got the meatballs and spaghetti which was tasteless, a pizza which poundland would put to shame.

Food was lovely and service was fast. We were seated straight away and did not have to wait long to order. Friendly staff. Would recommend

Excellent Breakfast, Absolute Brilliant Service, Manager James and his Staff were totally Amazing, would Highly recommend going.

Part of the London designer outlets next to Wembley stadium a great location and fantastic ambiance however the food could be better .. Will I go back ? May be I will but there is plenty to try out there and it did not blow me away but it's not bad either

Came to Wembley and saw frankies and had to try the new menu, American dippers and Brooklyn bruschetta were both very tasty . Quick and friendly service too
