Would give the service 0 if I could. Rude from the start. Went to order and was greeted with “what do you want”. Got our order wrong and after 30 minutes of lying to us saying our food is on the way they came out and said it was our fault they got it wrong and we will have to pay again if we want our order. Filthy inside and easily the worst service I’ve ever had.

Their strawberry cheesecake is 🤮 tastes stale as thought it were left out on a counter And the jelly on the top was 🤮🤮🤮 … the cream in the middles was 🤮🤮🤮 the biscuit at the bottom was 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Go to El&N instead You won’t be disappointed

They refused tap water for my child even after a £40 ice cream bill not that we didnt want to buy water, the water they sell is cheap water that children cannot comsume due to the very high sodium content, but the main concern is he refused to give tap water for my 2 year old even though we spent over £40 on ice cream there. Any establishment that refuses to give water in my opinion is bad business just says it all. Will never go back and will recommend people not to go as they will be disappointed with the service. Although the young guy handing out food and greeting people by the door was nice and polite.

I just visited treatz ice cream shop. I like a behaviour of staff. I am impressed from one of staff member whose name is sejal thakor. She is very cooperative and polite. So, everyone should visit this shop for getting better taste of ice cream.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this coffee shop today. I ordered one iced latte and one Americano but was charged for two iced lattes with cream, which cost nearly £10. Given the high price, I expected the quality to be good. Unfortunately, the coffee was incredibly weak and tasteless, resembling tap water more than coffee. Rubbish. When I questioned the staff about the order, they insisted it was correct, even though the drinks were far from satisfactory. They dont even bothered to fix it. They shouldnt be hired. Please check your staff. I left the drinks at the counter and asked the staff to try them before serving them to other customers. Their clueless response made it clear that they are not qualified to be serving coffee. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

The manager was very rude, after having big order me and my two kids, I asked fir tab water he refused and said I have to buy bottle water....I will never approach this kind of shops....shame on you

Terrible experience! The manager was very rude and stand-offish at the till when taking our order. Then they got the order wrong, and when we sent it back, he came to the table and insisted that it was what we ordered. And after a few minutes of debating, he forced the wrong order on us. Very condescending. Could have been handled better. The young worker was very polite though.

Instead of ordering a desert at the restaurant, we strategically had our dessert at Treatz. A choice well made! White Chocolate Cookie Dough. Oh my god. Delicious.

I go here occasionally and every time service has been kind, quick and helpful. The desserts are also definitely worth the affordable prices they offer.

We ordered Gelato shake for strawberry & coconut. Strawberry taste was clearly lacking & they said we can not do anything. Rather then remaking they told to pay us more. Staff is extremely rude & lazy. Sucks & customer service & food. I recommend not to visit this place better to visit creams in wembly.

I would like to add into the last google review. The behaviour of the staff is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! soon after we did the google review. We made the order togather for a strawberry and coconut gelato shake and it ended up tasting like only coconut. I am 100% sure that they must have added strawberry and coconut one scoop each however, in the drink we did not taste stawberry taste at all. Hence we go ahead and requested the front staff whether they can get the strawberry taste increased by adding a bit of strawberry more. We did not request for a complete drink, just ask to improve the starwberry taste. Without any thinking, they directly rejected and kept saying we have added one scoop each so cannot be remade. Here I also must mention That same drink we have tried in Treatz in Harrow and they made the drink exceptionally with the balanced taste of both coconut and starwberry. We also have tried the same drink in Creames and urban chochlatier, where they were excellent and one time the same issue happened in Creames and when we told it to them, they added a bit more stawberry and made the drink perfect which we called a perfect customer service for satisfaction. As it is mentioned in the previous review, the staff asked us to pay extra for extra strawberry they add. My concern is not this incident. Last review was put soon this incident happened and we were still inside the Treatz having the drink they gave us. A man, who we think is the manager or the owner of the specific franchaise store came enragely towards our table as in loud noice started speaking. He first said "You are coming here and just buying a single milkshake and you are leaving a negative review in Google just because you spent 5 Pounds." It was very humiliating he was telling that loudly all the customers were looking at us. We had to politely make that person underatand the amount we pay even it is 1 pence, 5 Pounds or 50 Pounds every penny counts and that he can't talk to us like that. Customer service should not be decided depending on the number of shakes we buy or the amount we spend. It should be same with each and every customer. Then he said thatbthey added one scoop each story so that also we politely replied there isn't any doubt you might have added but what we said is the strawberry taste is not coming at all. Its not strawberry taste is less, the taste was not coming at all. The whole expereince was a huge humiliation just because we kept an honest google review of our experience in real time. If you are in the management position, you should underatand that these platforms are for the customers to share their experience. You sjould be professional enough to accept a criticism as well as a praise in the same way. You MUST be treating every customers the same way without any difference no matter they buy a single drink or a single scoop or 10 drinks or 10 scoops. All in all, the worst place to have your desserts. No matter how much good a food can be tasting, if the experience you are getting is like this low level, your whole day is gonna get ruined only. Also can't blame the front desk casheir and staff when their manager's behaviour only is like this. Never recommending this place to Anyone. Worst customer servive, worst and unprofessional staff.

Lovely waiters, guy on til not very nice, staff seems a little slow behind the counter though the place was busy. Toilets terrible and only 1 for a place that holds about 20/30 people is not good. Takeaway is the best option for this place. Ordered: Pistachio icecream, Iced tea, Milkshake

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a Sunday and a waffle cone, got to the counter and the worker said the cashier screwed up my order, and that I had to pay 10p more for the waffle cone, that I had to wait in the long line again just to pay 10p, for their mistake. So I told him to cancel my order, and he didn’t do that either. Now either I lose the $8 or spend an hour disputing the charge with AMEX. Completely horrible garbage place.

Amazing delicious desserts to choose from variety of shake, waffles, cakes, ice cream, gelatos and list goes on and on. I had a Mango milk cake. Loved the service. Loved the dessert. Also ordered Cookie cream waffle for takeaway. Will recommend the place for night time sweet tooth.

This Treatz branch is just lucky that I like Karak chai (even if it’s not good). I always have trouble with the staff every time I go. Most recently, I went there alone and sat on the table with the sofa (for four people). The waiter came to tell me that I cannot sit there since it’s for larger groups (yet about three quarters of the tables were empty). He waited at the table until I moved to another spot by the window, all the while with my drink in his hand. I had quite some things with me, he didn’t even offer to help me move. I just found the experience quite rude.

Samrudh was excellent. Absolutely great customer service by him, me and my wife enjoyed a lot.

The Desserts were OK not usual quality though this place is going downhill... Any place can have decent food but if the service is horrible it ruins the experience. The staff at this place have no clue what customer service is (very rude, no manners, never seen this in my life). I remember the old staff were like this but the waiter was at least welcoming but not anymore. Won't be returning I recommend everyone to go to another Treatz Branch where possible the Harrow branch is 100 times better :)

One of the worst ice-cream we’ve ever had. Sorbets clearly made with water and juices. Big chunks of frozen water in it. We had 6 different flavours. Wouldn’t recommend it. Also overpriced ( expensive).

Treatz Dessert Parlour Wembley has a good choice of flavours. Quality desserts for sweet and chocolate lovers. Friendly and good staff. Close to Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Overall experience is good. Recommended.

The staff was extremely rude, especially the lady who shouted at me to look at the menu first if I wanted to order. Her male colleague kept staring at me and my friend. Out of the two times I've been to this Treatz, the staff got my order wrong twice. I'm definitely not coming here again.

Just went here today. Good quality ice cream.. but not for people with bowel issues 🤣. Anywho.. it tasted nice and the rest of my family seemed to enjoy it. However the restaurant was extremely loud, so not a place for Neurodivergents with a noise sensitivity and the service was not very pleasant. My sister ordered a waffle basket. Waiter came back with ice cream in a cone. When we told him to take it away and get her a waffle basket he got a waffle basket and tipped the ice cream cone upside down. So in the end she got more waffle than ice cream

Waffle was absolutely banging, to die for. Service was pleasantly fast considering it was quite busy. Would defo return.

We order regularly from Treatz and the quality , packaging and service is really good. We have been to the dessert parlour and have had their waffles, pancakes with different flavours of ice-creams. Staff is nice and courteous, place is good, clean. Lots of options to choose from their menu. Recommend! I really like the chocolate heaven pudding and lotus biscoff cheesecake!

I have came to this place many times. But today I came and I see there is new staff at the till. very rude, HE made a mistake in my order and he didn't want to make the refound. I ASKED HIM FOR THE REFOUND AND HE TOLD ME: “Yeah I HAVE TO” … not sure if I’ll come back

Huge choice of flavours. These parlours are popping up around London and some are very good. This parlour has good customer service and friendly helpful staff. My recommendation is two scoops in a chocolate cone. Good prices, excellent ice cream

When I reached at treatz wembley the staff was very kind generous, they make me a double waffle on my request and give me a nice discount as well. They treat very nicely at the till and same when serving food, they giving some advice as well to dont touch the hot coockie dough pan an all. The place was very clean and tidy. Music was very nice at the place.

Last week me and my husband have tried mojito over there. That was amazing that have never tried like this. The place was very peaceful and friendly.

Lad taking the orders was miserable and you could tell didnt want to be there. Seemed a massive inconvinience for him. Say that the ice cream was good when it arrived. Just not sure warrants the near £10 price tag

I ordered a Nutella crepe for take away. I carried it home myself and when I opened the box It looked like they had messed up making the crepe and threw it in the box. The Nutella was all over the box instead of the crepe which was itself in pieces.

Awful ice cream even though it looks the part the taste doesn’t compare to other ice cream parlours so we were disappointed snd left 2.5 of our 3 scoops. The pistachio cake was not very nice either and the cappuccino was very milky. Staff were OK but asked us to move from a large booth even though other couples were sitting in a big booth ie not big groups but I would not have minded and wish I read reviews before spending so much on dessert we ended up deserting

The staff are very rude and disinterested. They ignored my mother and seemingly spoke only with/to men. When the waiter brought our food we pointed out several little things were missing (mint, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle) the waiter said the pictures don't depict what you will be getting, instead he pointed us to the item descriptiones. When we pointed out that things mentioned in the item descriptions were also missing, he said they didn't have those items and looked annoyed before walking away. It was match day but the place was by no means packed, that's why we went in. The food and drinks were nothing special, I wouldn't recommend this one, maybe other ones in the franchise are better.

this place is the epitome of a teenage girl. in a good way. i have visited many times through different situations where the waffles have guided me - emotionally and mentally. breakups, holiday planning, hangovers and everything in between. the food is unreal and lovely staff

The staff are so happy, NOT. A member of staff doesn't say that you have too pay first for your icecream, so you stand waiting to be served, that needs addressing. I think it's a massive coincidence that on a very hot day and that the customer area AC is not working but in the staff area it is. Told AC broken funny thing that is. Ice cream is nice.
