The best restaurants serving American food in England

Bit boring. Ok burger, nothing special, It feels like a helium balloon with half the air missing. You think it must have been quite impressive at some point, but not when I was there.... Also when the restaurant has the word friendly and Phil in the title, I dont expect to meet a guy called Phil but anticipate the staff would be a bit more lively.... They were not..... On a scale of dead to TGI Fridays they were a 3......

I took my 13 year old grandaughter to the lakes for a birthday treat. She chose this for eats after shopping. I was pleasantly surprised! Nice and clean, very good, friendly service and a good menu although it was expensive! Saying that. what isn't nowadays. The food was very tasty. The music played was not the best to the ear! Would I go again, yes!

En primer lugar, la comida aquí es excelente, ya sea que consigas una hamburguesa de pollo o carne de res. La salsa picante también es buena.Sin embargo, toda la experiencia está algo arruinada por un equipo de servicio que parece estar al borde de una crisis nerviosa. Esto parece ser causado por el gerente / propietario que corre incluso cuando solo hay 3 o 4 mesas ocupadas en el restaurante, lo que dificulta la experiencia relajante que la mayoría de los comensales buscan cuando comen fuera. Ahí es cuando no está afuera fumando.Me siento por el personal aquí, pero volvería en función de la calidad de la comida y la ubicación justo al lado de la estación.

Tengo una alergia grave a las fresas frescas y se lo explicamos al personal y fueron increíbles en tratar con ello y también poner nuestras mentes en reposo sin riesgo! Brillante ver una respuesta informada a una alergia y el personal va más allá para los clientes

Productos muy agradables, pero el personal era grosero en el quiosco móvil fuera de la tienda. No podían escuchar pedidos debido al ruido del tráfico y estaban apurando a los clientes. La caja se cerró y selló rápidamente antes de que pudiera ver las rosquillas, así que solo me di cuenta de que mi pedido estaba mal cuando llegué a casa. Muy decepcionante.

Food is always 10/10! Never ever had an issue. Chicken burgers and loaded fries are to die for 😍 always hot n fresh. Lovely staff & great communication. A good variety of options. Portion sizes are great for the price. Delivery service is always quick too. Highly recommend :)

Fuimos en familia después de leer críticas mixtas, todavía pensamos que probaríamos las hamburguesas y todos teníamos mucha hambre después de un largo día. Para empezar hay un olor horrible en el interior. Visitamos la sucursal de Leicester Square. Las mesas claramente no están limpias y la nuestra estaba pegajosa. La comida estaba por debajo de la media. Los palitos de mozzarella en realidad eran bastante agradables, pero la hamburguesa de pollo fue una decepción, al igual que las patatas fritas con queso. Lo peor de todos los baños fue una desgracia absoluta. La salsa está sucia, los cubículos no se cierran correctamente, el jabón barato de Tesco y los portarrollos estaban rotos. ¡No malgastes tu dinero o tiempo aquí!

This place was recommended by a friend as one of the best waffle spots, she was right they make excellent waffles

Over half of the other tables gave up waiting for their food whilst we were there. We waited over an hour for our lunch (4 burgers), when the food eventually turned up it was wrong (salad instead of a burger in one case). Complete lack of apologies or updates from waiting staff. Pretty shocking.

Ordered a wrap and beer at the bar and was charged £14.50, turns out I was charged for 2 beers. Lady at the bar called over the manager who said he was giving me a refund. No refund was received and not only that - my food never turned up! After everyone else in the party received their food, we alerted the waitress and was told that I never ordered the food, even though I had proof on my phone of the purchase and I had a beer in my hand. Both waitress and manager were extremely rude and I was told I could not have my money back for the food or drink as it was not registered on their system. An absolute scam and will never return. Do not go here.

Customer service was on point wish i could name the server, was a tall slim girl, very knowledgeable . Ice cream and desserts were amazing and cheap and even got sung happy birthday and given a free 🎂 . Will be back. Keep it up

I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn when I ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app for collection. As I wasn’t in a vehicle and the place was shut for walk inns it took an age to collect my food as they said they would only bring it to the click and collect bay if I was in a vehicle. Madness. Finally agreed to place my order on an outside table which they had to walk past to get to the click and collect bays. Shouldn’t have bothered. Food was awful and cold.
