Krispy kreme new malden in Merton

Very disappointing service. Arrived with the "Hot light" on for my daughters 7th birthday and our tradition of staying up late and getting some hot doughnuts, I checked light was on before pulling in to avoid disappointment and she bounced in and could see all the doughnuts on the conveyabelt only to be told we couldn't purchase any as they were stopping the hot doughnut service, even when I advised we just needed a few as it was a birthday. There were loads, my daughter is verh disappointed and all so unnecessary.

Always buzzing atmosphere and worthwhile treat for all. The milkshakes are perfect for the warm days. Always busy but always excellent customer service.

I asked for a single espresso , looked at the till screen to see was being charged for a double. Told them I wanted a single . Told sorry would offer 2 singles Instead . Wouldn’t revise bill . Since was on date didn’t create a scene. Asked for unglazed doughnuts. Told sorry don’t do those. Sainsburys make the best doughnuts Suggest go there.

Treated ourselves to some more Halloween themed doughnuts, as well as some plain ones. If you are a big fan of doughnuts get yourselves here. All yummy.

Popped into Krispy Kreme, Shannon Corner to try the new Halloween doughnuts. Purchased “Frankie” doughnuts which were yummy! Give them a try.

If u like the hot original glazed donuts, then they are only served between 7 and 8pm. If u go anytime out of those hours, then they'll serve u the original glazed from the day before even though there are freshly just cooked donuts on the production line. The HOT donuts (between 7 to 8pm) are also more expensive at £12.55 the dozen as compared to the original glazed (not so fresh) at £12.45. It's more a case of I keep my money and u keep your (not so fresh) donuts krispy kreme.

Coffee and donuts on the menu. Get there at the right time and you can see the donuts coming off the production line. They smell great and all involve a load of sugar icing. Best avoided if you are on any kind of diet. Went once with my son for one of his friends birthdays. After a few games in a roped off corner we got a short tour of the factory and the opportunity to ice and decorate a donut. It was fun, but I felt for the staff member that had to cope with all the sugar filled kids.

I've been a 'regular' since it opened in a fanfare of publicity. After a dreadful period where it looked very run down it's now a nice place for a quick (but probably not healthy) snack. It does look like a 50's American diner I think their doughnuts are much tastier than anyone else's and particularly hope I'll be there at 'Happy hour' when free doughnuts are given away.

My daughter and I visited Krispy Kreme to purchase some doughnuts for her 11th birthday. She was determined that before we went on holiday she had to bring in doughnuts for all her friends! The doughnuts are made fresh on site and you can see them making them, from watching them fry them to watching them decorate them, you can see it all! There was a calm atmosphere and the shop was very warm and cosy. There was tables there, you could get coffee and people were working away on their computers just like in a cafe. Another unexpected surprise was that after we had picked up our doughnuts we both got a free doughnut each as we had arrived in "Happy Hour". Overall, I would recommend Krispy Kreme for doughnuts for parties or just everyday consumption.

The donuts are made fresh on site and are tasty as usual. No mistake there. Well done Krispy Kreme. The service sadly is nonexistent!! The chap cleaning the tables seems as though life isn’t worth living, he half heartedly swipes all the rubbish off the table onto the seats and walks off. Leaving us (and other patrons) to get napkins and clean the place properly. 4 people standing behind the counters without a care in the world that customers are standing there wondering if they will be served. After people commented ... 3 members of staff just walked off leaving 1 to serve everyone. She made mistakes on the orders and left out some items. People are not as friendly as they could honestly be ... they seem rather detached from it all. Coffee took long and when ready, was left at coffee pick up location without saying who it was for and what type coffee it was. Eventually the manager had to come and open the coffee in front of us and tell us what it was and it was redirected to the correct customer. Toilets are not clean. Maybe the same guy that cleans the tables?? Generally the floor is strewn with bits of food and took more than 15 minutes before someone came out to clean and sweep the area. Sorry but there is no point coming back here again!!

Love coming here with and without kids. Love a late night visit, always busy and relaxed and everyone happy with Donuts :) There were no Nutella filled donuts left on display so we asked if they were all finished. Well the response we got from Imran was rather rude!! He said with sarcasm, well it’s seems so and walked away. We asked if there were any more at the back or being made, he said I don’t know, how would I know?? We asked if he could check and he just ignored us, then a lovely lady came and helped us. Shame we didn’t catch her name but she got out 2 fresh trays of Nutella filled donuts to serve and was very polite and friendly. Maybe it was a bad day for imran, we all have bad days I guess but he wasn’t the most helpful or politest person that evening. Would still come back as we love it here, there’s always a quick staff turn around in this branch so hopefully we won’t see him again.

Doughnuts were to dieeeeee for, smells amazing inside too. And the fact you can see the doughnuts being freshly made is a massive plus as it fun for all the family.

This is the worst outlet! Staff are slow and rude, target talk amount themselves than notice customers waiting. The toilers are often neglected, on my last visit there was pee on the floor, dirty, and no toilet roll. It makes you wonder, if they can't keep the public areas clean, or have a cleaning schedule, what's happening behind the scenes? I personally won't be returning till I get confirmation from KK that this issue will be resolved. This review is based on many visits over a period of a time, so is not a one off 'bad day'!

Nice place to meet up with friends for a coffee, or with family for doughnuts and a drink. One Sunday a month you can cone and see classic cars!

I’v expected something special paying £1,75 for one doughnut - it is the same or worse as the £25p one from corner shop.

What's happen to this hot store at New Malden, waiting, 20 mins to park due to excessive pallets an old store equipment and trolleys with delivery vans taking up valuable parking spaces, customers cueing for drive through service. Then to get into the store, it what was once a clean well stocked store to find ONLY seven varieties on the shelf, all tables filled with previous customers finished cups, boxes and waste drinks, rude staff/comments only after asking to clean tables that's all rant over ....!!!!

I love coming here and their doughnuts are fab, BUT, they really need to streamline their serving practices! Sunday evening and about 15 people queuing and only two behind counter, trying to both serve, make coffees and do the till! A better way would be to have a staff member at every section and the customer move along.

The kids love it here, it is a great experience and there is always a special limited edition donut to enjoy. We visited on a Sunday morning and as the place has the vibe of a 50s US diner, there were a lot of what are clearly regulars who gather to show off their old US classics. That is lovely but what wasnt was the language they used in a family restaurant. Lots of f-this and f-that (and the f word wasn't family). If this is a regular occurrence the management ought to manage it a little.

Good entertainment and sugary and fat laden delights to eat too. Nice for a treat and the coffee is good too.

Very disappointing visit took our order wasted our time then tried to give Luke warm drinks because ice machine broken at no point during taking our order did they say anything, ordered the drink donut combo and they tried to force us to pay for the donuts at a higher price we politely said no and where given allot of lip and had to leave. Would not return. Won’t accept abuse at these prices.

The Castle of al doughnuts. The doughnuts are too good, sweet but small enough to be the best. Very clean shop and a delight to visit, eat drink and buy take aways.

Great fun for the kids. Have loads of events during half terms and often have free warm donuts provided. The staff are always very friendly, usually Romanian or Venezuelan so you can often get freebies if you speak Spanish or Romanian.

Saw the hot krispy cream sign on and asked if they sell any they said no. Because it's always on if the machine is switched on?.. still great doughnuts..

I can always rely on great donuts here and the coffee is good too. Always try not to be tempted to pop in here but every so often give in to temptation! Love the fact you can see the donuts being made too.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts have stalls in quite a few places, mainly at stations but a few of the bigger stores they actually make it fresh and you see them coming off the conveyor belt, the one at Shannon's Corner is one they make fresh.I would have to agree with the customer service comments from a couple of the previous reviewers. I have actually been coming here for a number of years infrequently and I have found the customer service varies very widely. Some days you get assistants that are all smiley and helpful and other times you will get grumpy ones.But the main reason you will come here is for the doughnuts. There is a fairly wide selection and although most are covered in icing sugar they are not actually as sweet as some of their competitors. One thing you get from a big chain is consistency, they will always be soft and not dry like Crosstown ones. Although I wish we weren't shortchanged with new innovative tasting doughnuts, Krispy Kreme in other countries have really funky and unusual special editions which we never get.Prices for the doughnuts have crept up over the years and you can actually get the dougnuts cheaper from Tesco stores than from their own Krispy Kreme stores, but in my eyes they still represent fair value.One important point to note is that one of the allures of the large stores is that from time to time they would give you a free doughnut from off the conveyor belt but I can't remember the last time this happened. So if you happen to get one its been your lucky day!

We had a party on the 28th October at 10.30 for my daughter. She had a fantastic time. We were told of the structure of the party which we were not entirely happy with. We discussed this with the manager and he had no hesitation in changing games and allowing us to do as we pleased. He helped in everything we done, setup, cleanup and participating with the activities. We had an endless supply of donuts too which goes without saying, went down a treat with all the kids. The tour of the kitchen area where donuts are made was an added treat. The kids even made a donut of their own. Overall, a great birthday party and superb assistance by the manager who helped with absolutely everything ( wish I knew his name).

This may be down to my expectation of Krispy Kreme doughnuts because I expected something special. The coffee was good and there was certainly a wide variety of doughnuts to choose from but certainly the ones we chose were dry, lacking in flavour and totally uninspiring so what had been intended as a little treat ended up being a bid disappointment

Have been here already hundred times, love it love it love it. As usually everything is just yamy, love it a lot.

Quick & fresh product inside but don't ever bother queuing for the drive-thru - you might just die whilst waiting for a few decades... waste of a life really.

But a good one. Parking is easy. Nice modern restaurant . Cool to watch the donuts being made. And apparently Ed Sheeran was in here recently

Varias veces hemos venido aquí para tomar donuts y batidos/hielo mezcla, me dijeron que no estaban funcionando. En nuestra última visita cuando pedí uno me habla bastante grosera y repentinamente que no funcionaba y me podría pedir algo más. Le pregunté si cuando iba a fijarse como mi antojo (8 meses) fue la batidos me dijeron no sé entonces como me fui oído ellos decir que no es como ella necesita más calorías! ! ! !

If you have never been before defently worth the visit, it's like a mini factory where you can watch the doughnuts being made. Look out for the red sign outside when it lights up means fresh doughnuts are ready normally get a free one with your order. Doughnuts are some of the best tasted but are not cheap. En éter, o cenar, depende de ti, siempre va con salida gran Donuts diciendo, pero lo hacen de café y chocolate caliente. El personal es siempre cordial, el restaurante interior es limpio y relajante, es un domingo por la noche tratar. Tienen algunas noches coche aquí también que es preciosa si te gustan ese tipo de cosas vale la pena revisar en Fb o con la tienda que noches son, se llena bastante en estas noches, pero es un buen sentimiento de comunidad y encantador para ver bien cuidado los coches.Si la señal está en el Donuts calientes! El servicio de atención al cliente en este lugar es de muy mala calidad. El personal es grosero y hasta inútil. Hay una clara falta de capacitación en servicio al cliente.Cualquier servicio que no batidos por 40 minutos a una hora muy concurrida porque estaban limpiando. Un gran número de personas nos decepcionó. El miembro del personal no ofreció una disculpa por los inconvenientes causados, pero en vez de esta forma grosera me dijo que no puedo servir.Aconsejo fuertemente evitar este lugar e irse a otro sitio

I took my little girl for a first-time experience and felt that the standards were brought low by the stern customer service! I couldn't ask too many questions about the offers and flavours as a new comer and was pressured to just order whatever and get on with it! I was not helped when I asked for the best deals and when I pointed to the doughnuts I wanted-the sales person didn't get it till I red the whole Lable of it's name-eventhough there was just one variety of toffee or chocolate etc!!The coffee was made even before I reached the coffee counter and that meant that it was kept waiting for me to pay and when we got to the table, it was lukewarm and not worth the price. As we delved into the doughnuts I (personally) felt that these miniature doughnuts were not worth their price and that I have had scrumptious and giant size doughnuts of differing flavours for less price at simple super-market bakeries!So,even if I opt to spend on smaller Kirspy Kreme doughnuts for the price they are at, I still would need a better ambience and friendly and approachable customer service for me to bother making it to this spot!
