You live and learn I guess. These are definitely relying on old reviews. Check the names from the 5 star reviews 😒 We Just came from here me and the wife. Fancy food titles on the menu, it looked great, we ordered then we Waited 30 min for food after we had ordered. At 25 min waiting they bought out apparently free nachos which were dry and soggy. Food then came and wasn't great at all, was actually terrible. Definitely shop bought patties and not fresh. Wife didn't eat half hers and left her coleslaw as she said that don't taste right at all. I took the chicken off my burger as that didn't taste right either. He came out asked us how our food was and from our reply he said, IF ITS NOT COOKED RIGHT ILL GO DO ANOTHER 1 😅🤣. WHAT!!!!. When we went to pay he said can we hang on while he adds it up. It was 2 orders that came to around £31 but was now £36.50 they added the apparently free nachos. We didn't want to argue over a few pound so I paid and we left. Hopefully not with the squits. I'd avoid this place and I think food and hygiene should be pay a visit.

Great variety, very tasty, lots of drinks options. Order at table is very easy and convenient. First choice for a celebration as everyone is catered for. Staff super friendly and good people. Quiz nights are a great addition

Amazing fresh fish and chips, some of the best we’ve had. Curry sauce and mushy peas were spot on. Portion sizes are perfect

If I had noticed the actual state of the place before ordering and paying I wouldn't have stayed. Whole place including the toilets needs a thorough clean. Toasty was ok but didn't drink tea as served in a black cup which didn't look clean. Staff were friendly but place was grim.

Person who took our order seemed to be elsewhere, which was proved when we both received the wrong meals. She had gone home by this time, the server apologised and offered to get us the right ones but kept saying it would be a long wait. So we kept what we had and he reduced the bill. Had to keep reminding them we had refillable drinks too.

Comimos aquí antes de nuestro vuelo. El personal era amable, pero nos dieron intoxicación alimentaria de aquí! Arruinado completamente nuestras vacaciones, mi esposa y yo estuvimos enfermos durante 5 días y no pudimos comer nada durante nuestro viaje, ya que era tan grave! La comida se veía increíble, pero la yema de huevo estaba mal cocida y también comenzó a solidificarse como si hubiera estado allí durante un tiempo. Iremos a ver a los médicos tan pronto como aterricemos, ya que todavía estamos muy mal. Uno de mis hijos también ha estado bastante enfermo. ¡Por favor, no comas desde aquí justo antes de tu vuelo si no quieres arruinar tus vacaciones!

Food was great and the staff were very polite.

Really nice burger chain - you can order a medium rare burger which is a huge plus because that's how we like them. Most burger places, even independents and higher end, don't have the meat provenance licence. Friendly staff here and convenient location just off Regent Street near the elephants. My kids love it. Amazes me why people pay for McDonald's when they can get quality food here for a few pounds more. They also have a loyalty card, buy 5 burgers get one free. And it's currently 33pc off food as well!

We went to Coyote Ugly for a friend's birthday and all in all had a good night. Our waitress, Safa, was absolutely brilliant. She was really friendly and bubbly and very helpful. The food was nice enough but the chips were warm, not hot and it was a bit quiet when we arrived but livened up over the course of the evening. The staff, in general, were friendly and I would recommend it for a fun night out.

Terrible service. Staff clueless of the 40% off offer and in general a terrible exsperience. Starter sat their for nearly 10 minutes and wasn’t buisy staff to busy talking

Very disappointed with my recent visit here. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks,had to wait even longer for starters & then there was an even longer wait for our mains. The reason is because this restaurant prioritises online orders. Time & again Deliveroo or Ubereats people were coming in to collect orders that were all stacked up in the kitchen area. Meanwhile the people in the restaurant who had gone out if their way to come here were made to wait. Several people around us complained,nobody seemed to be happy & everyone just looked fed up with the poor service. You need to do better & whoever is managing this place needs to step up & put the people sat in the restaurant first!
