ITS IN THE NAME "KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN" > KFC, THEY NEED TO REMOVE THE "C" FROM THE NAME AS THEY DONT CURRENTLY HAVE ANY CHICKEN! Pointless journey to go to KFC as they dont have any KFC and yes a wasted journey possibly could have been saved if we did a online order for delivery but we dont bother ordering online from here anymore as they allways forget items or trade out everything for hot wings that absolutely nobody wants, if we wanted hot wings we would have ordered them instead of everything else! Awful to say the least, absolutely pointless to even be open if you have no chicken, no one and I mean no one goes to kfc for a watered down pepsi/tango, corn on the cob, hotwings, fries or rice. they go for the kentucky fried CHICKEN!

This is the worst KFC I've had. Ordered a family boneless meal for our family and the chicken was too chewy to eat..I don't know if they're cooking it for too long or re-frying old chicken but it was an awful rubbery texture.. The corn on the cobs were not cooked long enough as they were not really edible. I wouldn't eat here again!

Positive points: The staff was friendly, the bins did get emptied only because they were overflowing and stinking inside the restaurant, the floor was clean and the tables were also cleanish. The negatives: it closes before the time on the door. It closed at 9 pm when it clearly said it was open until 10 pm. We moved out about 9.15 pm because I asked as they were putting chairs on tables, if they were closed and was told "YES," to find out it was still open until 10 pm but the front door had been locked and they were not serving anyone else. The queue was all over the restaurant originally when we arrived, the staff were clueless as to what they were doing regarding the food orders. We waited a long time to get our order, it seemed to have got lost in translation and although we had a receipt one of the guys didn't even see the order go through. A real eye-opener, and when it arrived it was missing a drink and several sauces. I had to send my partner back to get them, he remembered the drink that he wasn't offered with the deal as the staff didn't seem to know it. They were out of Gravy and Beans, it was Corn on the cob and coleslaw, it was very disappointing. Won't be returning to this one unless they clean up their act, make sure they've got lots of everything and give us a voucher to return for a free meal! This isn't cricket and it isn't an English standard either, the standard has fallen and the restaurant has been let down by its area manager regarding support. They were not short-staffed for the time of day, just under-trained.

Not ideal. The staff seem literally devoid of what a counter is or a till for that matter. When you wait at the counter there were 2 members of staff chatting but constantly facing away from the customer and desperate not to acknowledge. They will talk through the holes where they await they food but give zero attention to any customer waiting to be served. Noticed some delivery drivers were desperately trying nicely to get their attention as they'd prepared their orders but just slid them to the side without handing them over. All the while that poor customers food is going cold whilst they blatantly ignore customers and drivers at the counter. I've never been so gobsmacked.marsh Mills doesn't operate like this so that's why I'm so surprised and felt compelled to write this. Its zero customer service and seems to be young kids who've just started out in work who literally do not want to interact with the paying customer. Or interact with the delivery drivers who are trying to do a job for that matter

Can i say this place needs closing down, the customer service is horrendous. I ordered a family feast through the KFC app for delivery, half the order was missing on delivery. When i phoned them to let them know the women was not interested at all and said it was the delivery drivers fault. I did say the drivers don't pack the boxes but she was not interested. I did ask for the head office number as her attitude was disgusting, she refused and put the phone down on me. When i called the driver back he said KFC always blame the drivers when they miss items. He offered to go back and he collected the missing items for free. KFC Penzance you need to take a long hard look at yourselves. Whoever has invested in this business this was a terrible investment.

Just need to warn people never to spend £39 on the party bucket 2 times now ordered with the belief of receiving fair amount of quality of chicken for the price! Only to be giving small portions of chicken that looks pitiful and a joke considering for the price Never again and I will force people not to bother because it’s disgraceful and a complete rip off. This was ordered as a family meal as a birthday treat and completely to the piss out off hard earnt money!!! Thanks KFC , your a joke

Went McDonald's high St 3/11/24 for breakfast made my order and waited over 25 minutes for it to served while waiting I was watching the staff behind the counter run round like headless chickens paying more attention to the delivery than to people waiting when my food finally arrived after asking for it it was then cold but the quality of service was terrible I won't be going back

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.

Ordered for delivery online. Quoted 35to50 minutes. After 75 minutes received a call from the driver saying he had broken down.. He asked me what I could to about it. Tried to call the shop countless times but no reply. Called the driver back to be told no one at the shop would answer his calls either. Can’t see anywhere on the website to claim a refund. Still waiting for delivery after two hours. I

My recent visit sums why I haven't been for so long. Thought I would give it a go once again after being disappointed last time. No change unfortunately. 100% worst takeaway value for money. Food disgusting, cold , soggy chips , tasteless. Truly utterly awful!!!! Very expensive for the rubbish you recieve. Honestly. NEVER AGAIN

On arrival we were informed that discounts were not available as the systems were down and they could would not honour any even though I pay for a discount card on arriving at collection window a member of staff with there back to us clearly had their vape hanging out there back pocket contravening food safety laws as this is the second time in two weeks no paid for discounts poor quality food and general unhygienic presentation we will not be visiting the store again
