I ordered breakfast off them at 10 and was left waiting for half an hour sat next to the workers. I was about to approach because all the workers seemed to be standing around doing nothing while we were waiting. When they call our food as being done just to tell me they stopped serving breakfast HALF AND HOUR ago. While I did request a refund service was terrible there was nothing stopping any worker approaching us to say they were unable to make our food rather than leaving us sat waiting. The manager was no help and had to wait for him to refund me and the staff were useless!

I am really surprised at the other reviews. We frequently visit this Subway, and the staff are incredibly charming, sometimes it can be a bit slow with only 1 member working, but the place is generally well kept. Other reviewers have to remember that respect is a two-way agreement.

I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p

Absolutely awful kebab £13.50 for a mixed kebab. The lamb doner was lamb chewy gristle. Couldn't eat it. And the rest of the meat was cold. Avoid like the plague it was not worth the money.

I have been here a few times but won't be back. The place was packed with diners and even more delivery persons crowded in a small space. This may be a fire code violation to have a main exit blocked but the worst of it was the 20-minute wait for food you ordered on a kiosk. Needless to say, the food was cold and of poor quality. You should close the doors and limit the number of customers who can be properly and safely served.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be charged twice and be called a lier for it. I purchased a deal of 15 cookies for £10.49. I paid once and the machine said authorised but they told me that it didn't go through so I had to do it again. I questioned it at the time but she said no it hadnt and proceeded to bin a receipt saying 'we dont need that'. When I checked my bank, it confirmed payment twice. I sent evidence to the company and they said that the manager told them that they only sold ONE lot ( which i highly doubt) and will not give me back the money, the manager wasn't even there at the time!!!. So even by sending screenshots showing the payments taken twice, they are taking the word of their manager instead of written evidence from the bank!!. Absolute joke!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!

I kid you not....I suggest you read my review everyone......it was disgusting! Had no choice but to use the filthy touch screen ordering facility. Half order sat on the side getting nice and tepid and soggy whilst waiting over ten minutes for spicy wings. Tables clear of trays but not cleaned so were tacky. The restaurant didn't even smell clean. It gets even better......... because to top it off, young lad who worked there had a MASSIVE MUCUS SNOT dangling down to his chin... just looked at me, wiped it with his hand/forearm, and carried on. SERIOUSLY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Spent 19.99 on an extremely rare treat and it's gone straight in the bin.

May have been done up but really slow service for foot take aways. No progress there. Always long waits.its ok for sitters and Uber but the hungry have to wait.

Haven’t been here for a while as it’s not been that great. Today we came at 3pm, the shop has had a refit and looks really good. Food was really good and the staff friendly. Would come back again. Such an improvement from the old one. Keep up the great work.
