The best restaurants serving American food in South East

We've been twice this week, it's so lovely. The decor is beautiful, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. There is also a huge selection to choose from on the menu. The Mr Whippy ice cream is one of the best I've ever had, I would definitely recommend!

Nice and friendly service, tasty and fresh fries. Happy to visit. Outside seating is available. Toilet number is limited, only 1 for general use.

Estaba sentado en una mesa bebiendo una pinta durante 20 minutos cuando el chico del bar se me acercó y me dijo que esta mesa está reservada tendrás que moverte, había otras mesas vacías disponibles en ese momento así que ¿por qué no podían usar una de ellas? supuestamente la mesa debería haber tenido un aviso reservado en ella pero se olvidaron. Después de pasar a otra mesa, dos mujeres se sentaron a la mesa, sin ningún reconocimiento o agradecimiento por moverse. No impresionado cuando ciertas personas piensan que tienen prioridad sobre otras y reciben un trato especial del establecimiento, irá a otro lugar la próxima vez.

Nothing to complain about, very good burger and chips, nice tidy restaurant, friendly staff, tasteful music. And the price is very reasonable for the quality provided. Will certainly return

I like this place it is a tiny bit overpriced but you know what whatever it’s good

Would of been a decent 4/5 but both pizzas were stone cold. Actual flavour was good, and not oily. Just a shame it was completely cold

Jonty was an amazing server, drinks were good and the atmosphere was great!

Arrived with my family to find that it is no longer a Smokehouse, but is now a sports bar. Walked up the road and found another lovely pub instead.

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.

It was really cool there, we were there with our language travel group, they probably rented the place for tons of money. DJ was actually strong, drinks weren't that good, well. Otherwise there is a big bar in the middle, a first floor and lots of seating. Bouncers are often unfriendly

What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

Back to this place after a while and it’s still best steakhouse in Guildford, friendly atmosphere, delicious food, highly recommend.
