Absolutely incredible vegan food, delicious coffee and friendly, helpful staff. What more could you want?! Definitely worth a visit.

We followed all the great reviews and decided to visit Vital ingredients for some Caribbean food . Guys give it a go , you won’t regret it . I had oxtails and my family went for jerk chicken . The portions were really generous and the food super yummy . Great hospitality and friendly staff . We don’t live in the area and they all made us feel so welcome and to top it up the price was really good . Many thanks to all of you . Keep up the good quality . Hannah

Don't be put off by the drinks thing. This is a delightful and well-appointed cafe in what I imagine was (and still is) the local Post Office. We were greeted by a cheery lady who asked if we wanted the Post Office or breakfast! Imagine our surprise when she announced that full English is half-price for October weekdays. Well, that made choosing very easy and it was delicious and more than either of us could manage. Good coffee and friendly servers so an all-around 5* from us.

this place is amazing! the people who work here are amazing! the food is fantastic, I shop here all the time. love the uniqueness of the shop, the jewellery is fantastic and they make you feel like family. Well worth the visit 100/10 I'm a regular a reason. if your in overton you have to come here!

Lovely café. Freshly made paninis & baguettes to order. Fab coffee. Large portions of everything. Clean & fresh air. Such a lovely escape from the mall & great value too. Very impressed.

Superb service and such a friendly and helpful welcome. Coffee was great too. I needed to make a zoom call and they reserved the small room for me, and kept me well served with coffee and cake.

We hired The Bay Vegan Deli to cater for our wedding in September as it was really important to us that, not only was the food vegan, but that it was delicious and kept everyone full. It's safe to say Mel and her team blew us away with the incredible spread they put on. We were absolutely gobsmacked by the beautiful presentation, and all of our guests were wowed. Every single person we spoke to on the day (and since) complimented the food, saying it was absolutely delicious and they all went back for seconds (and some, thirds!) - what an amazing claim, considering the wedding of 50 guests had less than 5 vegans in attendance. Mel was professional, polite, calm, and just perfect to deal with from start to finish. Although she had another event to attend to after setting up, she left her very capable staff in charge of the buffet and they kept it topped up, tidy, and all cleaned down afterwards without a crumb left behind - the venue even complimented us the next day on how clean everything had been left! Found this hidden gem, just a walk from my house, read reviews, and decided to go, and it did not disappoint, the food was excellent, service was brilliant and prices were very good, the food was outstanding, my husband said, it's the best steak and ale pie he has ever had. Definitely will be returning. 5*

Ordered salad boxes and jacket potatoes for our office lunch. Absolutely perfect. Both were delicious and received great feedback from staff. Every item was labelled with the name which made it so much easier giving out the food. Would definitely recommend if you want good food for the office lunch!

Exceptional sushi - the best that I have had in the UK. Personal favourites are the white tuna jalepeno roll and the ikra nigiri.

We visited Veeno today for lunch. We had the best meal and we’ll certainly be back. I can’t believe we haven’t discovered this gem before. We had garlic bread and pizza, both of which were the best we’ve ever tasted. They came with olive oil and balsamic dip which was gorgeous. They also gave us some truffle oil to dip the pizza crusts in which was soooo good and different. They had a huge selection of wines and their house red was delicious. I had to have a second glass 😋. Can’t wait to return to try more of their menu. Thank you for a fanatic relaxing lunch x

I’ve been here a few times and the quality is consistently excellent. They serve the nicest coffees in Canterbury by a long shot and their kimchi toastie is absolutely delicious. In addition I always receive very friendly and cheerful service.

My fella and I usually visit Maidstone a couple of times in the summer, and before we headed off this time I looked up places to eat on Tripadvisor. This place looked a good bet, so we sought it out to try for ourselves and we are very glad we did. What a brilliant place! Not only was the food every bit as good as the reviews promised it would be, but the biggest surprise was the interior - WOW! After walking throught the genteel arcade, the last thing I was expecting was this riot of individualism and colour. As it was only us eating (we were early for lunch...) I took the opportunity to have a good look around and take some photos to share. The lady behind the bar was really friendly, and we were very impressed with the prompt service and the quality / quantity of the food. We will definitely be coming again and would fully recommend this to anyone who enjoys a decent burger at a fair price! :)
