I love this place we was on holiday last year and found this on our last day sadly or we would have eaten there everyday. Me and my partner went for a day trip out from London and had to go back there for brunch. I wouldn’t go any other place in selsey now. The food is soooo nice and fresh, the staff/owners are so lovely if your in selsey defo visit WAVES you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely coffee place, where the owner/barista/cleaner makes you an amazing hand-made coffee, over a friendly chat. Inside and some outside seating. We loved the laidback atmosphere. In Dutch: very ‘gezellig’ 😊 We’ll be back!

My friend & I were in Brighton for a birthday treat for myself. Found this lovely, quirky tea room for a snack. The food was lovely and the owners were very friendly. We would both definitely recommend this place 10/10👍

The coffee is brewed to the perfect temperature. Tim knows and remembers everyone's name, order and stories they tell him, making him the perfect barista. Yes, at times there is a long queue but definitely worth the wait, considering that every cup is made separately. Tim never uses the same steam milk for 2 different orders. Highly recommend this place.

Micropub serving church hanbrewery beers in half or 2/3 pints and also selling their selection of bottled beers. A limited amount of seating available in the covered market. They also serve wine and freshly baked pizzas in the adjoining units
