The best restaurants serving American food in South East

Here for dart league starting at 730pm on a Sunday. The bartender is doing a lot of talking with her friends and ignoring other customers. Stood at the bar waiting for a drink for about 30 mins before I gave up and left the bar without a drink. I don't know how they expect to keep business when bartenders are treating customers that way.

Went for dinner. Food was delicious and portions very generous. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Lloydie. Thank you , we will return.

The pub is good. The beer is good. The majority of staff are lovely to deal with. Mr tattooed-insecure-Hipster behind the bar is probably the unhappiest and most unfriendly man I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. However, I’ve given 2 stars as beer is good and the other members of staff are lovely.

Great value set menu, food was exceptional and cooked well. Loved the roof terrace after to catch the sun

I am a frequent traveller and whenever I enter a hotel room I check the mattress, I have never had an issue before. From the look of things it seemed like old residue of bedbugs. I checked the trip advisor reviews before coming and there seemed to be a few issues of cleanliness however after leaving the hotel I checked the reviews from booking.com and saw someone had the same issue (but a lot worse) a couple years ago. I just wish I had seen that before booking. For over £90 a night I just find it unacceptable that you will offer someone a hotel room with what I would describe at best, a blood stained mattress and at worst bed bugs. I didn’t even look at the rest of the room or the rest of the mattress, after seeing the edge of it like that we left immediately. I called to let them know and it’s now well over 12 hours later and haven’t had a response. Other things to note is the girls toilets downstairs were leaking all over the outside area so had to step over all of the leaking water stream to get to the stairs to enter the room. Don’t recommend at all.

Adam y Ben son geniales y vale la pena su peso en oro administrando el lugar magníficamente y Alicia nos sirvió hoy y era tan encantador que te sentiste como en casa para cuando te sentaste. La actitud es una pequeña cosa que hace una gran diferencia y es una actitud cálida y amigable positiva que se obtiene aquí. ¡Gracias a todos! The place is compact and has too many people in there using the bar aswell as the restaurant. Its a nice atmosphere but seems pressured because of space and customers. After ordering,they forgot one of the meals completely,until we asked where it was. The food was nice except the portions seemed small compared to the price charged. £6 for fish fingers,mash and beans child portion..

The chicken burger was wet, bland, mushy and horrible. The fries were fine so I ate those, I told the staff who served us and they couldn’t care less so I asked if it was possible not to be charged for mine but they said as I’d already tried to eat the burger which I left the rest of as it was a pile of mush and that I had ate the fries they wouldn’t. I asked if they did the online discount they had on their site and they said no it was from a while ago. There was no way of them giving me any form of compensation for my experience in any form. Luckily this place has since shut down.

Horrible experiencia aquí hoy. El gerente (James) fue ofensivo y agresivo cuando visité con mi hija de 4 años hoy. Compré comida y me dijeron que no podía sentarme en la mesa que habíamos esperado porque lo pedí como comida para llevar (debido a que en ese momento no había mesas). Estoy discapacitado y necesitaba sentarme como se sentía mal y también para que mi hija pudiera comer la comida que había pagado (el mismo precio para llevar que para sentarse). También tenía un carrito como ayuda para caminar debido a mi discapacidad y me dijeron que no podía traerlo a pesar de que había buggies repartidos por todos lados y bolsas de compras por todos los pisos. Me dijeron que me sentara en el comedor, pero no había asientos. Afortunadamente dos encantadoras damas se dieron cuenta de que estaba luchando y nos ayudaron a sentarnos con ellas. La tienda Bournemouth siempre ha sido increíble, pero este lugar realmente me ha pospuesto visitar Pollos delgados de nuevo. Ni siquiera podía comer la comida que había pagado, ya que estaba tan angustiada.

Well to put it simply it's kinda expensive, concept around the ordering process is a bit complicated for someone who hasn't been to a wing stop before although I hadn't gotten anything to eat I was with friends genuinely a good spot to hang and eat with friends however not a big fan of the constant blasting of music like yes many other places also blast music but at a volume that doesn't hurt the ears to sum it up good place to hang with friends, eat however the volume of the music and the some what confusing concept of ordering some what puts me off as I can get much much more and way simpler at a gdk (German doner kebab)
