6 of us had an early evening meal, we were seen to by a very helpful man who took and delivered our orders all without any delay or mistakes, really enjoyed our visit and will return soon.

Spotless clean. Friendly prompt service and always enjoyed. Tea in a pot is the best!

It was very welcoming and very quick service, the staff are polite, always smiling and friendly, didn't wait long to be seated.

Chips was cold, burger nearly cold, overall dissatisfied with it, driver was very rude and said u love to far out, won’t be ordering again.

This is a restaurant group that brings back many memories as a child so I took my daughter to experience it. This particular restaurant was immaculately clean and exactly how I remembered them . Will be back

Good burger bar, but a little pricey.

Clean, well kept restaurant with quick service and good food. Nice relaxed alternative to other more frenetic and noisy fast food places.

Looked into the fast-food joint a couple of doors down. Realised it was packed and has grown expensive. Went here, got a similar meal for a similar if not cheaper price, BUT the value for money of the whole experience was so much better than the fast-food joint. More chips. The burger tasted of a burger. Coffee was good, and the staff were pleasant.

It was delivered in a wet paper bag so I refused delivery. The delivery guy could not understand English, so therefore I can not comment on quality

Not happy with service today waiting and waiting for grandsons ice-cream. Food delicious as usual and hot. Service let it down unfortunately complained at the till to be told we didn't know you were finished. If you offer table service keep an eye on the tables !

I like it very much. It's nice to be able to sit down and eat your meal without any hassle or urgency. The service is prompt, courteous, and good. The environment is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Just met a friend for coffee. The staff are amazing.

It is our first time visiting Wimpy. It was delicious! The burgers were huge, and the fries were crispy! I will definitely come again to try the breakfast.

It is wonderful place, the breackfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Deffinately recommend it and you should check it, if you visit Aylesbury. 11/10

Had the worst breakfast ever,the bacon was burnt the sausage are the cheap frozen walls the hash browns was fried in old oil and they had a cheek to give me already buttered toast.

Went there Saturday eve. The staff were great and the food was lovely .. only went as a blast from the last trip .. but loved it and will return 👌

Had my first wimpy burger today was incredible

I ordered I double cheese burger and a triple cheese burger and only received the triple burger. When I phoned wimpy I didn't get any joy in getting them to redeliver the burger. Last time I order from there.

I have never had a poor tasting burnt & cold wimpy. Extremely disappointed

The food was excellent. The service was top-notch. The atmosphere was wonderful. The only thing keeping it from 5* is that it's not 100% wheelchair-friendly. The place is on 2 levels with a step between. You can get from one to the other, but it requires leaving the restaurant from one level and going back in the other. While it is possible, this makes it inconvenient for someone who uses wheels to get around.

Made to order . Fresh and flavoursome. Top of my list for burgers. Chips are great. Milkshakes the best.

Cleand today, really fast service. Fine if you want a quick and easy meal.

Food was cold and not crispy. Always good food previous but not this time.Also there is no option to remove tomatoe from wrap. I have to remove always but wrap saturated in juice of tomato,aybe an option could be made for oeder form.

The food was nice and cooked well. Service could have been better, a little slow. The waitress was a bit vacant. Quite expensive for what you get, but that's to be expected. On par with London prices.

Beautifully clean, extremely polite staff. Toilets super clean. It is expensive but you are getting a plate knife and fork with your cheap burger! Old school wimpey at it's best!

Poor delivery, drink spilled in bag. Drink also flat and syrupy, didnt taste like pepsi max.

The food is ok, but for the price it's disappointing

Food quality was ok, but not for the price paid - I find even McD does much tastier burgers cheaper in their upper range like steakhouse. Ordered a blue cheese sauce one, but there was not even a hint of that, so assume like some complained not much care is given when putting the orders together.

The muffins came with sausages and NOT sausage patty’s of which we paid extra for as well. Proper disappointed, it had collapsed already when it arrived too! McDonald’s may get orders wrong but it would never be as bad a standard as this.

Seated quickly by polite young man, we visited on a Saturday lunchtime, our order was taken quickly and our drinks arrived soon after, food came about 15mins after ordering and it was hot and tasty, surprisingly the restaurant was not busy as we would of expected on a Saturday lunchtime, so it was quiet apart from the music, so a relaxed dining experience, all good from our point of view 😀

This large, clean, bright new restaurant with its very comfortable seating, has a wide ranging menu including non-burger choices. And it's nice and quiet, with music playing quietly.

wimpy was depressing, the staff were nice but the food was bland

Excellent service and excellent quality of food

They need to stop using staples in the bags. When pulling the staples out they could land in the food which would have serious consequences.

The price we paid I don't think matches the food we got. We were a bit disappointed. I think the Big Mighty burger for £12 was not worth the price. Considering that the only thing on it was 2 crispy onion rings, one fried hotdog, 1 piece of baccon and 1 thin beef patty. The milkshake @£4+ was also not worth the price. They do make it with real icecream, but i could taste they use syrup to get the flavouring. The one thing I can commend them on is that the restaurant is spotless, aswell as the bathroom. The service was amazing better than i have found anywhere else.

Classic Wimpy vibes. The food was delicious and they played 80s music so if you're after a bit of nostalgia then head to Wimpy! They're missing a vegan dessert and breakfast, which is a shame, but the vegan burger is lush.

Burgers and chips tasted as if they were freshly cooked and when delivered, they were still hot.Very tasty.

Brilliant meal here. Food was nice and arrived in good time. Vanilla milkshake was Fantastic too! Overall, an excellent visit.

Immediately after I’ve stepped inside I was offered a sit. The staff was very polite. Clean place. I had a burger and the taste wasn’t wow, as the price is very decent for an average burger and cheesy fries, but was alright. Thank you!

I love this Wimpy, it's so clean and the food is fresh and prompt. Only thing I don't like is watching the staff eating and the dirty dustpan and brush on show to the public. From what I saw customer toilets are upstairs too, so no accessibility for wheelchair users and if there is an accessible toilet nobody came to me as I entered the door showing toilets, to tell me there is 1.

Food was good and no issues with service at all - expensive though for what it is. £24 for burger, chips and a drink for two.

It's was a rainy day, the other half wanted to go in for old times sake My take on it is, very very expensive without feeling like you got the level you paid for 5 guys pricing Sub golden arches quality Can't say I'd go back, sorry, burgers have come on a long way and I'll pay for a good one, this just left me feeling robbed

Looked at order confirmation and found I had made an error on my order rang the restaurant they corrected it without any quibbles excellent.

Nice idea to seal the drink. But almost impossible to peel off.

From now on, if its a Burger I want, it will be Wimpy.

Very expensive for what it is. Quality was not great, burgers overdone. Not impressed

We have just had a lovely brunch here. Haven’t been to a Wimpy in years so it was a real treat to get good hot brunch. Our server was great and all staff were pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tidy, no used plates etc on tables. The loos were fresh and clean and good hand wash/drier facilities. Well done to everyone, we shall certainly visit again on our visit to town.
