Cheran's Bakery in Swale

My friend brought me a gift card for my birthday. I waited until Cherans started selling cake slices online for me to then use it. I had to chase them up for a code, which they did end up getting back to me. But despite the code working, it says you need to list an email, even though one has already been listed. I did try using another one to see if it was just my email, but it still said the same thing. I contacted them on Instagram on the 9th of September regarding this issue. They did respond but again, the issue was not resolved. I tried chasing them up again on the 11/09 and then 16/09 regarding this. I did also try to email - yet no response. I did try leaving a comment on their social media since they were posting and replying to comments, yet they deleted my comment and never got back to me. Disappointed as its the 1st of October today. I just feel ignored at this point.

Good evening. I went today (08/09/24) to Cheran's because I saw on Instagram that they have cinnamon rolls, when I arrived, and I asked about rolls, I was told that they don't have anything like that. However, I bought something else, it's annoying that they don't have prices displayed for each individual product. They have a poster where it says that for a box of 8 biscuits it is £19.99 but that's it .When I got to pay, I was about to fall down when I saw how much it cost. Almost £40. It is a bit high price, and if it had been the displayed prices I would have realized if I can afford it or not. And the boy serving wasn't really paying attention to what I was telling him. I don't think I will buy from there again .

An amazing find! I was so sad when the Maidstone store closed down but I was able to order treats and gifts online. That said its definitely worth the hour journey for the Saturday specials. Just make sure you have room in your freezer some of the bakes are huge.

Lovely staff, always welcoming and polite when in store. Website is also easy to navigate when ordering online, occasionally get codes for money off online as well as in store too which is great!! Stuffed cookies are my favourite, they’re out of this world!! Would 100% recommend to all.

Amazing cookies and drinks! Can’t beat them! Also so we’ll prices especially the drinks compared to Costa and Starbucks (and much nicer flavours/combinations).

We used cherans bakery celebrate Pride month at work. We ordered 50 Different beautiful rainbow options and oh my They did not disappoint. I travelled them all the way to London - as to be honest there is no match for these cakes

Cheran’s bakery is a small bakery that I frequent more than I maybe should. The variation of sweet treats available is more than enough to have something for everyone. We have bought from here on a number of occasions and even took treats to work on my birthday and they were a hit! I would without a doubt recommend the cinnamon swirls, brownies or crookies and I cannot wait to get myself a giant slice of cake!

Cheran’s is without a doubt the best place to get unique and awesome treats, and everything they make, whether it’s cookies, brownies or anything for that matter, are incredibly tasty and unlike anything else out there! I can’t count how many times I’ve been in there and I definitely won’t be stopping any time soon! Make sure you visit and definitely try the apple crumble stuffed cookie if you can (it’s my favourite)!

I love Cherans bakery! I've ordered both online and in store and have always been. Super happy with my yummy goods! The cakes are my ultimate favourite treats here. Huge slices that last for days! My kids love the cookies birthday cake flavour and mint aero. Cheran and the bakery staff are always polite and will go out of their way to please. *My birthday cake was delish and so beautiful (ignore my finger prints, I was impatient)*

Absolutely love getting a sweet treat from here when we can! So nice sometimes we travel from Whitstable just for the stuffed cookies as they are unreal 😍😍 everything is fresh and smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Very friendly staff and very generous 🩶

Absolutely top draw sweet treats. Quality, value for money, lots of choice for all tastes! Lovely ice cream, indulgent hot and cold drinks and absolutely banging cakes (warm up in the microwave makes them even better). Staff are always friendly! Post available for gifts and those further away! I could do with it being a bit further away as it is temptingly close!!! Enjoy!!!

Absolutely delicious selection and really reasonable prices too! My little boy loves the Oreo milkshake as a treat…his nursery is right near Cherans and he gets so excited if we go there after, they are always so friendly and have even done him a kids size milkshake for him before! My favourite bakery for treats. 100% recommend a visit if you’re in the area (or delivery if you’re not). I personally would recommend a kinder milkshake, Nutella cookie and cinnamon bun (even better when it’s warmed).

Cheran’s bakes are absolutely amazing! There’s always so much variety on offer, and it all tastes so good. Products are made with high quality ingredients, and worth every penny! I brought a box of 6 blondies (2x Biscoff , 2x White chocolate twix & 2x birthday blondies) and they exceeded my expectations! They were amazing!! Good sizes, still gooey in the centre and crisp outside. Came on the date I wanted and packaged in a lovely little gift box. It's my 2nd time ordering from Cherans bakery and I can't wait until the next!

Went to the bakery today, there was so much choice. The guy serving us was patient and told us every flavour of each cake. The cakes are soooo good I'm half way eaten a Rolo cake.

I have become what can only be described as a Cheransaholic. I have sampled most items and all have been amazing. My latest order was a teacake which is divine, a cinnamon bun which is the best one I've ever had, a stuffed cookie and a cookie sandwich. My favourites have been the Cherans Wheels and the giant scones which I had for Mothers Day. If you haven't sampled Cherans then you are missing out!

I bought large cake slices x3 and a date night cookie dough, this time! Customised to the max, so many choices to make. Funfetti large cake slices are my favorite, they taste amazing. Delivery was quicker this time, ordered on Friday came on the Saturday.

What can I say...this bakery is such an amazing little gem of a find 😍 the staff are so lovely, the cakes and treats are just the best especially the cake slices...be careful how many you chose on one day as you will want to eat them all in one go 😅 the hot and cold drinks also are so nice.
