Wingstop in Reading

Well to put it simply it's kinda expensive, concept around the ordering process is a bit complicated for someone who hasn't been to a wing stop before although I hadn't gotten anything to eat I was with friends genuinely a good spot to hang and eat with friends however not a big fan of the constant blasting of music like yes many other places also blast music but at a volume that doesn't hurt the ears to sum it up good place to hang with friends, eat however the volume of the music and the some what confusing concept of ordering some what puts me off as I can get much much more and way simpler at a gdk (German doner kebab)

Nick and Faiza are very friendly and are excellent staff members overall. I highly recommend them! The food is great overall as well.

The best chicken restaurant in Reading Centre! I enjoy having lunch here every Friday. Excellent food quality, wonderful view - best position to oversee the high street of Reading. Thank you Jessica for your kind and patient explanation on my orders.

Delicious chicken and really tasty fries. The sauces are good, but I'd particularly recommend the Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce and the original sauce (which tastes similar to Frank's hot sauce). Edit: Visited again recently, still great. Also, shout out to Eva, our server, who had a really warm, welcoming and friendly attitude - great customer service, which I wouldn't always expect at a fast food place.

Took 20 minutes to get here, for just plain atomic 8 piece wings. No spaces to sit. Had to stand up the whole time.

While I usually love wingstop, unfortunately Qais Khan you forgot to pack my house ranch sauce last Thursday (13/02)!!

I was out shopping at oracle shopping centre yesterday 8th feb around 3pm we decided to go to wingstop and as we just about finished eating I turned around and said to the worker who was just walking past us if she could take the number card she very rudely said “NO!” And just casually walked past. Now… I found that extremely rude as I am a paying customer it’s not good customer service, maybe you need to train them better. She was an ethnic lady ( maybe Pakistani lady) she had a black cap on… I did complain to one of the guy who was at the cleaning stand putting rubbish away and he said he would have a word. I wasn’t able to point her out as she seemed to vanish very quickly. I am a mature Pakistani lady who does not appreciate spoken to like she did… it was in a aggressive rude manner. Hope you take this matter serious and take some action towards her rude manner to customers. Thank you 🙏

The food is amazing the music can get a bit to loud, their burgers are really something to get and their chicken pieces. We absolutly love eating at Wingstop. Their milkshakes is not that great but their food really is something.

Had a very pleasant experience today at Wingstop in Reading. Was pleased to find a halal local branch in the heart of Reading. Service was absolutely amazing, and food was point. Can’t fault them, a very enjoyable lunch meal.

It was really easy to order for the first time. Staff name Uzair were really kind and didn't rush you, and the place was clean and tidy. I love it

Food came so cold and waited 40+mins for food, no one looked like they were happy working there i was in a rush so i didn't try getting my meal replaced but spent £50 on food that was cold and the portion of my large lemon pepper fries were literally like 10-15 chips all the other customers were in the same boat aswell it wasn't even very busy i would like a refund or gift voucher or something, some workers were also trying to get 5 star reviews and a name mention for free churros which is crazy. I would like a gift voucher or something so i can get another meal thats actually to a normal wingstop standard because the last couple times Ive been its been this same experience. I also hope that the kitchen staff are doing regular temperature checks on food thats going to the window so that the chicken is actually 74° or above

Its a very popular place with loads of young people. Food was great but pricey, seating is limited.

Overpriced and overrated. Visited during peak hour so waiting was expected. Ordered 10 wings (Original and Louisiana) and waited 15 minutes. Not their fault. Wings were small, like half the size of a normal chicken wing in a supermarket. Original wing tasted dry and quite bland. Louisiana was better, but just like grilled wings with sauce poured over. Ranch dip was good though. Overall mediocre experience and will not visit again.

I have ordered by Deliveroo wings , tenders and fries and all comes hot. I had also two dips but Julia a good employee of Wings Stop Oracle gived me extra sauce. I am impressed by her. Food is always good at wings stop and my son enjoy every time we eat there or we order home . good job Julia . Good job Wings Stop Oracle -Reading

Horrendous food, random bunch of flavours all with one thing in common: FAR too much salt and sugar. Cheap furniture adds to the cheap atmosphere. Service is friendly.

I’ve had to change my review. Me and my girlfriend ordered using Deliveroo. It turned up cold, which was fine as it was very cold outside. But the food made us both very ill. I’ve also noticed quality drop in the boneless wings, where they have had almost no sauce on them even they’re supposed to be fully coated. Staff are always nice in person, I have no issues with them. Sadly we probably will not eat here again.

My daughter took me there on a father daughter date and this is the place the youngsters like to come. Nice food, good prices and clean. Well. Done

Service at this store was great. However one worker in particular stood out. Mohammed Zane was amazing. My first time at wing stop and didn’t know what to get. He explained what each flavour was like and recommended some very good options. Not only that but he was friendly and customer service was perfect. He is an asset to the company

Great food as always, really good chicken however the sauces/dry seasoning could do with some more on the chicken, and the honey mustard slaw portions could be a bit bigger but very nice service and fixed an issue with a missing item with ease.

One of the best in town, great food and the stuff even greater. Alan who took my order twice is a person who knows how to deal with people as well as how to advise/inform to get the best experience.
