Wingstop in Reading

As a regular customer of Wingstop, we’d never had an issue until today. Poor, young and unprofessional staff caused a problem for myself and my friend whilst with two young children. We had a sleeping 4 month old in a buggy next to our table to which a staff member told us we had to move the sleeping baby as it took up space (may I add that there was enough space for people to walk through and get past) we told her that we are not moving the sleeping baby across the restaurant without us and she laughed in our face. There was no where else for us to go. When we told her we wouldn’t move the sleeping baby, the staff member proceeded to talk about us to another 2 members of staff on the floor. She’s lucky she walked away quick enough because she got an absolute mouthful from you. Disgusting service and unprofessional. Shame on whoever you are. I’d name and shame you but you knew you did wrong so wouldn’t come back over.

Delicious chicken and really tasty fries. The sauces are good, but I'd particularly recommend the Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce and the original sauce (which tastes similar to Frank's hot sauce).

the food was a bit pricey as I bought the original wings larg size12pcs i,thought its could be 12 pcz whole wings but its not ,they made 1 whole wing in tiny 2 pcs and chips were not as good as i thought it was but . It's a total rip off pricewise its not great . AND ITS NOT WORTH IT. For £20.50 I could get a proper full meal at McDonald's.for two person on this price😅🤣

Usually food is great. But ordered it recently and fries were cold. And couldn't order the Hawaiian that we usually do. So was disappointed but couldn't do much about it. Has such flavour been taken off of the menu?

BEWARE if you buy large you get less than regular have video proof happened so many times contacted them about it and they said nothing they can do food always comes cold with deliveroo would recommend collecting only. Ps feel scammed for all they times I paid for large but was actually getting less if I could I’d sue

It was really easy to order for the first time. Staff were really kind and didn't rush you, and the place was clean and tidy. Music was a bit loud but I get that's the vibe

I travelled from swindon to reading to drop off my friend, my friend took me to this fast food I went 10 at night on Friday, I ordered 8 wings (atomic) 3 tender (atomic) and cajun fries, since it was takeaway I went to my car and opened the box only to realise they provided 8 boneless which were lemon flavourand cajun fries, couldnt go back cus they were closed by than thankyou for mugging my £14 and ruining 1 order, maybe get staff that can read order better. Ruined my Friday completely😡

Fatima T is so friendly and welcoming. I love seeing her bright smile and attentive nature every time I come to wingstop and everyone else is incredibly friendly and attentive too.

I got the 8 boneless wings half BBQ & half Garlic Parm along with 3 BBQ tenders, I had 2 dips, 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard, everything was good, the only downside is that the chicken seemed as though it’s not dripped properly after coming out of the oil as it seemed rather oily when it came out, the only other gripe I have was the server coming over to ask how the food was whilst I had my mouth full chewing food and headphones on, I know it’s their job to take care of customers it just seemed as though she could have picked slightly better timing.

You can see that Alina are passionate about what they do! The place is clean, she’s very friendly and most importantly the food is incredible.

The lovely girl who served us was welcoming and helps us with the menu as it was our first time. The food was great, crispy and hot, however I do not like the ranch. When we were to full a lovely girl helped us pack up and box our order to go. 4 for atmosphere just because of the volume of the music.

My daughter always makes me pop in here when we are in Reading. The wings are good (especially the tenders as you don't have to faff about with bones) and theres a wide range of sauces/dips to suit everyone. Service is slow though. You place your order, grab a plaque with a number on it and wait for someone to bring you over your wings. Would be much better if they just displayed your number on a board, when it's ready, and then you could go and pick it up from the counter....like they do in McDonald's. The ambiance isn't anything to write home about but the wings are good.

this was the best day of my life. i am convinced that god consulted the inventor of this franchise in the building of heaven. the staff were great and i genuinely cannot recommend this place enough <333
