Delicious food. I recommend the boneless wings and sweet potota fries. It was just owesome. Environment was so good and calm. Amazing customer service by Alina.

I was vegetarian for 5 years. After being vegetarian for 5 years and never being tempted by meat, Wingstop posts were everywhere. The chicken looked absolutely crisp and tantalising. After drooling at videos of wingstop mukbangs for months, I went to Wingstop in Reading and ordered their succulent tenders. I bit into the crisp chicken flesh and my 5 year long vegetarian streak was blissfully ended and I was converted back to the carnivorous ways. Thanks Wingstop!

Got delivered to my work fast delivery from deliveroo food we got the crowd pleaser was awesome will order again or even go there to eat

Lovely visit ... Three of us fancied a quick bite to eat to tide us over while we did a bit of shopping in town.

Chicken wings was nice and juicy , lemon pepper fries were 10/10 , we had amazing service from Mohammed , kindest person and good energy.

Kids love eating at Wingstop. There's good variety of options. The staff is very helpful. Can get a bit busy during meal times.

Total rubbish service and the staff is very unpolite. They are only serving Deliveroo and Uber eats drivers. They don't care about the people eat-in. 😴 I am waiting for more than 40 min and still manager said we will give you food in few more minutes. I even follow up twice even after that, the answer is 'few more min'. I will not give any star for service. They don't deserve any feedback. Only one thing rubbish, pathetic service. Never visit again.

Good customer service, bad prices... I paid £17 for wings flavor fix for one and a soda.

It's not my thing, but my teenage boys like it. Small hard lumps of overcooked cheap chicken. Everything 8s obviously deep fried. Hard to understand the staff as none were English.

As a spicy hotwing fan, I asked for 4 atomic wings and 4 mango habanero wings. I got the blue chees sauce as a dip. They did warn me of the spice which was nice. Took around 20 minutes to arrive, I guess it was pretty busy, but that did surprise me. As far as taste and wing quality goes, they were absolutely amazing 👏 BUT, to call your hottest wings atomic is a bit of a stretch! They gave a pleasant tingle, but a real hotwings fan would laugh at those scollvilles. Overall though I will definitely come back. The flavour was lovely and they don't use unnecessary batter like KFC or Brewdog which for me was a massive bonus. Cost wise, it's a little pricey for a family, but for one person it's perfectly fine.

Wingstop is my go to place for chicken and wings. The flavours are so delicious and the chicken is just perfection. Always served by lovely staff Muhammad Zane, who is very friendly and helpful with great customer service skills.

Wonderful experience! The till staff Ola was very patient in explaining the menu to my kid and my kid was happy in deciding own food. After seated, lobby staff Valshali gave us such pleasant and friendly service. She care about the food quality and made sure we enjoy. 👏🏻

I tried to call their number and they didn’t respond and played some weird music! I am fuming about this because my 9yr old daughter wanted wingstop for her birsday! Leave a bad review + I don’t recommended coming here (but the food is good)

Came the other day was greeted by Mohammed Zane he made my first time at wingstop great! He asked if I needed any support and explained everything in detail including the flavours! Definitely coming again.

Love it here. The service is always great, however today Mohammed Zain went above and beyond. Thank you Mohammed for being so kind, patient and hospitable! Will definitely be returning many many times!

First ever visit to wings stop, first the music was so loud had to constantly shout out my order and couldn't her what was being asked by the lady at the counter I did mention music is so loud but nothing was done. Food came wings tasted old and dry like they were reheated many times then just smothered in my chosen sauce. Quality of food was not good. While I was eating had too worker's come up to us to ask is everything is okay which I don't think is necessary. My partner complained about wings tasting old a next batch was made for us but I found them to be the same just had crazy amount of sauce to mask the old wings. Won't be coming here again. Music way to loud, wings tasted old, sorry not worth the money.

Really great wings, my girlfriend and I come here every year for our anniversary. This latest visit however... One member of staff came and asked how our food was and asked us to leave a Google review (this is fine). When I agreed to, she stood there and asked if I could do it now, I'm sat there with wing all over my hands, on a romantic date 👀 being pestered to leave a review whilst I'm still eating my food... This is not on and actually made us feel very uncomfortable. Wings were great though.

Overall 1* because whilst using the gloves to eat wings, they melted through a little. Plastics are a health risk and they should not be provided. I should have just eaten with my hands and wish there was more handwashing facilities. Staff were lovely, food good but I’ve made better wings at home. I did enjoy the lemon pepper fries though. Another issue was very loud music. This particular branch is open plan within the mall and there is a lot of noise and cold coming from directly below the (always) open mall doors. Uncomfortable to sit in.

We tried wingstop for the first time at the oracle reading store and we absolutely loved it. We were welcomed by Inga (the manager) and her fantastic and friendly staff and we ordered a wings platter and fries. The food was very delicious and we had a very great experience in terms of customer service. We will definitely be returning back and the store has got a new customer!! 😊

They need to work on the menu! We left without ordering as the menu on the wall was not so clear, just one burger pictured and no description, and no meal advertised. They have no flyers. When I asked the waitress at the till she said we have to order everything separately including chips and drink separate. So we did not bother asking them for a description of their food and offers

Plenty of seating area, the staff are friendly and polite and the food is good you cant really complain apart from the barbaric kids who scale the escalators right next to wingstop 😂

The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options. The service I received from T was polite professional and friendly. We ordered, the spicy Korean wing which he recommended, and just as he said they were amazing . Great service highly recommended!!
