Had the new impossible burger and it was really good, staff are amazing here love this brewdog so much ❤️

Don’t know about the food but the choco libre stout and the love potion sour beer was really good - the former was smooth and the later was rich!

My partner got food poisoning from their chicken wings as one was really smelly! Came back recently for my daughter to have a burgers as this is the only place she likes burgers from but they lady who served was very rude! I wanted to order wings for me she said I can't .. while everyone else was getting wings , she didn't say that you need to pre - order them... Although I wanted the cauliflower wings and I doubt that so many people order those anyway.. ! Then I ordered my daughters burger with lettuce , said on the receipt too , but when my daughter went to ask about it the lady was very rude to her ! And the barmaids are always very tired , don't like talking to customers, the atmosphere is just unpleasant! The lady that served us was just lazy!

We arrived at midday and ordered using the app. It took 30 mins for us to get drinks, 1.5 hours for mains, and pudding was an hour after that. For a table of 6, in an almost empty restaurant, it took 3 hours to have our meal. The room was freezing, the atmosphere was non-existent, and the staff weren’t particularly interested. Would not visit again.

Used a voucher with burgers plus flights of beers. Not allowed to have non-alcoholic beers for myself even though they are cheaper than alcoholic ones. Shame as the beers were nice(couldn't drink much as recovering from a migraine). Long wait for food..50 mins...place was packed. Nice Waitress on her 2nd shift.

Looking for somewhere special for a night out, six of us went to the BrewDog pub in Reading on 3rd January to celebrate a family birthday. Even though it was a Friday night (we were there 8pm till midnight), there was a complete lack of atmosphere. Not much to say about the staff... they seemed uninterested, poured us beer without a smile, and certainly added no warmth or joy to our experience. We ate there. The food was ordinary, burgers, chips, etc., tasty enough but expensive, nothing special. We were seated in a booth near the front of the pub, which was cold. When we had finished eating, we moved ourselves nearer the back of the pub where we thought it might be a bit warmer. Unfortunately, this was near the toilet door and stank! The beers were good – you’d hope so being a brewery company. We had a good night regardless, playing Articulate, which was a right laugh… not sure we’ll be back.

On a xmas party- food was terrible, the atmosphere was very strange!!

We visited this location for my partners birthday with my friend, booking was easy and simple. If you are a wheelchair user The venue has an outside ramp to the entrance and once inside you will need to get a member of staff to place down the ramp for the three steep inside steps, the ramp is long so the incline is not too steep but does feel a little insecure in the middle and a heavy power chair may feel unsafe. Once inside the place is easy to navigate. We were slightly disappointed they didn't have cards against humanity as stated on the menu and the app did not work for ordering which meant going up to a bar with no lower section and attempting to order/pay. There is a radar key accessible bathroom but this is behind two heavy doors which causes issues. The food was hot and delicious and the beer was great. Atmosphere was lovely and partner had a great time. Had to ask for the ramp to be re put out when exiting and once again felt slightly precarious but they have done the best they could with the stairs steepness.

Food was a huge issue, kitchen was closed without warning so half our group didn't even get to order and those that did had to wait a very long time (more than an hour). One meal was forgotten and had to be chased. Also gents toilets were closed leaving the single accessible toilet as the only available one which was terrible!

First time visiting a BrewDog pub, despite the amount of Hazy Jane I seem to buy each week in the shops! Certain drinks are quite expensive, but then again, that's just a sign of the times across many pubs these days. Staff were decent, and even on a Friday night it wasn't shoulder to shoulder packed out. Toilets clean and tidy, and the interior is quite nice with a nice atmosphere.

Had some wings they selling a be funky. That evning way sick. Definitely not going back. Think you guys need to sack the chef.

We hosted a charity quiz night upstairs at BrewDog and I can't fault the experience. Molly was great with all the communications before hand, she made it so easy. The room was a perfect fit for us, there was a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our server Alissia was amazing, we couldn't have asked for more, it was a great night!

I ordered the vegetables and dip, staff went to check if that was possible, they returned and said yes. I ordered, and waited, and then after quite some time, they came and said they've run out of it. I ended up not being able to eat anything for the duration of their FRIENDS quiz night. Also, restroom cubicles don't all have bins in them.

What can I say...waiting 2 hrs for 15 wings ....unfortunately quite disappointing....the front of house staff were excellent...the wings we did have were delicious, perfectly cooked and well presented...the sides...we had fries and onion rings....fries were good ...onion rings were inedible also the cauliflower wings inedible far too greasy and full of oil ..... Conclusion...definitely not enough staff for "wing Wednesday " advertised as unlimited wing Wednesday...turned out it was limited wing Wednesday and we simply could not wait any longer ....

We had 2 different bar maids this evening and both gave the vibe that they didn't even want to talk to us. One time was for food and drinks which didn't want to engage or offer an alternative when my choice was out of stock and made to feel like I just needed to be quick and choose for her convenience. Second I only went to the bar to ask for garlic mayo and I got told you'll have to wait, I insisted if she was going to the kitchen this was all I wanted and she huff and puffed and said fine what's your table number. Overall I wish I never left the previous bar as the service was outrageous

Oddly shaped brewdog with a limited range of beers and only 1 cider. Pinball machine a nice difference.

I took part in the Mead tasting experience this weekend and was blown away. Madoc was an outstanding passionate host who had selected some really unique and interesting meads that I would have never tried were it not for this event. It was great value for what we had, and then we stayed for food afterwards (and more mead) which also absolutely rocked. Really hoping they do more special events like this in future as it was such a superb reason to go to the bar for an experience, not just some drinks.

A very large selection of beer and everything is delicious. If you are in doubt about what to drink, the bartender will give you a taste of what you are interested in. Good atmosphere and service. If I'm ever in Reading, I'll definitely stop by again.

We visited for the first time last night and we were both impressed. Restored some faith in the brand as the lads in Reading were polite, very quick and had great music playing. We stayed much longer than anticipated, and left happy. Date: 16/8/24 8pm-11:30

Place is doo doo, unlimited wings is a good idea but when staff take 30 mins to replenish the wings there is literally no point!

Service seems non existent. We were booked at a high table, despite making a booking with children. We were moved to sit at three separate tables in a corner. Tables were not cleared once in our 2 and a half hour stay. We placed an order for dessert and had to ask 4 times where it was (eventually we were told there was no batter for deep fried oreos). We waited 1 hour for 4 dishes of ice cream (1 was missing). There was an issue with the bar and we understood there was a lot going on for 3 staff to manage but we would definitely not visit again based on our experience. Such a pity as the food was great.

The waitress performed a masterclass performance delivering our beverages amongst the foliage of the outer garden. Amber is a real asset to this establishment.

I've been to many Brewdog locations and often the staff are quite friendly, helpful, and patient. The staff here are on a whole different level. I had a medical emergency while there and the staff were extremely attentive, generous and professional, being there for me when I couldn't take care of myself. One staff member stayed with me for more than an hour after their shift and even walked me to my hotel to make sure I was okay. Just amazing people. I was super grateful and cannot recommend them enough. As always, the food and beer selections are great too.

Came here after a poor experience with Siren. Staff friendly and different beers and coconut rum was fresh and nice. Sat outside in the sun too which was a bonus.

Have you tried BrewDog craft beer in Taiwan? I want to say that I must come here when I come to the UK. Sure enough, the local tap is the best! For food, I ordered chicken wings, but in the end I couldn’t finish them because they were too salty. But simply drinking is a good choice!

Great beer selection to wash down the shame that inevitably follows Wednesday’s bottomless wings. Many thanks to Charlotte for getting me hooked on cactus beer (which is weird, but delicious… but weird!) and many thanks to whoever thought to install a canning machine to alleviate my FOMO and let me try beers at home!

I love Brewdog, and have been to their Camden, Edinburgh and Oxford branches on multiple occasions (soon to be going to their new one in Las Vegas). Unfortunately, the service in Reading's branch is pretty awful. I waited 15 minutes at the bar while the two people behind said bar did everything else other than serve or acknowledge me! While I was at the bar another customer came up to advise that due to waiting over an hour for some food, they were leaving without paying, and another table of guys got up and left without paying. I overheard one of them apologise to the one fella they left as apparently they'd only met one week previous. Not recommended, sadly.

Have visited this brewdog many times with friends and never had a bad experience. Last night however we ordered wings and beers…the wings were some of the best I’ve ever had - large, crispy, succulent. Divine. Credit to the kitchen team, and also to Alicia for wonderful and friendly service

Don't do the food. An hour wait, kids portion sizes tiny, didn't get everything that's listed on the menu, would swerve in the future!

My partner and I were gifted a burger and beer voucher and thoroughly enjoyed redeeming this. We enjoyed the food and opted to play rock, paper, scissors for a free dessert (we won). This is a great no strings offer that we were dubious of at first but turned out to be 100% genuine. We ended our night with a beer flight and found the staff recommendations (from Sam, Lucas and Mollie) to be exceptional. We told them our tastes and they matched them spot on. The beer flight was really reasonably priced. We had such a fun night and would come back. We also really enjoyed the beer and cheese tasting experience, which was led by Lucas on a different occasion but we recognised him as it was such a fun experience and Lucas shared his expert beer knowledge with us!

Great food and service, we were served by Sam and he was excellent! We will definitely be coming back for the deep fried Oreos as they were 10/10.

I have never been so happy with a restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious! The patriot burger was 10/10 and the beef was cooked to perfection! I decided to try the loaded fries inside of standard fries. These were unreal. I will definitely be returning again soon! Thank you to everyone cooks the food at Brewdog!

Amazing food like always! Absolutely love the Mac n Cheese probably my favourite thing there along with the burgers! Tried the truffle fries and they are 10/10 would 100% recommend!

I have visited BrewDog Reading on a number of occasions recently and have had a fantastic experience. The potato puffs are excellent and there is a large and varied selection of beers. The service is attentive and friendly, I was served by Liberty who picked out a great beer upon asking for a recommendation. Moreover, the U25s evening on Sunday from 4pm is great value at 50% off all food and drink, the overall vibe is cosy and rustic with a lively buzz. Would recommend.

Outstanding food today! I love Mac n Cheese and the one I had today was unbelievable, I will definitely be coming back for that! We did not have to wait long at all, drinks were great and there was a good atmosphere here too. Thank you all for a great lunch, we will 100% be coming back especially for the food!!

Been here twice now for ‘unlimited wings Wednesday’, both times have been advised by staff there are ‘issues’ in the kitchen about the wings. We sat for 2 hours and got 10 wings each, I shaved just before to avoid buffalo sauce getting everywhere, by the time the wings arrived I took the selfie attached. It most definitely is not all you can eat wings like described. Once is understandable, twice is not. Terrible.

Decided to give wings Wednesday a try at Brewdog in Reading. Seemed like a great deal to be had. Got served the first plate of wings, what were really good. As it’s all you can eat, I asked for some more. What was put in front of my friend and I was awful I got the buffalo Cauliflower, it was soggy and inedible, completely put me off eating anything else. My friend had the buffalo chicken wings and they were nothing like the previous dish we had just been served. Never again will I do wings Wednesday, not in Reading anyway.

Never open when it says it is! tried to go for lunch on saturday at 12pm and it was closed, says it opens at 11? what is the issue?

1.great beer 2.two of our party of 4 had finnished thier mains before we had ours after 2 complaints. 3. Then the food was cold. 4. This is the 3rd time we have had sub-standard and cold food. Why?? Pretty shoddy for a generally great beer venue.
