The best restaurants serving American food in North West

I visited today for the launch of the new menu: I tried the steak, I was treated with excellent and attentive service by Ellie,Olivia and Sian.

Great service nice portions and freshly made and the staff member Sabiha was a friendly team member and she served my food perfectly

We ordered food from here again. We had ×2 sloppy Joe's Cajun fries Salt an Pepper wings Food was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely gorgeous again so tasty. Best burger I have had again... Will be back next weekend

Yo y algunos amigos nos reunimos aquí para tomar una copa antes de ir a la ciudad, estábamos en; y queríamos quedarnos para el uno, pero el ambiente agradable y los precios excelentes significaron que nos alojamos para bastantes más. el pub está limpio y ordenado y un gran pub tradicional, donde el personal te hace sentir como un habitual. 10 de 10 y volveremos muy pronto

Great food but dirty restaurant and sloooowwww service. Two adults and two kids. We were the only customers. We waited over 45 mins and the food was excellent. However the restaurant was grubby (last nights food still on the floor and grubby cutlery). When we chased the food up the waitress disappeared into the kitchen, came back out but with no update. We won’t be back.

Terrible service. They’re much more focussed on serving the Deliveroo/Uber Eats drivers than the public standing in line. The drivers constantly push in front of everyone else. I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour waiting in a queue that didn’t move at all. The food is good when you get it but not worth waiting 20 minutes for.

Used this venue for the first time with family members for a birthday celebration. The ordering process online was easy, being able to choose a time was convenient and when I went to collect the food I was warmly greeted and the food ready. This was quite a large order and everyone was happy with their food and would definitely recommend and use again. The only suggestion I would make to the online ordering system is to introduce functionality to advise delivery charges (based on post code) so an informed decision whether to deliver or collect can be made before going through the order process.

Came here on an experiance voucher which to be fair had lots of negative reviews... Ignore them! The full menu is obviously beaut but the set menu has a great choice of burgers and a brownie, super tasty. We arrived late on Friday (9pm) which meant it was happy hour and BOGOF on drinks. Take full advantage!! The atmosphere was amazing and make sure you pay the extra few pounds for the glass. You can take it home but also they refill them on the happy hour rather than the standard glasses. Massive shout out to Gemma as well who pointed out "there seems to be a hole in your glass, would you like that repaired 😂. She was really friendly and kept the drinks topped up!

What a nice little find this pub is. Not in the greatest of locations admittedly but a nice atmosphere, great friendly staff, and nice good value food . Will see you again
