My daughter took us here for a Sunday morning breakfast but said we must be there for 10am! She was right, a very popular place and once you get your coffee and food you know why - excellent all round!
Great service, excellent coffee (we tried the flat white, cappuccino and an almond milk coffee) and a wide range if breakfast treats and cakes.
We had the avocado on toast with a poached egg, a trendy bacon bap, various yogurts and breads far too complicated to detail but clearly very well liked!
The cakes to eat in or take out also looked amazing but we resisted.
A great place for breakfast - thanks to all the staff for making it one to remember and come back to!
Just simply outstanding food but more than that just simply outstanding people who just love what they do …an experience that just will not be bettered so get it booked and try it
Lovely coffee. The food is excellent, innovative and always very fresh with the best ingredients.
Sam and Max are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent service. Their staff are also brilliant.
Our favourite place in Gatley. We have been customers for some 14 years which says it all.
Absolutely amazing place
When you think what this place was set up to provide and as a social enterprise for disabled people, the service and food is as good as any other cafe
If you use this eatery not only will you both enjoy the food but support a very worthwhile enterprise
What a great little find in Manchester. The food is definitely worth your money and the staff are so friendly, I could not recommend this place enough!
All meat is halal, there are veggie options.
Please not before you go, payment is cash only.
Great food and great experience, a massive thanks to Janet and the girls for looking after us. We were a family party of 10, Janet and the girls were really accommodating, checking everything was OK, taking our orders and mixing and matching to suit us, I had the Sunday lunch, tasty, good portions and loads of veg, not to mention the big yorkies and loads of gravy, some of the others had the pie and all really enjoyed, would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
My partner and I called in for lunch mid week .
Angela the waitress was both attentive and polite .
My partner had chips and bread and I opted for cottage pie which was delish .
To follow I had lemon meringue pie . We had decaf tea also
All very tasty
We shall return
This is the best place for a full breakfast. Dawn’s is so clean and tidy, the staff are very good and are so pleasant . We have been a few times now and every time is spot on. Well done. 👏🏻👏🏻
Popped into Saddlers to see what they had for a takeaway picnic lunch to accompany a long Pennine walk. Absolutely amazing choice of savoury mini-quiches, other savouries and cakes. Ended up with the Mediterranean vegetable quiche, the savoury Chelsea bun and a slice of Bakewell Tart. The quiche was delicious - lovely light pastry and packed full of vegetables. The savoury Chelsea bun was uniquely delicious - garlicky, buttery, cheesy and covered with a sprinkling of seeds. You must try this! I saved the Bakewell for later - and it was the best Bakewell I've ever had. Pastry just right - light, crumbly and gorgeous, with just the right proportions of jam and almond. The owners were lovely, there's a great atmosphere in the quirky and stylish interior, and when I'm next in Alston I'll be trying one of the breakfasts, which all looked delicious. You won't be disappointed.
A gluten free , vegan BLT . Wow - delicious and has to be one of the best GF , Vegan sandwiches I’ve had .
So difficult to find gluten and vegan free food that’s well prepared - this was amazing Very impressed.
