The best restaurants serving American food in East of England

Nice tasty fast food. Plater A was a good enough sized platter for all three of us. Could do with a bit more space inside.

Used my vouchers for two 6” meals for £6.99 and a 6” sub for £2.49 on a visit with my 5 year old twins. It was their first subway visit and it was a success for them. My daughter had the meat one with all the meat balls, and hams etc, my son had cheese and ham. I wasn’t as pleased as I got sweet corn which I’d been clear was the only salad item I didn’t want. The whole place needed a good clean and tidy and staff could be smilier.

No bun and the sauce had split all over the inside

This was our first time and we ordered ice cream sundaes which were not that great considering costing almost £10 each. No taste and very less portion size. Individual scoop ice cream was still better. I didn’t find value for money.

Fantastic Mother's day meal! Catered for our party of 16 and made it look effortless. We had the conservatory to ourselves, it was lovely and warm. Food went without a hitch, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you!

Incredibly slow service for a simple brunch - we’ve been here over 45 minutes and still no food and no good explanation either. Had to leave without eating! Be warned.

The most rude driver I have ever seen. This guy is a danger to pedestrians - driving on the footpaths...!

Absolutely discusting. The chefs that can't even cook a steak. It's apparently a steak house isn't it? This is not the 1st time we have had problems with middletons. We went out for my wife's birthday and she wanted a medium/well done steak. As we know that middletons can not manage to cook a medium so she aired on the side of caution. As you can see from the picture is was at best rare!. This place is a total joke and I would advise anyone who wants a good experience to 100% go elsewhere.. They can seen to find a good chef and lets be honest cooking a steak is hard Gordon Ramsey skilled is it?? Good luck if u do decide to go there! You have been warned!!

Got a Groupon deal for myself and 2 kids,booked and was told the deal does not work but offered an alternative so I arrived within the hour for them to tell me the groupon has been used already wen I'd just bought it and travelled down there.shockingly bad service and stood arguing with the man as he said I'd used the Groupon already when obviously I hadn't .waste of time.rude.think the man was called tony

Expensive for average tasting burgers

good service station. Often pass through when on the way back into London. Clean toilets, enough option for food.

Unable to cope with a large group.

Booked a table in advance. Only to be told on arrival that the kitchen was closed. Rubbish customer service. Don’t bother.

Five Guys is my not so guilty pleasure … I love their burgers… they feel like real food as opposed to some other chains. The Watford branch is nice and spacious, pretty sure the burgers are a little cheaper than their south London counterparts, but I haven’t checked properly. Service is smiley, friendly and helpful. Burger was spot on ( they normally are). Overall a great branch… the quality of service in most of their branches is really high, just really enjoyed this one. Possibly because I hadn’t had one for a few months!

Nathan our server is customer friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We were rather disappointed to learn the blue light card discount is no longer available.
