City Express Pizza in Ipswich

Had a deep pan Pizza. Was as thin as a tortilla wrap.

Come in here often after a night out and I always enjoy my experience. Food is yummy. The staff are so nice and funny. Great value for money

This is my favourite pizza place in Ipswich and is one of the few that offer stuffed crust. We always get the 2 pizzas and 2 sides deal and always get great value for money.

Food was way undercooked, base was more like a pastry/shortcrust than a dough. It really was inedible.

Best driver I’ve ever had 10/10

The pizza had a bit of an odd taste compared to usual, maybe it was different ingredients. Also it said "buy one get one free"- and I only got one. When I originally decided to get a pizza I was expecting to get one, however if it says I should get two I should probably receive two (Deceptive practices).

please stop putting the sauce in the box with the pizza the last 3 times it's popped everywhere because the pot has shrunk cause of the heat. but other than that can't fault amazing pizzas and sides and always on time

10mins late is not the service I paid or was charged for, so this is unacceptable. The packaging was good and kept my food protected from damage. Portion size of the curly fries was smaller than expected considering the price. The chicken strips was well seasoned and cooked well too. The bbq wings were good value for money in regards portion size, but they were extremely under done and lacked seasoning and quality bbq sauce in fact they upset my stomach. I don’t think my order was value for money

Best Pizza I’ve had in a long time

I have been ordering pizza from here for years and it has always been OK. Today I went into the shop and stood for 5 minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged, a member of staff was making a pizza he knew we were there but totally ignored us. Eventually another man came, he was eating and licking his fingers 😫 and looked filthy, he also ignored us. After seeing the state of the staff we decided to go next door to Chicago pizza. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. So if your looking for good food served by friendly clean staff then avoid City Express!!!

Usually a 5* service but last night was appalling, the delivery driver threw the food at me and spoke to me like I was nothing. Ive never seen this driver before so I’m assuming he’s new or covering. The food was good apart from it wasn’t very hot. Usually there’s never a complaint but unfortunately this time I’m not happy with the service received. I hope this doesn’t happen again as the food and customer service is usually amazing!
