Food was good despite there being some missing

Ordered 5 meals for my work mates got back to work and had 4 meals so I went without not happy

Went to restaurant in Harlow and was impressed by first taster (no pun intended 🤪) and experience. Clean, friendly and great food. A chilled place for a busy day! The two ladies behind the counter were so smiley and friendly. (I hope they read this). They were very helpful and made the little one feel very welcome and gave them lots of attention 🤪 The food was great value with lots of variety. Such good value for money and so much tastier than a mccy d’s or Burger King. Good fast food 👌🏼 nice variety too. Tasty and quick service. The donut counter was a nice surprise too 🤩

Good for £1.00 breakfast before 11.30am.Nice coffee.

We got the £1 breakfast with a drink and it's a bargain! Food is fantastic and Iced French Vanilla is a must for coffee lovers!

Awful.. missing half of our items, the items we got were cold and looked like someone had sat on them, some of the worst food ive eaten. Part of me glad half of it was missing!! No wonder this place is always empty (for good reason)

My daughter studied in Canada for 4 years, she loves stopping here for coffee and Tim-bits.

Had takeaway coffee. French vanilla late. Have been nicely surprised. It reminded me of hot chocolate but not that sweet. Something in between. Loved it. Ps. Downside that cups are so thin it’s too hot to hold.

It's a typical franchise operation. This one is fairly cold, sterile, unwelcoming. It's what the business probably aspires to for customers that visit for 30 mins max. A variation of McDonalds. In truth, leaving a review is a waste of time. Guess within 2 years it will close down 🤔

Dined in, it was not busy only 2 other people there, food was not very warm so a bit disappointed.

Revelation... Who knew Canadian fast food was a thing. Had a spicy pulled pork and cheese toastie and lattice fries, delicious. Topped off with the most amazing doughnuts. Not good for the waistline but ok for the occasion treat 😉

Food has improved a bit. Service is OK. We pretty much just drive through hot chocolates in the winter.

Fast and friendly service. Food and coffee are above average quality. Breakfast for a pound is a bargain.

Unfortunately, the order was very late, due to an accident on the road the driver was stuck ( however, the food was prepared late as well), so unfortunately the food was cold by the time it got to us

While the food was nice the settings/restaurant was very cold . I’ve been many times during winter times and that’s what i always notice. They never switched their heating on. Also, the pulled pork fries wasn’t warm enough.

I ordered tim hortons on uber eats and gave some specific instructions which i thought would go unnoticed. Thank you so much to whom did that was so kind and has made my day.

Not all that... Expensive for Breakfast..

Canadian here, but here for work so naturally I had to get Timmies. Thoroughly impressed, the breakfast tastes better than Canadian Tim’s. Our Timbits are better, although the apple fritter Timbits which we don’t have are awesome. Mocha, chocolate dip donut, and hashbrown was just too good. Will make a return when I’m in the area next time!

Went for breakfast during a road trip and they had a great deal on with £1 breakfast with any drink. Great value for money, not greasy and very tasty.

A posh version of Mc what's their faces. This is the first time I've been in to see Tim and I thought he was great. I would highly recommend eating from him :)

15 minute wait and I ordered 3 breakfast wraps and not one of them had egg in it? Abit poor when you had no other customers at the time I arrived and left

Fast food that's better value and far better quality than its American equivalents. Breakfast has been good here, but the lattice fries are so good with a burger or wrap. Hot drinks better than cold, but there are so many drinks choices, I can't say that for sure. Will definitely pop by on the way to Portman Road again this season.

A great place to stop off en route to the football or the coast. So much better than Mc******* and better value than 5G***. Recommend the breakfasts, or if you're later in the day, the vegan wrap with lattice fries. Delicious fast food at its best.

I've never been to Tim Horton's so decided to give it a go. The place is clean and the staff seemed alright, but the food really just isn't good. My double cheeseburger tasted exactly like something from school lunch. I don't mind a bit of low quality food (i.e. Wetherspoons) but not at these prices! If I were to do it again I'd go get a meal deal from Asda, a Burger King, or a McD's.

Food came stone cold was disgusting, chips was reheated and dry burger was cold and dry too.

I only came here with my friend to socialise as kfc was closed I was very disappointed with the breakfast.it had no taste!.left half of it.hash browns also the same.rest assured I won't be coming back!

Burger undercooked, still pink chips cold and stale..

"Anything else!" Shouted at you down the tannoy before you finished ordering the first item!. Had the breakfast, a sausage and egg muffin. With included egg shell (yum). bacon roll, with barely cooked, mostly fat bacon. I'm pretty sure it was just threatened with a frying pan. Is this seriously the best this Tim Hortons can do?.

Fabulous coffee and freshly made breakfast muffins excellent. Such higher standards compared to other fast food restaurants. French vanilla latte delicious. Also so exciting for me as it features in my favourite Inspector Gamache books!! Young lady serving very helpful - highly commended.

Hot food & served quickly. Nice change to MCD, as long as you don't expect MCD food and explore the menu it's a good place to eat. Original Blend is a great coffee. Only let down is they tend to forget to add milk even if ordered, check if you drive through. Their offer of buy and drink and get a breakfast meal for £1 is unbeatable.

Quiet inside but great coffee and great food. Staff always great and helpful. The place is always super clean and tidy. Toilets are always in good shape and I always love the privacy of individual unisex toilets. Great place if you want something different from the usual fast food

No straws for drinks and everything is cold

Food just tasted like chemicals and just empty no flavour! Service was okay but the atmosphere was non existent due to the lack of customers! Literally 2! Would not recommend!

Spotlessly clean. Very nice coffees but the price of the doughnuts was extortionate.

It was more of a nostalgic experience for me. Haven't had it since 1995. The doughnut bites were exactly as I remembered and took me back. Coffee is much weaker to me but that's because I drink espresso at home anyway. Had a good experience and made me happy.

Don’t eat here unless you want to have violent, never ending diarrhoea. Myself and my fiancé both are very ill after eating a chicken burger here. No atmosphere, bad food hygiene and can’t even cook a lattice fry properly(they were still raw and floppy) Waste of £20 and now we have food poisoning, so cheers Tim hortons ipswich 👍🏼

Missing items and cold hollow fires that have been sat to long r

It's a huge nope. Lattice fries stone cold. The triple burger wasn't much better. Poor quality. There was only 12 people in restaurant and took forever to deliver food. Never had Tim Horton stuff before and will never venture into their outlets again. Clean toilets....albeit at midday. Generally clean. Food woeful.

Good menu choices. Relaxing atmosphere and good service. Recommend to visit.

Good points: lattice fries, donut and wrap were nice. Manager seemed on the ball (I think they were management) Bad points: tables were dirty and full of people's left food etc. Bins for people's left food and packaging were overflowing. Toilets were filthy, really gross. Place was dark and gloomy. Didn't get a receipt from the self service machine, therefore couldn't give feedback. Front doors were incredibly heavy and not in any way wheelchair friendly or allowing full accessibility

Stood at the counter waiting to be served but was completely ignored, so chose to use the self-service option. Disappointed that there wasn't an option for decaf coffee, well not that I could see. The Boston Cream donuts were a letdown, the cream center was too loose, it should be thicker and I know this as I live in Canada and Tim's are in abundance there! There was no atmosphere either.

1st time at Tim Horton. Shouldn't have bothered. I was initially put off by the oily hand prints all over the bag! Looked like ot was directly recycled from the bin! Blurgh! £12 for a bacon cheeseburger, lattice fries, iced capp and doughnut. The lattice fries were over done and chewy. The burger tasted like those cheap savers jobs that you buy to take to a BBQ of people you don't really like much. Slather that in lashings of squeezey burger mustard and you MIGHT be getting close to its description. The maple caramel iced capp was just like drinking coffee syrup straight. My eyes went wonky! The doughnut was really the only palatable item. I won't be I'm a hurry to return.

We popped in for dinner on the 19th of may and My mate ordered a hash brown what tased horrible and it was burnt it might as well of been a crisp and it was cold so it was clearly been sitting around for a bit! We all ordered donuts what was stale! My partners drink had no flavour to it he ordered a caramel frappe might as well just had ice in a cup! My Dr Pepper was flat! Do not recommend this place at all!

Lattice fries were slightly burnt and some still hard inside. Partner got 3 piece chicken tenders and I could have got more chicken from a KFC small popcorn chicken box. Restaurant so empty, staff stand and watch you eat. Getting more like McDonald’s everyday high price with low quality products.

Nice food and drinks, filling and tasty. Prices are on the higher side. They do certain offers each day so worth checking them out

Quick service. Opted for the Burger it tasted very cheap. Waffle fries were OK. The cherry slush was the best thing. First time I've ever visited one and probably won't return any time soon.

Minus 1 star for atmosphere. They've gone for a grey/red decor... smart , modern , but with the odd , stage like black painted ceiling it's a little dark. With the slight tint on the windows , I had to double take that they were even open. I go for the dough but holes , called TimBits here. Not a large selection of flavours and topping. 6 or 7. But I like the North Continetal way they sell them in boxes of 10,20 ...and 50! Good value. Not supermarket cheap: 12doughnuts for 3£ , but ...

Really tasty food and friendly staff. Jaswinder was really helpful and kept us updated on the progress of our order which was freshly cooked to order.

Helpful staff great selection of products and clean shop. Recommend for all fast food needs. And lots of FREE parking too.👍 The selection of donuts here is incredible and their fresh and tasty as well Far better than krispy kreme In my opinion.

The site could have more of a Canadian feel to it which would set it apart from it's competitors. Always clean & the service is reasonably fast. The food is good value & tasty.

Food, most drinks and the donuts are amazing but we were a little unsatisfied with the hot chocolate, tastes more like slightly sweet warm water than chocolate. Other than that staff are quite nice, service is fast especially for a "fast food" chain and coffee and donuts are amazing

Had to wait a little while as food was being freshly cooked (which we were advised of and that was fine) but overall such a positive experience. Food was also really nice. Would definitely return. Thank you to the servers!

Went to the drive through had to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to take the order most horrible service there wasn't a single dine in customer only one car at the drive through before us Just got a coffee and bought the other food at Burger King If we ordered more at Tim horton we would have gad to wait there the whole evening

First time here, wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Firstly, check out all the photos on here for the ambiance: this is clearly about as busy as the place gets, and there's a reason it's perpetually empty. Yes, it was clean when I went. Yes, there were a variety of seating options, but the place was devoid of atmosphere, like a regional airport departure cafe in Europe only with less good food options. Staff barely grunted when handing over a slightly lukewarm bendy lattice fries a veggie chicken-type burger with Chipotle sauce and a 'coffee' flavoured drink. Out of all of it the Chipotle was the winner. Not another soul entered the whole time I was there and staff looked numb.

Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Ordering simple and quick. In general the food was not cheap, but we thought quality and presentation was poor compared to competitors. No problems but it wouldn't be my first choice if 2 other brands are in the same area!

The service was good. Staff are polite. The food was quick, no waiting time. The table was clean. I highly recommend and food was good.
