Spotlessly clean. Very nice coffees but the price of the doughnuts was extortionate.

It was more of a nostalgic experience for me. Haven't had it since 1995. The doughnut bites were exactly as I remembered and took me back. Coffee is much weaker to me but that's because I drink espresso at home anyway. Had a good experience and made me happy.

No atmosphere, bad food hygiene and can’t even cook a lattice fry properly(they were still raw and floppy) Waste of £20 and now we have food poisoning, so cheers Tim hortons ipswich 👍🏼

It's a huge nope. Lattice fries stone cold. The triple burger wasn't much better. Poor quality. There was only 12 people in restaurant and took forever to deliver food. Never had Tim Horton stuff before and will never venture into their outlets again. Clean toilets....albeit at midday. Generally clean. Food woeful.

Good menu choices. Relaxing atmosphere and good service. Recommend to visit.

Good points: lattice fries, donut and wrap were nice. Manager seemed on the ball (I think they were management) Bad points: tables were dirty and full of people's left food etc. Bins for people's left food and packaging were overflowing. Toilets were filthy, really gross. Place was dark and gloomy. Didn't get a receipt from the self service machine, therefore couldn't give feedback. Front doors were incredibly heavy and not in any way wheelchair friendly or allowing full accessibility

Stood at the counter waiting to be served but was completely ignored, so chose to use the self-service option. Disappointed that there wasn't an option for decaf coffee, well not that I could see. The Boston Cream donuts were a letdown, the cream center was too loose, it should be thicker and I know this as I live in Canada and Tim's are in abundance there! There was no atmosphere either.

1st time at Tim Horton. Shouldn't have bothered. I was initially put off by the oily hand prints all over the bag! Looked like ot was directly recycled from the bin! Blurgh! £12 for a bacon cheeseburger, lattice fries, iced capp and doughnut. The lattice fries were over done and chewy. The burger tasted like those cheap savers jobs that you buy to take to a BBQ of people you don't really like much. Slather that in lashings of squeezey burger mustard and you MIGHT be getting close to its description. The maple caramel iced capp was just like drinking coffee syrup straight. My eyes went wonky! The doughnut was really the only palatable item. I won't be I'm a hurry to return.

We popped in for dinner on the 19th of may and My mate ordered a hash brown what tased horrible and it was burnt it might as well of been a crisp and it was cold so it was clearly been sitting around for a bit! We all ordered donuts what was stale! My partners drink had no flavour to it he ordered a caramel frappe might as well just had ice in a cup! My Dr Pepper was flat! Do not recommend this place at all!

Lattice fries were slightly burnt and some still hard inside. Partner got 3 piece chicken tenders and I could have got more chicken from a KFC small popcorn chicken box. Restaurant so empty, staff stand and watch you eat. Getting more like McDonald’s everyday high price with low quality products.

Nice food and drinks, filling and tasty. Prices are on the higher side. They do certain offers each day so worth checking them out

Quick service. Opted for the Burger it tasted very cheap. Waffle fries were OK. The cherry slush was the best thing. First time I've ever visited one and probably won't return any time soon.

Minus 1 star for atmosphere. They've gone for a grey/red decor... smart , modern , but with the odd , stage like black painted ceiling it's a little dark. With the slight tint on the windows , I had to double take that they were even open. I go for the dough but holes , called TimBits here. Not a large selection of flavours and topping. 6 or 7. But I like the North Continetal way they sell them in boxes of 10,20 ...and 50! Good value. Not supermarket cheap: 12doughnuts for 3£ , but ...

Really tasty food and friendly staff. Jaswinder was really helpful and kept us updated on the progress of our order which was freshly cooked to order.

Helpful staff great selection of products and clean shop. Recommend for all fast food needs. And lots of FREE parking too.👍 The selection of donuts here is incredible and their fresh and tasty as well Far better than krispy kreme In my opinion.

The site could have more of a Canadian feel to it which would set it apart from it's competitors. Always clean & the service is reasonably fast. The food is good value & tasty.

Tim Hortons is ok the food is what you would expect and the service is usually fast

Food, most drinks and the donuts are amazing but we were a little unsatisfied with the hot chocolate, tastes more like slightly sweet warm water than chocolate. Other than that staff are quite nice, service is fast especially for a "fast food" chain and coffee and donuts are amazing

Had to wait a little while as food was being freshly cooked (which we were advised of and that was fine) but overall such a positive experience. Food was also really nice. Would definitely return. Thank you to the servers!

Went to the drive through had to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to take the order most horrible service there wasn't a single dine in customer only one car at the drive through before us Just got a coffee and bought the other food at Burger King If we ordered more at Tim horton we would have gad to wait there the whole evening

First time here, wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Firstly, check out all the photos on here for the ambiance: this is clearly about as busy as the place gets, and there's a reason it's perpetually empty. Yes, it was clean when I went. Yes, there were a variety of seating options, but the place was devoid of atmosphere, like a regional airport departure cafe in Europe only with less good food options. Staff barely grunted when handing over a slightly lukewarm bendy lattice fries a veggie chicken-type burger with Chipotle sauce and a 'coffee' flavoured drink. Out of all of it the Chipotle was the winner. Not another soul entered the whole time I was there and staff looked numb.

Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Ordering simple and quick. In general the food was not cheap, but we thought quality and presentation was poor compared to competitors. No problems but it wouldn't be my first choice if 2 other brands are in the same area!

The service was good. Staff are polite. The food was quick, no waiting time. The table was clean. I highly recommend and food was good.

First of all, no welcome whatsoever. I had to interrupt the girl taking orders as talking to her friend was more important than customers, then looks at me like I'm bothering her. Very rude! So I used the machine to order. Didn't realise it was her that was going to actually make the food after finally ending her chat, goes round the side after a good 10 mins while we are waiting to finally start food. She did not even wash her hands or change gloves before touching the food, which was probably the worst food I've had in a long time. I asked for fresh fries to which they went to get more from the overhead heating, no wonder they taste bad. I asked for a refund but instead they gave me more fries that I did not want and were not nice. Took a few bites of the burger and can only describe as those school dinner frozen burgers we had as kids. I thought McDonald's were bad.... these were worse. Milkshake very watery and too sweet. We just left it all on the table and walked out. Very disappointing and waste of money.

Actually the triple burguer was quadruple for some reason, not that I complain!

I had never been here before and had heard some bad things about it, but thought I would see for myself. It turned out to be worse than I could of imagined. The burger was raw inside and the chips were not cooked properly. The milkshake was to watery and didn't taste anything like any other milkshake I have drunk. Overall a poor experience and won't be going back again.

Terrible. Good had to be returned as cold and uncooked. Didn't bother to cook more food just heated it up.... No apologies just a grunt

ordered a box of donuts and a drink as I've been really poorly and wen it was delivered I was given loads of donuts for free that was a plesent suprise keep up the good work n get this place bak to how it used to be ,, and bring hot dogs 🌭 back

Probably the best fast food on the market. Especially the breakfast which I love most.

The only negative would be the toilets had not been cleaned, and dried urine on seat's, and that was at 07h00, just after opening.

The food was awful. Undercooked and cold. There was only one family in there wearing hats and coats it was so cold in there. I haven't been before and wouldn't go back. It wasn't clean and the tables and chairs were not jn good condition. I don't think it will be there long as KFC and burger King were both busy at 1pm and Tim Hortons had 2 people

It was OK, my first time so I didn't know what to expect. My sausage mc muffin didn't taste very sausagey, but the doughnuts were amazing

Came to Tim Hortons for the first time with a open mind to try something new and left completely unsatisfied and un-noticed. I arrived at the store mid afternoon the entire restaurant was empty upon arrival with the drive thru staff member cleaning the seating area about 4pm on 28/12: While I was looking at the menu I couldn’t see any indicators whether the items were gluten free or not or even if they had a selection. I was making eye contact with staff while I wait patiently for someone to look at me, a male(the manager) looked at me two or three times and didn’t say anything to me when clearly I was waiting at the service point. We ended up having to speak up quite loudly to get attention from the staff, understandably they were run off their feet with an empty dining room. Like, he could have acknowledged me or my friend so that we knew we were gonna be served; but nothing. When we finally got his(the managers) attention I asked if they did anything gluten free and he slammed down the allergen guide and said “look yourself”. No help or guidance, just slapped it on the counter and left. Following this he went to make some cold drinks and was on his phone typing while making the drink while I stand cluelessly at the counter. He came back over a few minutes later to ask what I wanted but by this point I’ve lost interest due to the lack of care towards the customer. The manager then started giving me excuses like it’s a priority to be in his phone as he has a hot water issue and he’s sorting it out in the managers WhatsApp. Honestly? I just wanted some food and guidance and got nothing. Don’t intend to return.

Not a good selection of products on the menu, (unless you just like chicken burgers, plain cheese burgers and muffins) no choice of sides other than lattice fries and overall small portions, not great for picky eaters! it's perfectly ok and atmosphere is nice, could be a lot better and have a much wider choice of items, the iced smoothie was good but expensive!

Brilliant place! First time ever going to Tim Hortons as not been sure on it before but it was amazing, very clean and fast service, lovely big and open store, great place for hanging out with friends to grab a coffee doughnut and chat.

Food was great tasted homemade and coffee was one of the best I have ever had and the cake pops were very good as well with a wide selection of flavours all spot on but hope they start using glass cups if you aren’t having takeaway but overall a lovely experience

Tim Hortons in Malaga Airport. Small stand with a limited range. Staff not very friendly and couldn't help notice some flies in the cake cabinet.
