They're calling from the phone number of this restaurant number to scam people saying its from 3 mobile. A woman who said her name was Anna just called at 12:25 today and when I said I thought it was from T I bar and grill she hung up the phone. Be aware that a woman who works for you is running scams with the restaurant's number!!!!!!

Another great meal. Great service, delicious food and great location for a pre-show meal at Cliffs Pavilion. Highly recommend

when he delivered food I that he have pickpicked up somsomebodys food aswell what mean he driving around and food was nearly cold!

This is a nice pub restaurant with a good atmosphere. The food was a bit disappointing though. I had a fish pie which had a few prawns, minimal fish and was mostly just dry mash. Very disappointed.

We had and great time and meal. My Father-in-law had a great 75th Birthday meal.

Great steak at affordable prices

Not the pub it was when I was in my teens - however I have such good memories in this particular place, so I could never give it a bad review.

Bought a few wings from here a couple days ago as a quick snack as I was starving and I ve heard many people say they do amazing wings. But sorry to say the wings were really oily and nasty! I couldn’t believe that a place on 4.3 star with 177 reviews tastes like that!! Also can’t believe people say its nice, I would even want them for free honestly speaking. Avoid!

Poor service and even worse food. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience @ a TGI branch. Although I have liked attending in the past, every branch I’ve been to over the past 2 years has been absolutely appalling with terrible service.

We came for a dinner at 7pm on a Thursday evening, Luke served us and took us to our table, once asked what we wanted to drink, we needed a few minutes to choose our food, the server came back after a long 15 minutes, we ordered and waited 20/30 mins for starters, which we had no issue with as it was busy, and the food was great. When it came to mains, two were wrong, one steak was undercooked and the bbq burger came with ingredients that had been requested to be removed. The burger came back again and still had the wrong items on it, but we didn't send it back this time because we were hungry. The steak came back and was good - Luke gave us 25% off the food for the multiple mistakes and long wait times (we love Luke, he was great). - While this was happening, there was no check back until the other two people had finished their food, we were not ever asked by the other servers on the floor (of which had taken our first food and drink order), if we wanted another round of drinks, and we got attitude when going up to the bar asking for condiments (we were not asked when they brought the food out, and we had been ignored by servers previously when trying to get their attention). We then had to wave the servers down for the bill 10/15 minutes after they had taken our plates. On top of this we had been receiving rude side eyes from the servers all night (who had spent half of their time standing at the bar chatting, on their phones, instead of checking on their customers) which only further increased after we sent our food back for being wrong. This dinner was meant to a be a special get together as I live away at uni and don't get to see my friends and partner a lot throughout the year, but was devastatingly disappointing, especially as we have all had such better experiences here in the past. We popped in for lunch both had fajita one steak one chicken and both were amazing the steak was really tender and the veg cooked perfectly. Great location and lovely staff will highly recommend if you're in Stirling

Really disappointed with this place, came here for a work Xmas party, there were 10 people that pre booked a table and meal. Now the steak was a rare rib eye, first we weren't asked how we were like our steak because rib eye needs to be medium for fat reasons, this came out with 15 chips and nothing else and it cost £30! The only good point to this place are the waitresses. Better off going to miller and carter

Always pop in for fuel and sometimes a cuppa and or munchies. Have now changed to waitrose but still have a Greg's suit all worlds. Very busyvaround xmas.
