The 3 course menu was outstanding, and such a good price My waitress Sally was so friendly and very attentive I would recommend to anyone in the area 👍

I really think that Beefeater need to look at themselves and their menu and portion sizes, as they charge top prices and deliver food that is not even on Wetherspoon wave length. At least Wetherspoon give you good food with a drink at good prices!!! Beefeater think they are above spoons and they really are not, in fact below. I went to beefeater Peterborough with my family and ordered fish and chips £17 a portion and when it turned up to our table I had to ask the Manager if we had been given kids portion sizes. My wife counted 8 chips I counted 10 the fish was tiny.. when I questioned this with the manger he said that’s the right portion size .. but I will get you some extra to compensate. This is not the first time Iv been to Beefeater and been very disappointed and it will be the last time I go to another Beefeater again.

I love eating here. It's the nicest restaurant in Thurrock. I miss it. I hear that it's been refloated so am keenly awaiting news of it's future. There are many people hoping they'll be able to go to this restaurant again.

Our waitress was Nicole and she was an absolute delight! Taking the time to advise about choices on side vegetables and also making me aware that the steak came with butter on so I was able to say I didn’t want butter! May seem a small detail but one that a lot of waiters wouldn’t even think to ask. The food was delicious and didn’t disappoint!

La Dama de la cola de caballo negra no fue de mucha ayuda! ¡Esperábamos que nos atendieran y esperábamos casi 15 minutos! Y entonces una pareja entró y la Señora los mostró a su mesa y comenzó a servirlos. ¡No estábamos contentos! Eventualmente vino y nos sirvió. La comida era fantástica y el hombre con el pelo largo era muy servicial. Nos preguntó si todo estaba bien

George and Sam served us last night, they were brilliant, attentive, professional, friendly and made the whole experience fun. Sadly this restaurant is closing down this weekend to make way for a new development. We wish all the team well.

Lush night at BiT. Fab service from Janet and Karen and food on point as ever!! Seriously cant better the value of this place and i dont just mean the prices

We went for breakfast. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pancake stacks, but the pancakes were on the small side. I had a cooked breakfast and it was ok. The sausage and bacon tasted a bit like they had been cooked on a grill that has cooked burgers the night before and not cleaned adequately, and the baked beans not great, a bit tasteless.

Went to celebrate my son's birthday. The food was very good , meats cooked well but quite expensive for what it was. Most dishes you need to order sides on top which adds up. Cocktails were inconsistent. We had 2 the same , mine had hardly any alcohol while the other was very strong. Music was very good but there was no other entertainment for a Friday night. The hostess we had was terrible , no acknowledgement, no smile etc. Also we ordered the birthday baklava . Apart from a small show of preparing it , the server didnt really interact , wish Happy birthday etc. When he had finished cutting it up , he just walked off without any acknowledgement. When i am paying £30 for a dessert , i would expect at least a smile. One of the most expensive meals we have had for 4 people and did expect much better customer service.

We were all looking forward to my husbands 40th birthday but we were let down by the shocking service. We had to keep asking the waitress for drinks and we didn't have enough cutlery and the food was on the table and had to wait several minutes for forks. I'm afraid this venue had gone down the pan. It took ages for the food to be served and my ribs were so fatty I couldn't eat them but they did take them off the bill. My in laws steak was very tough so for a 40th birthday celebration was a 40th birthday disappointment! If you want decent food I would suggest going to Zak's in Great Yarmouth!

Had a lovely meal here last night, probably one of the best Indian meals I’ve had. Big portion, had to take some home. Staff were really nice and big shout out to the young waiter who was so professional, he’s a credit to the place and to his parents.

Amazing xx lovely staff and atmosphere and full vegan menu which was yummy! Restaurant was clean and beautifully presented. Fairly priced and so close to the beach.

We ordered a home delivery, and our delivery time was to be 19.00. It got moved twice. Finally arrived at 21.45. The delivery driver nearly drove off with my wife's milkshake. My fries were barely warm and the buns on yhe burgers were soggy due to being wrapped to long in foil. We will NEVER be ordering a delivery again. Am totally disgusted with the service we have received.
