Amazing food and atmosphere. Team are very friendly. Great location. Steak are to die for and a great selection of other items on the menu. Will definitely be coming again.

We had a great meal tonight. Everything was cooked perfectly and the cocktails were spot on. Lovely atmosphere and even accomodated turning the air con down as we got a bit cold. Lillie was our server tonight and she was so lovely and attentive, had a little giggle with us and nothing was too much trouble. Her friendly disposition and professionalism really added to the dining experience at M&C. Thank you Lillie.

Visited The Bull, Wheathampstead for a meal and catch up with friends. We had a lovely meal with everything delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Belinda was attentive but not intrusive and was very knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. I couldn’t decide which cocktail to choose and Belinda recommended the Disarrano Blush which didn’t disappoint and I highly recommend too. The Bull is well worth a visit, lovely location especially if you get to sit outside by the river on a nice summer’s day.

Amazing atmosphere and great food. Loved Khan who was helpful and anticipated needs. Was on the expensive side, but about what we expected as we have been here before

George and Sam served us last night, they were brilliant, attentive, professional, friendly and made the whole experience fun. Sadly this restaurant is closing down this weekend to make way for a new development. We wish all the team well.

Back Inn Time is a classic Chelmsfordian restaurant, and we all love it. Let me start with the best bit - the staff. They're all lovely, cracking jokes, making you feel at home and they know the menu inside out. The food is classic American style foods; Superb steaks, burgers, amazing ribs just to name a few and all washed down by their extensive cocktail list. I don't think their prices have changed in 10 years, which make the whole night a steal.. We love it hear and will be back again and again..Great for family, friends and children will love it here too - there is a toy train that does the rounds, adding to the charm of the diner. Its a 10 out of 10 every time - Thank you to Jane and the team for amazing nights and fond memories - see you soon :)

Absolutely delicious meal out as a couple, I had the fillet steak and my partner had the chilli, lovely food and brilliant service. We was put off by the bad reviews but decided to go anyway and I am so glad we did. Will definitely be booking for next time. Thank you x

Turned up for a lovely Father’s Day meal and the place is closed down with no sign nor cars outside. Absolutely devastated!! 😞👎🏻

Went to celebrate my son's birthday. The food was very good , meats cooked well but quite expensive for what it was. Most dishes you need to order sides on top which adds up. Cocktails were inconsistent. We had 2 the same , mine had hardly any alcohol while the other was very strong. Music was very good but there was no other entertainment for a Friday night. The hostess we had was terrible , no acknowledgement, no smile etc. Also we ordered the birthday baklava . Apart from a small show of preparing it , the server didnt really interact , wish Happy birthday etc. When he had finished cutting it up , he just walked off without any acknowledgement. When i am paying £30 for a dessert , i would expect at least a smile. One of the most expensive meals we have had for 4 people and did expect much better customer service.

The last time I went here was when I went on a date with my other half and I was heavily pregnant and all I needed was a good burger I was craving a delicious burger when my burger came out it was burnt. It was more than burnt it was unable it was disgusting. I have never been back since I mean you could throw it out the window and break the glass. That’s how burnt it was and how hard it was. I was still hungry afterwards I hate to complain about stuff like this. It’s embarrassing to cause the scene but it’s unacceptable trying to give burnt food to a pregnant woman. or anyone really

Well , this place is an absolute gem A very quiet evening but the food was absolutely delicious, the chef is obviously trained in french cuisine and has read cezirani and Keaton Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff Food is beautifully seasoned and flavourful.. well done all , I’ll be back

Great food and amazing service. I visited this restaurant this afternoon for a quick lunch and was greeted by the most lovely young gentleman. Who made me feel very welcome and was very chatty! The food was great and the service from both young gentleman and the young man serving the meat was exceptional. The salad was lovely and fresh and there was lots of meat that kept coming around. All round a lovely experience, the staff were fantastic!

We recently enjoyed a Saturday evening family meal at Netherton Steakhouse. The waiting staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent and we had various burgers, steak and macaroni cheese. All cooked beautifully and generous portions. We were sat next to the bar area and the staff constantly apologised for the noise, but this really didn't bother us and we didn't complain but even so we were given a couple of complimentary drinks - very nice touch - thank you. Look forward to revisiting in the summer when we can sit in the lovely garden area.

Me and me bird steamed in here a couple weeks ago to get our chops round a proper set of wings. The Food is blinding, specifically the buffalo wings and Korean Strips, and on top of that you get amongst a cold pint of beer no bother. Nice Gaff
