KFC seem to have made it incredible difficult to order and use discount. The App wouldn't apply the discount, the staff didn't really care and wouldn't take the order at the counter as it was cash only. The kiosk also would not scan the App code. And no coffee. Poor show

Me and my best friends went to burger king after a day in town the service was ridiculous we waited 30 minutes for pir food it was fine so we won't go there again

My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

the order was very slow going through and I didn't receive my code I started my work an uber delivery man arrived. He appeared to have difficulty understanding simple English and he was very difficult to understand as he just kept repeating Code he was calling my mobile number and repeating code on the phone. I showed him that it was me he was calling but he just repeated code I explained that I hadn't received a code and I told him exactly what the order consisted of but to no avail.He left with my order which I had paid for.Then I tried to complain on the uber app but all it kept doing was showing me a picture of my food and showing it as delivered! Absolutely appalling service. Luckily I work full time as a night receptionist at a large establishment where I am asked at least 3 x a shift what food de companies I recommend needless to say I will ensure to explain why I don't recommend Uber food. As I paid with PayPal hopefully I will get my money back ASAP. It is totally unacceptable for a company not to be able to deal with a straight forward staff capability issue by being contactable. I ordered a porridge for my young daughter at the drive thru, asked to park up, no problem. Waited 14 mins, small problem. Order arrived without spoon, so I nipped into the store to collect one, medium problem. Got back in the car to give it to my daughter, no syrup, so when back into the store to get one. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s a big problem, but the service and time spend getting a porridge was well below my expectation.

The click and serve bays had people parked eating in so others had to wait to get in. There was a member of staff in full uniform with her partner in one of the bays either after shift or on a break setting a bad example. Also there were drinks and dips missing from our order.
