McDonald's in Nottingham

I ordered a porridge for my young daughter at the drive thru, asked to park up, no problem. Waited 14 mins, small problem. Order arrived without spoon, so I nipped into the store to collect one, medium problem. Got back in the car to give it to my daughter, no syrup, so when back into the store to get one. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s a big problem, but the service and time spend getting a porridge was well below my expectation.

I never expect manners anymore at McDonald’s Clifton, as noted by my 6 year olds that “they don’t say please or thank you” but I do expect them to get my order right, and when they don’t, I don’t expect someone with an attitude-Andy the duty manager, manager what a joke. You’re rude, ignorant and argumentative, you have zero customer service skills and I actually didn’t see you move to do one bit of work, so I’m going to go ahead and say lazy too. Don’t bother going if you want hot food, because that doesn’t happen, do go here for rude staff and extremely slow service because that is exactly what you will get

Friendliest and cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time, great job by the staff. Hopefully other McDonald’s follow suit.

Worse McDonald’s we have visited it must have been run by a clowns we went through the drive thro to save time but was left parked up for 10 mins then I went in to speak to the management but they must have had the work experience manageress in charge as while we was waiting the poor young girl bringing out meals to all the cars was having to go back in time after time to fetch things left out of the waiting cars orders when she came to our car she asked what we had ordered as they had lost our order. I think we will travel further afield to get another meal and drinks.

Luckily we came with our grandchildren. So they could order on the screens. Food was prepared quickly and was hot and tasty. We love McFlurries and apple Pies. The staff were helpful and the place was clean

Not open very late, but make a decent burger and have pretty quick service too as well as plenty of parking. Tends to be a bit slower at breakfast though

Slow service but the food was alright. Burger was a lot neater than most branches. Disappointed that my coke felt room temperature and no napkin in the take away bag from the drive through

Always get your order wrong, food is cold and when ask to sort it out managers called scabby lipped tammy give you attitude

I ordered porridge and was told to wait in a bay. They then totally forgot about me. Absolutely awful service kids serving that just don’t care. Shocking !!!

Whilst waiting for the drive through a man walked down the line asking each car for change to get the bus back in to city !! Made me feel very uncomfortable and venerable . Told the staff and both windows ( payment and collection ) both said he is there every day. Police are aware but never attend . Please keep doors locked and window up until last second

I got served 2 cold burgers. There was one girl dedicated to deliveries and one to the drive through. There were also about another 3 staff who all seemed more bothered with chatting than serving customers. No one came to the counter for over 5 minutes despite there being numerous orders waiting for collection. I have noticed that the "in store" customer is no longer important to McDonald's. This has been creeping in for some time. No longer fast food.

Terrible service didn’t listen to my order as got home and order was wrong rang the store up and he said my order was rite they didn’t listen when I said no onions no pickles no mustard add bacon told to drive back take the food back and would swap it about the 4 th time my order as been wrong costs me petrol to keep taking food back that’s wrong told if I don’t drive to take it back there’s nothing they could do absolutely disgusting service orders are always wrong

By golly, was I amazed when I came to this beautiful store, the food was excellent! I must give a special mention to lobby staff member Ryan for giving us excellent service. He said he would give me a McPlant homemade one day, I loved his perfect humour. Made me giggle. The man deserves a raise like the raise he gave me if you know what I'm saying. 5/5 well done McDonalds Clifton and RYAN!

Interminable long wait in drive thru. Ordered Big Mac no cheese , got big mac no salad no gerkin no sauce but i did get cheese after being stuck in the queue for about 30 minutes. I rarely eat McDonalds and when i do it is as a treat for me but you well and truly screwed up. Not good enough.

Lazy workers, asked for a frappe and they said the machine isn’t working. Got round to the front window and they’d given someone else a frappe, so I asked AGAIN if tue machine was working and they lied straight to my face. Full of a word trip advisor won’t let me say

Ordered food via app went to collect it as you have to pay before collection money came out if bank lady came out and said I'm sorry we have shut for the night due to Tom the manager demanding a deep clean to be done and all the food has been thrown away I will get you a refund 5mins later she comes back and says I'm sorry the tills have now been shut down and I can't give you a refund she said you should be able to request a refund via the app but it didn't give me the option and all she said is I don't know what you can do now I will not be using the app again to order as it was 15 quid order

We promised the children a trip to McDonalds if they were good and they were so we went to one on our way home. The food was nothing to write home about, but was edible. Staff were polite and helpful but very busy. It was clear some customers expected more than a fast food joint. But it ticked the box

Order chicken legend meal before drive down a50 And discovered under Cooked chicken legend meal Manager wanted me to take it back. It took over 30 mins to answer my call then on A38 What a d**k Everyone knows a chicken legend isn’t pink and wet. We Wont be using that McDonald for a long while

Whilst the food (that I received) was to an acceptable standard I was thoroughly disappointed to find my order was not complete. Not the first time this has happened.

Entonces, ¿cuál es la definición de hamburguesa simple? Bueno, de acuerdo con el personal de McDonald's que es con queso? Aunque cuando lo pides no pides queso. . Me quejé al supervisor, ella dijo que lo sentía y luego trajo otro con queso. En serio, ¿por qué no lo revisaste antes de traerlo? Aparentemente, esto es lo que obtienes cuando pides de forma simple. Sucede en cada McDonald's al que voy. Excepto en España, donde acabo de estar, parecen entender la palabra LISTA incluso con la barrera del idioma.

We ordered our meal at the interactive machine. My double cheeseburger meal turned up promptly, hot and tasty, decent chips,great iced latte. Pleasant staff and a good experience.

Normalmente no reviso McDonald's. Tienden a hablar por sí mismos, pero pensé que en esta ocasión haría la excepción. Conseguí una orden de desayuno del domingo por la mañana para la familia. Una vez en casa descubrimos que las bebidas se habían estropeado y no por primera vez. Por lo tanto, resuelvo verificar el pedido, frente al personal, antes de partir en el futuro. Es demasiado tarde y demasiado lejos para regresar cuando llegue a casa y descubra su error.

Este establecimiento está cerca de mi casa y el único que está cerca de la zona a la que nos hemos mudado, pero por Dios, si no tardaron 20 minutos en llegar al de Nuthall, nunca volveré aquí, en realidad no seré siempre comida. helado, incluso cuando les pides que lo cocinen fresco, su idea de fresco es volver a sumergir las papas fritas en el plato caliente para que se calienten (sé que este truco es trabajar en comida rápida en mi adolescencia) 4 veces He estado y gastado 30 + 2 adultos, 4 niños y puedo decirles que nunca volveré. Es como si el personal no tuviera la capacidad de escuchar y no me importara en absoluto.

Fui a este McDs ya que mi navegador por satélite me estaba advirtiendo de retrasos significativos en el M 1 por delante.¡Preferiría haberme sentado en el tráfico de colas!Estaba lleno de preadolescentes y adolescentes, horribles sniffing, chats inane con más palabras de júbilo que contenido, argumentos sobre quién es el más caliente, etc.La comida estaba bien, también limpia, pero la clientela no. A menos que, por supuesto, seas un adolescente.

I used this McDonald’s for the Drive thru, to begin with we received the wrong order, followed by a long wait when the queue was empty. After receiving our food we found hairs in our McNuggets. Poor service.

This is a friendly McDonald’s and the staff all seem to want to help if they can. The food was much better than usual McDonald’s and was very fresh too. It was clean and parking was really easy.

most of the restaurants are closing early.wanted to have some desserts so drove to clifton mac Donald. they have space outside also to relax and enjoy your meal good coffee and blue berry muffin

Quick and friendly service (almost like they'd all been on customer service training recently! :) Car park good sized but good spaces, easy access on the way out of Nottingham and food served quickly

Best place for a quick consistently reliable meal driving into Nottingham. Great service and always clean. Plenty of parking and a drive through too.
