Kfc in Chesterfield

We just had a meal here...it was not good, it was soggy and defo not fresh...everything was like touching mashed potatoes

Drive through service was excellent. Right up until we got home and found the coleslaw missing from one of the meals and an extra large gravy missing. No receipt either, so couldn't complain. Getting bored of this at this KFC. It's not like it's even inexpensive any more. DO BETTER KFC!

Always leave notes to say no mayo on fillet burger or no salad on rice box ect & it’s always completely ignored. Won’t be ordering again for a while now as it’s ruins my meal every time.

Restaurant was clean when we were there and the staff were super helpful and nice. Food tasted really good, was served quickly and was hot.

We received the wrong order. I questioned this with the delivery guy and he said it was what he was given. On looking at the receipt it had a completely different persons name on and none of my order. I tried to contact your customer service but couldn’t get through. I then drove down to my nearest KFC to find my order on the counter. I gave the kfc worker the order I had, had delivered and took mine. Then to find it was cold so my question is how long had mine been on the counter waiting?

Take a way was poor, Luke warm and no serviettes or spoons or forks, how do you expect customers to eat slaw and gravy!?

There has not actually been a single time where I’ve had an order be right. The service is shocking most of the time, nothing ever seems to work on their systems and 9/10 times the fries are cold. It is literally this location in isolation that never seems to get it right. I’ve wasted my money every time I’ve come here. Everytime I think it can’t get worse than the time before and some how it does. The place needs to significantly improve their staff training, they seem to be constantly understaffed and too many system faults.

came freezing cold because the delivery driver did another delivery. my food was out for 25 mins and cold and soggy by time it arrived

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, the last 7 orders we've had have been missing items or given the wrong thing. If they don't have the item in stock they don't even bother to ring and ask if you want something else or a refund. Just Eat has done no justice for KFC either. Mixed bag of service.

Just eat failed to deliver a £56 order. The Manager and staff allowed us to collect and obviously we were annoyed but wasn’t KFC at fault. They were fantastic and dealt with us amazing. The food was super fresh and piping hot. Thank you so much for changing a bad situation into a much better one. Very professional and very calm

The main doors were broken, walked around and tried to order at the drive through. They said no you can't order on foot. No good customer service. We had no car because we were on holiday

after waiting for an hour for the food to be prepared only part of the delivery came ...ordered a trilogy meal and a zinger double down meal but only recieved the full trilogy meal and just the double down chicken on its own with a drink. no side no hot wings ...very disappointed and will not be ordering again 😒

9 times out of 10 something’s missing on the order, hence me not ordering for a long time, son requested KFC for his birthday tea, ordered a big sharing bucket, gets delivered with no chips, submitted a complaint NO REFUND OR RESOLUTION as they couldn’t see a problem??? on top of this the chicken was soggy tasted foul parents didn’t even eat any fast forward to 2am sons seen it again all over his bedroom floor so zero out of ten customer service on kfc’s part annoyed is not the word 💀

It was cold and there way of making it up was adding chicken wings not everyone like chicken on the Bone

4 items were wrong! mashed potato instead of gravy, 2 burgers instead of a burger meal, so only 1 portion of chips instead of 2! No extra sauce that was paid for! Never had so many items wrong in an order! Very disappointed! And it was cold!!

We ordered kfc and the only thing what was hot was the gravy the rest was luke warm to cold, I don't think we'll be ordering from there again I'm sorry.

Ordered food for my daughter for delivery. Only got a handful of chips plus the delivery driver did not bring our drink. She blamed the kfc staff. They blamed her when I rang. I’ve just had surgery so I can’t drive or I would have just gone & collected the food myself. It’s really disappointing when you order & you don’t get what you ordered. Not worth £11.99 at all. 80% of the time when we order there’s something wrong with the order that’s why I usually collect it myself. So annoying!!!

Just Eat messed up the order and sent it to a different address so we didn’t get our food and wasn’t allowed a refund!!

Who doesn’t love a kfc? Food nice, just with they’d stop missing items off my order. Missing a large popcorn chicken. Not the first time either. Seems like a common thing with them.

put the orderin at about five thirty they said they diliverd at eight oh five the time I'm writing this is eight o clock they have diliverd in to the future after ive been waiting 2 and a half hours to receive nothing not diliverd

The restaurant was cold. The chips were cold but were replaced with hot ones when brought to the attention of staff. A staff member told us the heating could not be turned on because there wasn't any which we found unbelievable!!! The chairs had all been stacked away at 10.30 pm even though it didn't close until 11.00 pm. The floor was covered in litter. McDonalds is always warm.

ordered 4 burgers meals and a kids meal. two of the burgers were missing. so now I have to order something else for those who didn't get their food

unfortunately the food quality was not as good as normal. the chips were bland, slightly under cooked and cold.

The order was placed and had not arrived 90 minutes later so I called the KFC who informed me that there were not enough drivers from just eat. I was told to cancel the order on the app which I did. Food arrived 2 hours late. Refund required

I understand it was Christmas Eve and would be very busy. However from placing my order just after 6:30 the estimated time was 7:20, this I thought was reasonable. But to have it constantly changing my food wasn't even dispatched till after 8. If I had realised it would have been that long I would have cancelled the order. Especially as when the food arrived most of it was only lukewarm

Rude staff. Slow service. Food OK if you can put up with everything else

After reading other customers’ experiences, I’m honestly not surprised by what I saw today. This place is going downhill fast, especially with the unhelpful staff currently working there. First off, it’s cash only at the till. If you’re paying by card, you have to use the machine, which is fine—until you realize the machine doesn’t accept discounts, like my Blue Light card. To top it off, I made a small mistake with my order and tried to correct it. When I asked the manager for help, she flat-out refused and said I had to stick with what I ordered even though it was literally few seconds after I ordered . So now I’m left regretting two decisions: my order and coming to this KFC in the first place. Honestly, guys, it’s not worth the hassle.Iam not ordering from this place again and would not recommend anyone to go there. Aldi got a breaded chicken for fraction of the price of your soggy chicken.

Half meal was missing and the whole thing was cold! This is the first time I’ve used just eats and the whole experience has been awful. I’ve now got to drive and get her some more popcorn chicken as there was none in! Paid over the odds for this!!!

Ordered 4 x cookies & two dips but didn’t receive any of these items. Chicken on the bone was cold and very dry. Disappointing meal overall to say how much you pay for kfc online. Will reconsider other options next time we fancy a treat.

It's a cold place, you have to fetch your own food and eat it fast before it goes cold..

Missing order and I still didn’t get my refund

Went today ordered the 4 piece meal got home there was only 3 pieces which were the smallest pieces of chicken. It was if one of your members of staff had done this deliberately, as what I got was an absolute joke.

ordered the finger licking bucket, popcorn chicken and corn on the cob missing, e mailed just eat and they said there was nothing they could do, so not be ordering again

Food was undercooked on several pieces of chicken so we had to throw it away . Very disappointed with the quality of food and also we had requested no barbecue sauce but they still put it in anyway

my order is lacking a mini fillet and sweet chili sauce...but somehow I do have a pot of mash, some beans and gravy. Not happy...

We had a party bucket. Too many pieces were just drumsticks - all but 2 but we didn't bother complaining. Background music was not to my liking although not so loud as to be bothersome. Took quite a while to get served about 5 mins which I would expect to be quicker given it was very quiet at the time and what is going on with the payment gadgets ??? They are ok if you get away with a quick wireless tap and pay but once card has to be inserted for a pint verify for somebody who is 6'4'' I felt like I needed to be on my knees to use it.

The food was hot and really good. Chips had the perfect amount of coating and the chicken was so nice.

The food delivery was prompt and efficient, however, the coleslaw and beans that were ordered were missing.

Health risk!!!! The driver left the delivery outside a house behind the owners car on there drive - two doors away from our house. Bad enough to have non food parcels doorstepped! Called the driver but the mobile is blocked for incoming calls.

probably the coldest, driest chicken I've ever seen, brown dead lettuce, about 20ml of mayo sauce, cold chips barely even defrosted.

best delivery driver ever. wasn't sure If it was my address or next door. neighbour tries to take our order but he asked for the code and they provided the wrong one. thank you for making sure we got our order. you are the best.

Food is mediocre - very greasy - hadn't been rested.

The past 5 orders from here have all been fresh and hot. Today's order was abysmal, everything was stone cold, delivery took well over an hour. Just eat contacted for resolution.
