Kfc in Chesterfield

We had a party bucket. Too many pieces were just drumsticks - all but 2 but we didn't bother complaining. Background music was not to my liking although not so loud as to be bothersome. Took quite a while to get served about 5 mins which I would expect to be quicker given it was very quiet at the time and what is going on with the payment gadgets ??? They are ok if you get away with a quick wireless tap and pay but once card has to be inserted for a pint verify for somebody who is 6'4'' I felt like I needed to be on my knees to use it.

TERRIBLE! Didn’t even get served after 20 minutes of waiting! They didn’t have clue as the till kept crashing! They have a don’t care attitude! Won’t visit here again! Worst kfc ever! Sort it out!

Food is mediocre - very greasy - hadn't been rested.

Queue for 12 minutes only to be told that they don’t do hot drinks even though they are shown on the menu

Kieran served us and he had absolutely impeccable manners and the service from him was 10/10. Incredible. It was fast and correct. And when I asked I found that the manager Josh was on and he did really well by making sure everything was clean and our food was available and hot. Lovely stuff

This particular kfc tastes different than ones I'm used to. Poor flavour. Dryer. Don't know what they do different but no good

chips was cold needs to be address asap. chicken warm but edible unlike the chips.

the order never aroved, I got a call explaining that my order was too big for the store to complete, despite accepting both payment and the order. and then I was told I need to sort it out if I want a refund? I'd very much like a refund please.

needs closing down that KFC. not ordered from there for ages, I thought it might have picked up abit but it's worse than ever. cheers for making me throw up. Id like refund please.

Asked for no lettuce came with it I asked for tango drink I got 7 up delivery was slow disappointed

16th September 2024 10pm Staff. Went round the drive thru and asked for 2 separate orders. The lady on the drive thru said no, I asked if there was any possible way as I’ve always asked for 2 separate orders and no where has ever said no. She proceed to tell me she cannot do it and there was nothing else she could do. I asked if it was a new policy as I came earlier last week and they happily did it. She said it wasn’t a policy. She then disappeared from the headset for a bit and when she came back she said “what can I get for you”. I asked if I was able to do the 2 separate orders and she rudely said yes. Once we got our food we realised they had ignored when we asked for certain things to be taken off and shoved my friends gravy mega box meal into the smallest box they had. There was no possible way to move anything without getting grease all over my car which I didn’t want. I went back round the drive thru and asked if they could sort it and they told me they had no bigger boxes to put it into. A minute later they had got a bigger box ( the box it was meant to come in) off the side like usual. One employee turned to look at us and rolled her eyes and shook her head at us. There overall attitude was awful and disappointing to say we were the only car in the whole drive thru and we had no problem waiting a few extra minutes for them to make it right the first time. Tried to ring up after to make a complaint and no one answered the phone as expected.

They did not send all our chips was not happy and didn’t get anything back for it costing me more money to make sure my children had their weekly treat

Visited here last Sunday, with my son and grandson.ordered the 12 piece boneless bundle. Not only did we not get 12 pieces within 4 hours of consuming it myself and my son were violently sick and after 3 horrendous days of illness, I was actually rushed into hospital with food poisoning. I’m still not right a week later 🤬WE Will never eat KFC again and recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs.Nasty ass place needs closing down!!

Food come cold. Missing all the items from the kids meal apart from the burger, no drinks came with the order or dips. Won’t be ordering from here again and if I don’t get my money back for this order I won’t be using this app no more, not happy one bit

I called while out with my dog so we went through the drive through. Service was quick food was hot but I asked for a bucket with no bones so I could share with my girl. But it had bones. So didn't get my £20 order right. A bit disappointed.

I've ordered my children a KFC as a treat on a Saturday £27 worth just for two to find when it arrived the food was stone cold and soggy chips so due to one of my children being autistic she will not eat cold or soggy food so now I still have to feed one of my children and she's in tears as she doesn't have a KFC like her sister so most disappointed with this service.

I checked to see where driver was on map once I was alerted my order was picked up and the driver drove in the other direction and went to burger king picked an order and delivered that order then delivered mine. I've used just eat from beginning and NEVER as this happened before. disgusting service

Had delivery today 6 piece bargain bucket. Consisted of 4 legs and 2 very small pieces of chicken. Chips are awful and cold. Come on for £23 spent you can't do this to people and expect them to put up with it

Arrived fairy warm but the boneless fillets were the thinnest I've ever seen. Can't have been cooked from fresh because they were way too hard and chewy. The chips... Just fry some plain chips and make them crisper!

Always hard to score these places, the point is that they're all the same. This was quick, and the food was piping hot.

eveytime we order from.this kfc the food is cold the chips are cold and stodgy and the chicken is lukewarm at best. and usually miss an item from the order.

Personally I think KFC has gone downhill in recent years. The food is tasty but the portion sizes are really really small nowadays wherever you go. I can't imagine the chicken I ate was more than 3 weeks old and the fries portion at this restaurant was so small, maybe 10 fries and were thrown into the bag without any care whatsoever.

Payed £40 for food and was delivered to the wrong adress when i contacted just eat they refused a refund and said they was nothing they could do to help! I didnt receive my food this is twice this has happend

Went with my wife today and ordered 2 rice boxes and an apparent large chips (chuckles out loud). Was sat at the drive through window and it appeared only 1 fillet was split between 2 boxes so I pulled up and said to my wife to check, 1st we pulled out the "large" chips to which there was about 15 chips in....£2.89 for this..! Then checked the 1st rice box and jesus christ wouldn't have shared this with 100 starving men, looked like a pont of mayo put on top and could hardly see the food and also what must have been a spoon of rice, we then checked the 2nd box and exactly the same, funny thing is is that one was a zinger and the other plain, 1 fillet shared between 2 boxes..! I was enraged tbh and when straight in to get a refund but wished I'd took a picture 1st but I was so miffed at what I was looking at I just went straight back in. When I showed the 2 girls behind the counter they were literally speechless and both their jaws dropped instantly. They fetched the manager who to her credit was professional and issued a refund without argument. My only gripe with her was when I said about the amount of rice (or lack of it) was that she said they were trained ro put only 1 portion in and I said 1 spoonful is a portion and she said yes..! It's a rice box..! It's the main ingredient fgs but apparently 1 spoonful is their training.....regardless of that though the ridiculous amount of mayo on each was disgusting but I believe this was ro cover the taste of only 1 fillet between the 2. I will literally never set foot on this place again and would not have even given this to a starving dog.

I don’t know where or who my order was delivered to. Dishonest Delivery Driver. He rang me asking for directions and I even sent them via text to me. A few minutes later my order was marked as delivered. I did not receive this order

Food was good. but my review is more for the delivery driver who was awesome! got given the wrong order and kindly took it back to the restaurant and got the correct one. many a driver wouldnt have done that, Really good man!

Gravy was like water and was cold

Delivery on time. Chicken.. a strange chewy texture to it. The same from west bars last time I ordered. Don't rate these new chips either, just fry some decent crispy chips.

Hi I'm not happy with my order at all my food come and was cold and my pop corn chicken wasn't in my order I'm not happy about that at all and would like a refund.

Tried the new BBQ box meal tonight - Needless to say, my nans feet have got more moisture in them, than that "meal" did.

The chicken in the burger was cold, rubbery and stale. Even the batter was soggy and not crisp/fresh. Tasted like it was cooked yesterday and had been in the fridge. Had to spit it out and throw it away. Not good Strange because the mini fillet strip, fries and gravy were all warm. Just the chicken from the burger that was rank

Never have I ordered KFC and it was served so fast and it was fresh a piping hot delicious I wish I had more thumbs to give it 4 👍🏾 up

Popped in for some lunch, I’ve never expected much from a KFC, but this was tragic. Absolutely revolting. Self service machine doesn’t print receipts, food took ages and was just minging.

Always get served luke warm fries that have been sitting in the trays for a long period.

This KFC is ok, the downfall is that sometimes the food that you get can be dry, but sometimes it can be perfect, so I decided to rate the food a 5, the good side is that if you go on any Chesterfield FC game day, you can hear the energetic cheers of the crowd!

The chips were cold and soggy, however the chicken was hot. The chicken wasn't very tasty like it used to be.

Served a Luke warm burger . When it was challenged the trainee manager refused to replace it and was quite arrogant . Terrible experience . Only when we persisted did the actual manager refund .I won't be going back and I hope the trainee thinks about his actions . I was left feeling like they thought I was trying get freebies . App says order delivered but I have received nothing. App says I can have a refund for the cost of the food but I have still been charged the service charge, delivery charge and the tip. So I have paid nearly £10 for absolutely nothing. Absolutely the worst service ever. What a waste off money.
