Visit this outlet everyday for coffee with friends sad to say we daily send back cold coffees, this must be costing the franchisee a fortune we also witness families being given food for free as a way of apology for a 50 min wait. Terrible atmosphere with customers queuing and waiting long periods. We have spoken to mangers who should be dealing with these complaints instead of letting young staff being shouted at.

Ordered and paid at drive through,told to park in car park as bays were full,car park also full so waited in the Middle,queues behind me got there orders I waited half an hr,no food,went back to drive through window Kacie was rude when I explained I must have been forgotten about,she said I will just refund you then terrible customer service,what a shambles of food outlet, DONOT go to this mcdonalds,go to burger king on haven site instead,nicer food,no waiting and polite staff

Avoid at all costs. Worst Mc Donald’s ever. Queued for 15 minutes, after ordering. Then got sent to park up and wait for another 10 minutes. When food finally arrived, it was cold and totally wrong order. Every time we’ve been there, the food is cold and takes ages to arrive. Management really need to shake this place up a bit. Won’t be returning. Another Mc Donald’s is opening up soon. Will try that one.

Waited for my order more than expected. Do understand with the amount of orders on the screen. But once I’ve got my order, the customer assistant was so rude and didn’t even offer me a cup holder as it was takeaway order and didn’t offer me a bigger bag. I had to ask several times for it. He’s given me a broken cup holder but not a bag and once I lift it, both drinks spill over. I called one lady and she just given me a bag and didn’t bother to help further. I had to wait little longer and one young boy helped me to sort the things out. Skegness McDonald you have to improve your customer service. Treat the customers proper way. I paid for my food , it’s not free!!

Great to get this at the seaside. The weather turned so we popped in from the rain. Always reliable and you know what you are getting. Not sea side fish and chips but the children wanted a happy meal and the Flat White coffee is excellent.

Just not practical to crowded and drive tho makes it dangerous constant cars going tho . Even if you buy food you then can not sit down anywhere.

Dirty, untidy, noisy. Could not find a clean table, when we eventually found a table we had to clear ourselves. I felt sorry for the guy who was trying his best to clear up, but they clearly need more than 1 person for this job. Would not visit again.

We went to McDonald’s last Thursday morning and we were really disappointed with the service. The staff seemed more concerned about the drive through customers rather than the queue that was building up around us, everyone was complaining about the wait. I placed an order there was only3 customers in front of me, it took over 20 minutes for my coffee to arrive If this is how it is now, I dread what’s going to happen when the season starts. More staff training needed.

We visited here for breakfast on New Years Day, the staff were slow, and it took over 30mins to get our meal, we think this was due to the girl serving chatting to her friend rather than dealing with customers, and the new system seems to make service alot slower rather than speeding it up, shame service was so slow and poor, once friend had left.people got served alot quicker

as posted on the other tripadvisor page it is the worst maccies in the world,so bloody slow waiting in the que, then have to wait in anotherque just pure slow, low amount of sugar, mess orders up and managers dont help, two which i remember the names of were sophie and Daniel. theyre useless as well. some decent members of staff, theyre mainly working hard away in the kitchen while the managers look like they have nothing better to than stand around,by the looks of it the managers dont lift a bloody finger purely useless managers need sacking

Incredibly busy but didn’t take very long for order. Normally correct order. Food not always hot unless you have kids fish fingers which take 10 minutes to cool.

Bad time to get food went to mc Donald I Skegness town by beach and I must say crap plz do not go here two times I have been here and two times I must say I will not be going to McDonald’s in Skegness again they let the McDonald’s down for how you get you food as far as how long you wait for you food both times no special food was ordered it was food that they cook most of the day and every day so you don’t think you would be waiting so long for it

OMG, i really don't like this brand at all, but it's always a sure stop for the kids. Just make sure that you have LOTS of time on your hands because you eill more than likely be left waiting and waiting, up to 30 minutes for a basic order. No joke, the service here just never improves, it's so bad its laughable. Fast food - not here!

Went into Ingoldmells and decided to have a McDonalds.. Gutted to find out that it had a sign in the windows saying that It had closed down.. i thought that this place would be a little gold mine with all the holiday makers and such..

Went to this McDonald's in may and what a que you have to wait to think this part of skegness is a multi pound industry so should be far bigger I mean what was wrong with the usual McDonald's they had round d the corner a women takes your order and then the next person they didn't know who's was who's food I had to ask a good 15 mins later were was my food and anther person had ordered a breakfast before 10.30 they had to wait that long it went past 10.30 and women said to them sorry only severing dinner time menu now total wrong the McDonald's women only had to get let's say egg muck muffin hash brown and coffee down or failing that say were completely sorry big mack meal on the house or come down tomro for a free. Breakfast anyway far too small for the amount t of folk in ingoldmells

recently visited this maccies whilst on holiday from Birmingham and there was very quick service and nice hot food, I was ID'd for my employee discount a few times but there were friendly with it, all around good place to eat for quick food,

Had to go here for food as everywhere else was closed due to heavy rain! No where to sit as no indoor seating. My food got very wet and my food was cold. I won't be ordering from McDonald's in Ingoldmells again.

Ordered our food from the window, sitting area provided my mc Donald consists of wooden picnic tables full of bird pooh and sticky from spilt drinks. Opened our meals to find luke warm food. Surely all McDonald's have a standard to work to, think an inspection is in order to get this franchise up to standards as it really isn't doing a good job for the brand.

Staff who don't know how to get orders correct,cold disgusting food which was so bad ended up in the bin,milkshake not thick but just like runny milk,steer clear of this place in fact it's put me off for life,don't waste your money!!

My Fiance enjoyed a great trip to the coast yesterday and arrived early enjoying a breakfast wrap and tasty coffee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with local advice and the place was immaculate and very popular.In fact a returned later for a coffee to go.

While on holiday in skegness went to MacDonald's at side of bottoms fun fair, ordered food, then six different people got served their food before me the new system is rubbish, was a lot better before when you got your food in turn. Change back.

Went here for a few bites but not the best customer service I asked for a Big Mac only gave the lad my money and waited a while the Big Mac was behind him getting cold God knows why there isn't a bigger mc Donald's the other place they used to have was ok just needed to severe beer like they do in Spain at the end of the day your on holiday a Big Mac fries and and cold San Miguel what more could you ask

Went last night food all over front of shop with black bin bags scatter all over. Not enough staff on it was very stressful for them. Chips tasted like they had been stood all day and same with burger the sauce and cheese had dried up. If we hadn't brought them away to eat I would have taken them back. They went straight on the bin what a waste of money. We won't be returning

Only had 2 coffees but the staff even got that wrong! Took over 5 mins to get coffees! Tables very dirty and chips all over the floor. A cleaner came and wiped one table but left the chips under the table! Toilets disgusting! I know it is busy but hygiene should be top of the list to get right! Compared to other Macdonald's this is way down towards the bottom of the list!

On a recent day trip to Skegness with the Grandchildren, they opted, as often happens, to get lunch at McDonalds near the sea front. My wife and I agreed to go and although not massive fans of the food available there we do occasionally visit these establishments when in our local city.I had heard that McDonalds were gradually making all their restaurants into “digital” sites, which means that you can go to a machine to order your food if you want. This branch was no exception.It was chaos when we squeezed through the main doors and it was difficult to work out who was in a queue to order at the counter or who had actually ordered and was waiting for their food. As we did not want to order by computer, we eventually found a route to the counter and the young man served us quite quickly. Then we realised that we would go on the order list which is displayed on the monitor on the wall. Having been about twenty fifth in line we had a pretty long wait for our number to come up.By the time we received our order the food was quite cold and we had to fight our way to the outside tables (which had bird muck on) as there was nowhere else to sit or stand inside!To sum it up, it was a pretty bad experience all round and I don’t think we would have bothered going in if we had known how the new system worked. We definitely won’t be going again; it will be the chippy next time where it is civilised and much better value for money anyway. Also we would be treated like customers, not cattle.To be honest it felt like being in Argos, apart from the fact that they don’t sell burgers!

My grandchildren loved it ... great value for money £21... 5 grandchildren happy meals +2 adults inc drinks ....waited for the food 2 mins piping hot when it arrived ... well done to staff .polite .helpful ..

I Understand With The Tables Being Out In The Open They Would Get The Odd Bird Splat Etc.. But These Tables Are Never Cleaned,Not Somewhere U Would Want To Sit At And Eat Your Food

We have been here when visiting the market and fantasy island . Children like it in here, it's central and easy to get to.

Awful place, the food is terrible and you are hearded into and out like cattle thats after youve walked through the clouds of smoke from the staff during thier fag breakbest off going to a local cafe

Seeing as the one in Skegness is four miles away this is convenient. Can be really busy during the summer months you just have to persevere. Only negative is being a take away you are limited to what you can have, i.e. don't do 1/4 pounders or milkshakes. That aside does what it says on the tin.............

What a good idea to have a take away only macs, the queues were never that long as it is very well staffed.

Right so first night we went it was a slow process regardless of how busy they are they seem to be very slow but when my daughter got her meal the nuggets were about cremated. We all have bad days so tried again the next day. This was when I began to get annoyed. When the que is long and people have being waiting I expect the members of staff to be working not having a chat while I'm stood waiting, everything seems to be made hard work of!

OMG! talk about fast food - well this one must have forgotten that fraise, you would have to have been there to believe it, this wasn't mid-day rush hour ever, late at night after seeing a show and for a change we decided to try a burger, what can go wrong - nothing surely, what went was the time - 22 minuets waiting for a cheeseburger, seriously people OMG. maybe the guy thought I was placing an order for breakfast the next day.

Went to get a porridge disappointed no porridge on menu not good just got mocha instead only get porridge so not very good for a holiday place get it sorted

Went with family, being on the sea front it was very busy but we did get served quick. However inside and out I found the place filthy. Toilets were not nice! Tables unclean, floor dirty and the seating area outside just as bad. I would recommend you grab your food and eat elsewhere, it's noisy with kids running riot, was even a chip fight with teenagers whilst I was there.

Well really its just Maccy Ds. Foods ok staff work hard so its not there fault theres a 10 min wait I suppose. Small amount of outdoor seating, its just ok. Would go somewhere else if it wasn't for the kiddies!!

We have been here several times over the last 3 years. Ive bever really had any issues with the venue. and it as you would expected a mcdonalds to be ... busy... you have to expect so time delays at busy times etc and with such a small area to work with, i take my hat off to the staff for their hard work... the only real down side to the location is their is very limited seating especially at busy times. i would recommend this to anyone visiting.. and im sure the kids will want to be back again next year.

god how long do you have two wait for fast food well 10 mins is a long time my belly was rumbling i was looking forward to a big mac im sure the ammount of folk that come here every year they would open a bigger place than this maybe up the price to compensate for the sort season so they dont lose out well i stick to a bacon and sausage sizzler from the spar shop

Headed here for a quick and easy snack. How wrong we were. 4 people in front of us line and yet we still took half an hour to get served. One staff member was on and despite feeling a bit sorry for het at the start, I realised that she was contributing to the problem by spending ages choosing and admiring the little toys to go in childrens Happy Meals and by stopping to chat to any staff member that came out of the office next to the counter while we all stood furiously waiting. Yet she remained oblivious. Finally a staff member came out from the kitchen and told her to work faster and helped her get the queue down. Gangs of teenagers hanging round outside the windows making it a bit uncomfortable if you choose a window seat. When they came into the restaurant they brought scooters and shouted around yet this seemed perfectly acceptable too. Lots of staff about but no one doing much. Extremely disappointed.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but seeing as there's no KFC in Ingoldmells I decided to give it a go. What a waste of money. The food looks bad and tastes equally bad. In fact it is vile! And I am not lying when I say even my dog wouldn't eat it. She spit it out! The picture shows their attempt at a salad. The customer service is nonexistent. Id expect a queue at this time of night, especially with it being next to a bar, but there wasn't one. Now I know why!

this is a little open macdonalds on sea lane with a few tables outside but does get vewry busy in holiday times so ques can take a while n seating gets taken up very quick downfall is no where in the dry to eat, but its the only macdonalds in ingoldmells

Service very slow . Staff to busy chatting amongst themselves . Waited 11 minutes . Yes I timed it . For a fish fillet burger and Mcflurry. The icecream machine was not working and the girl had no idea what to do and nobody else did either . Had to repeat 5 times our order . The chips tasted and looked like they had been re dunked in the fryer several times .,staff very rude . No gloves worn whilst preparing food . The staff and cleanliness of this place are Really putting McDonald's to shame !!

Went to skeg maccyds only to hear the guy on the counter ask if "is it still ok to serve this" so I requested some fresh food to which the cocky supervisor said "shut it with the attitude " finally got our food got home was severely I'll the following day and this is one of the burgers they made "fresh"....god only knows what they did to the ones that we ate,never spend a penny in there again

Very happy here. A family of 5 ate for £22 and this restaurant lived up to the usual McDonald's standards. There were 2 people keeping the lobby spotless. The staff were nice and the toilets were very clean.

Yet again I was caught out! went through the drive through placed our order.All fine so far got to collection point,then got told to wait in a bay.Other cars were waiting,then after 8/10 mins our order arrives I asked for the member of staff to wait while i check the bag and i got attitude back from the member of staff guess what yes the order was wrong!!.By this time the member of staff had returned back inside.Feeling frustrated we just left.

We was on holiday in skegness for October half term so decided to have a McDonald's one day but we went through the drive thru. Ordered a lot of food for 5 of us only to get in the car park and some of it wasn't in the bag, I wouldn't of minded so much but then you have to go all the way round the drive thru again and when there's a que your food goes cold! the venue for mcdonalds is to small esp during high season often gets orders wrong and always seem to young adults to serve

Slow, slow slow. I have never been here and not had to queue some silly amount of time, no matter what time of day of how busy it is. I'm sure there is some secret thing they have of making everyone wait at least 6 minutes.Outside is always dirty and the counter sticky. I know it's busy, but no need to cut corners or have slow staff.

Apparently they were cleaning fryers at 10.30 in the morning, yes it was change over from breakfast time but how do other places cope. Said it was going to be a long wait for a burger, forgive me if I'm wrong I'm sure theses things take less than 3 mins to cook. It wasn't extremely busy but staff couldn't cope, whoever was in charge needs a bit more training

My daughter ordered a chicken royal and it eventually came out looking like the lettuce in it was a week out of date, fries we're extremely salty not very nice will not be going back.

We love a brekky here , but it is so popular that you will have a little wait .However the food has always been fresh and the staff are lovely

We visited this McDonald's when we was on holiday and it was not the best I have been to. The place could do with a real good clean as the seating area was a real mess with fag nubs and rubbish everywhere. The order points was clutted with bits of rubbish so you could not stand still and order properly. From the look of it the place could do with another inspection was not happy when we visited this outlet.

Everything was cooked fresh and the service was very quick the kitchen area did look a bit grubby though

Can be a very busy place in main season and childrens holidays so be prepared for queuing . But on quieter days quick efficient service . Free wifi . usual fast food service. Nice cup of coffee. I enjoy the mc chicken burger and chips. Don't use that often as usually now it gets very busy.

Went in Sunday night to the mcdonalds at Skegness pier - very rude female manager only about 5 ft tall which was quite surprising when all the staff are of mature age. Saw someone handling food containers with blue filter gloves on and cleaning a production bin which was absolutely disgusting . On top of that cold fries and food - very disappointed

Going all over the world you expect and get a standard level of service and product. This one is unique. Let me list the problems. Queues stretching forever and only 2 tills operating. Litter everywhere on tables, the floor, overflowing bins. I eventually dragged the manager out to clean the table where I sat as it was that filthy. Food is standard, just the slowest service ever and the most unpresentable place ever.

McDonalds is never going to be a top notch meal but it's always nice to have one every now and again. Skegness is just like any other, not as big as in cities but it's only in a town so it doesn't have to be. Fast cheap meal. Only thing i wasn't best pleased with was the fact they didn't have any vanilla milkshakes. Overall just another average McDonalds experience

Okay so Macdo's is never going to be a gourmet meal....but, when its done properly, their food can provide a tasty snack which is convenient if you are in a rush.We arriived in Skegness a little bit early for our planned rendezvous with our son and his family, and as we walked past, we spontaneously decided we fancied a bacon butty.I noticed that once I placed my order, the bacon rolls and hash-browns were left on the tray whilst the staff faffed around with drinks.Sadly, when we came to eat, both bacon rolls were only luke-warm and the accompanying hash-browns were soggy with fat. Also, we were not given any milk to accompany our hot drinks.We decided not to make a fuss, and left without registering a complaint, but vowing not to return in a hurry.My son (bless him) announced that he had promised the children a Macdo's for lunch. So, not wanting to make a fuss, we went along with it.After queueing for Twelve minutes, I ordered a Sweet Chilli Chicken sandwich for myself and a Chicken Fillet Sandwich for Mrs Pitacus.Neither order was correct. I got a Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap and the good lady got Quarter Pounder with Cheese. My meal was only luke-warm but my partner's meal was stone-cold.Relucantly, we re-joined the queue to complain about the cold burger.The staff were apologetic and asked us to sit down and they would re-cook the meal and bring it to the table. Fifteen minutes later.......everyone else in our party had finished the meal but still no sign of the replacement burger.We had to queue AGAIN to chase up the replacement..Eventually, the replacement burger arrived.... But of course, by then, the fries were cold.Should we queue again? Should we ask for a refund?Nah - life's too short: and time with the grandchildren is far more important.I recognise that in a rapidly-moving environment, things sometimes go wrong, but this place consistently let us down and, when they had the opportinity to make amends, they got that wrong too.AVOID!

We called in at McDonalds on route to our holiday park hoping to get a relaxing sit down after our journey. Instead we were greeted with a very long queue to order the food and no where to sit down. We ordered but ended up taking our food to eat in the car.When we asked for ketchup for our fries we were told to take it from the dispenser. We explained we had ordered take out, and she threw 3 sachets at us in a huff, which I thought was a little rude and un called for.The food was ok, though a little heavy on the salt for my liking.Would like to see more available seating in the restaurant. This lack of seating was something we witnessed on each of the 4 days we stayed in Skegness (but every other time we walked right past to other places where you could sit to eat).

Arrived for a breakfast around 7.30am - hot and fresh food clean restaurant but nothing special. Toilet facilities were clean (especially that time of day)

I used to go here every monday with my family after shoping mainly just to keep my daughter happy with a happy meal. The last 6 times in a row they have gave me happy meals in plain red boxes with a toy that was in promotion over a year ago. this week was suppose to be super mario and my daughter having seen the advert was going on about getting this toy all day only to find once again they had ran out and i was given a smurf toy from last summers promotion. This seems to be the norm nowadays someone in management is cutting corners ordering minimum amounts of happy meal toys in. Also to top off the order i asked for the Cajun chicken deli wrap that has been advertised and is the wrap of the day on mondays and fridays only to be told for the 3rd week in a row they have no cajun sauce to make these and rudly told by a teenage member of staff that the manager chooses to put chicken salad as the wrap of the day in its place and was told they will be stopping them full stop. and replacing it with what they feel they want to put as the wrap of the day. This is cowboy like management i expect to be able to buy whats advertised on the tv and website. I give up with this mcdonalds and will spend my money elsewhere so thats £15 per week this place has lost from me

We have alway used the drive by part for the drinks and meals.Ideal when runing late at work for a meal. In all meal and drinks spot on

Open at all hours so if you're in need of a snack you can depend on it being open. The staff seem nice and friendly and my grandsons enjoyed their Happy Meals and McFlurries. Happy grandkids means happy Grandparents.
