Food was stone cold when arrived, watched the delivery driver go 2 miles from my house when k live 0.8 miles from the kfc and was very sarcastic towards me.

appalling service, half my order missing, phoned to tell them, got hung up twice then just told I'll get discount when next in store, I don't instore, that's why get delivered, and I always tip

Had the one piece and fries - simply can't fault it. Hot and tasty chicken, freshly cooked fries. Less than 3 quid. Belter.
This branch shut many months ago but is somehow still marked as open and I can't seem to edit it (and it does'nt seem like kfc cares that much either with their dodgy automated responses)
Closed now and thank god for that it was a tip and the food was crap and the staff were worse. New one opened in Hanley town centre now for those who are interested across from Poundland
