Kfc in Ealing

This branch shut many months ago but is somehow still marked as open and I can't seem to edit it (and it does'nt seem like kfc cares that much either with their dodgy automated responses)

This kfc is permanently closed and they didn’t update it online.

KFC put a sign in window stating their commitment to a smooth transition of closing this branch. Yet they didn't even care about updating Internet (opening hours / closure). This branch no longer exists.

The staff were very unprofessional ,came over to us to bother us whilst they left other people who seemed to speak the same language alone but we were told over once that the eating area was due to close for maintenance but he didn’t once tell them the same thing and instead walked over to them and conversated with them in a foreign language to make them feel more comfortable and isolate us completely thus to make us feel pressured to leave, manager was specially rude as laughing was heard in the background. Don’t come here !!

Terrible dry breadcrumbs on a bone. With the horrible stuff that actually remove a portion of the fries from the small bay after the allocated spoon has measured the amount. I find it wicked that they’re allowed to do this with no gloves. I find it odd that they’re also allowed to send me my orders without any utensils and tissue. Kfc is not smart since they fail to understand that not everyone orders their foods to their house therefore the utensils are vital and finally, they’re ridiculously overpriced.

I was dissatisfied with my KFC order. The Stuffing Tower Burger was okay, but the Hot Chocolate was unavailable. The staff refused a refund for the missing item and suggested calling customer service. Overall, both the food and the customer service left me unsatisfied. The offered alternatives for the unavailable Hot Chocolate were disappointingly cheap and didn't match the expected value.

Ordered a delivery on the KFC app so no chance of getting the order wrong..you'd think. After they got my order wrong, when I phoned the branch, they refused to correct the order unless I ordered more from them first, in order to make another delivery drop. So upset, stuck at home paid £14 for food I can't eat. Thanks a lot KFC West Ealing...!!!!

Don’t scan your reward and use offer in the app at this KFC if you don’t want to be laughing at , worst customer service . They said the machine to scan wasn’t be connected with internet and the offer only valid when you have it delivered not in the cashiers . They want me to pay full price eventually. I have enough money to buy KFC but i just felt unfair when i was be treated that way .

Ahoy, Colonel, The KFC outpost in West Ealing is a chicken-lover's treasure trove! The service was quicker than a cluck, and the chicken—oh, it was fresher than a daisy in a spring meadow. Your team knows how to fry up a storm of flavors. This expedition left me feeling like I'd discovered the golden pot at the end of the chicken rainbow. Kudos to the crew for keeping the fried chicken flag flying high!

Staff wasn't too helpful when they didn't have an item that was ordered and confirmed via the app. They didn't offer a replacement, I had to ask them and tell them what to replace it with cause they won't refund the difference back otherwise. Chicken wasn't even crispy and the fries looked like it sat around for too long.

Disgusted. the lady before me complained on her cold food and in my chicken there was hair with dust on it. i wouldn’t recommend. the staff is very slow and just rude they don’t take care of the customers at all

Been going to this KFC since I was little with the family and l'm just absolutely disappointed with the standards in this branch. This branch has had more managers than Chelsea under Roman Abramovic and they still can't get it right. It also says a lot when literally any other branch in West London is better than this one. Sort it out guys!!!!!

Quite reasonably fast, though they concentrate on serving the deliverymen rather than the in-shop customers.

Horrible service. Horrible scummy shift manager wants to maximize profits by only allowing one KFC reward.

Handy if you're looking for some fried chicken. Not so great if you're after a new clutch for a Foes Fiesta .

This KFC has never been the best but its terrible service and small portion / cold food. Dont bother.. ive lived in ealing all my life and everyone local would advise not to go. Gave it a chance (again) and that will be my last ever visit

i would say that the food was good but the service was really bad. when we walked in they said that it isnt halal but we never asked and they person serving us wasnt replying when we were talking . I would love for them to change this pathetic attitude!

typical kfc, cleaning inside restaurant could be better, bin is often filled to the top and staff work at snail pace giving food. never had problems with the chicken though, always comes fresh and smelling amazing. service needs work, especially when ordering via uber eats, they often mess up your order, once when we ordered a 4 fry meal we ended up with only 2 fries. overall it's ok if u don't mind slow service and potential wrong orders

I ordered app offer box meal and five flaming wrap the total was 14 pound something when I went to pay the manager who was the cashier took out my staff discount and charged me 16:94 this is so frustrating the management should take and action on him

Bought £16.99 bargain bucket for second time in a month and didn’t get the same contents as previous time,when i queried it they said to check the menus but as i said in last review menu is not clearly displayed and I also don’t know how you can order the same offer and get different contents,won’t be using again for definite.

I ordered zinger burger meal and popcorn meal as a take away and when I get home and try to eat there was no chips and half popcorn i feel very sad because I was hungry and they were about to close. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star

23/07/22 Went to the branch around 21:35 and they decided to kept the door closed even though they close at 11. I managed to get in after a small argument with one of the staff, but the costumer service was out of this world. I ended up not having what I went for as they were saying they don’t have no more chicken. Anyways, for the fact of always being well treated at KFC, I was expecting more of them.

6 july 2022 Eliana Ami I have ordered 10hot chicken wing meal delivery. I'm very disappointed. The chicken wing was very stinky they tried to hide the smell with the seasoning but its disgusting. I really regret my £10.27 with the service and delivery fee for this kind of rubbish food. I vomited what I eat and couldn't eat the rest. Never again

There is an Asian lady very rude and very disgusting behaviour, I'm an rgm at another kfc and she decided to come in my store and decided to start shouting even other customers told her to be quiet because she got chicken earlier then informed if she is like this is other stores I feel sorry for this store to have a disgusting human being

Something about this branch of KFC always leaves me in a pickle for a few days. Other KFC's in the area are fine but this one.....! I'm not sure if the oil is the problem, the storage of the food or the staff but I cannot eat from here without fear of embarrassing repercussions. It's not a one-off, it's been pretty much every time for a significant while now. I won't chance it again.

this is actually disgusting, my friend ordered food from here and the next day she got salmonella…. i don’t even know what to say. me and my friend are never ordering from here again .

On this occasion, the chicken bucket was very oily but the fillet box special were on point.

I ordered chicken wings, coleslaw and sparkling water on deliveroo . The delivery was quick but I got wings , fries and still water instead ?!? I don’t understand ?!?

Always a good KFC. Has the usual problems of uncleared tables (some people are too selfish to put stuff in bin) Uber drivers picking up orders and winter leaves blown in through door. Staff are very busy but friendly and helpful. They do tidy up the seating area when they get a chance.

Waited 5 mins before being served, the store manager in this place is very unprofessional I witnessed him be disrespectful to a Deliveroo driver then had the cheek to show attitude. All in all experience the worst customer service ever. Differently won’t be returning to this store.

Rude staff,this branch looks very messy one of the staff who served me didn’t look clean and no customer service manner at all.so I just walked out.and will never use this branch again.

Came for lunch, the staff is so rude, they are late on orders, some customers were waiting for over 15min for their order. I feel like I've chosen the wrong place to have lunch in. In addition I've ordered mash potatoes they didn't give me a spoon. Dont bother coming here.

Ordered online : food was cold when delivered : fries had a rancid taste, seemed they had been cooked in a already used oil. Mash potatoes had a greyish colour, disgusting, chicken fillet burger was hard and not fresh, meat colour was dark inside , horrible taste, food wasn’t fresh and had been reheated : absolutely revolting ! I will never order from this store again

Friendly staff. The food was fresh and hot. Signs displayed reads "NO MASK NO SERVICE" Seating area closed off including toilet facilities. I used KFC app to purchase food which was straight forward. The staff seemed happy enough. Thanks Guys 😉

Very rude female member of staff. They hang up on you whenever you call, they deliberately leave the phone off the hook and the couple of times I have ordered food they got the order wrong. AVOID!!! Unprofessional!!!

Am not happy with the service as the burger and fries was cold and taste was not nice as well. I think the quality of food is no the same as before.

Meal was fine had to get uber guy as we were on a job, chicken wings were fine, chips soggy but that due to delivery, over all 3 variety meal nice, they do pepsi not coke, and i'm a coke guy

This is my local KFC, So a regular there. I went in there for some food and a staff member called Tifferen or so was on the canter. I offered him my code from the mobile he just rudely told me it's not working, I asked him why because the app say otherwise , then he said they have limited offer and after that just ignored me. So requested for the shop number to do a survey on my experience, he said google it. Then I asked for the manager he refused to get the me the manager either before I insisted then a female colleaguegot her. I won't be going back there, the customer service is extremely poor.

Come to this branch often as I'm local and the food is tasty, standard KFC fare, yet the service is piss poor. Staff moving at the speed of cement drying even when the queue is out of the door

Overly busy staff in this reasonable sized KFC. A long wait and I had to repeatedly state that what I ordered was on its own and not as a meal. Typical of all KFC restaurants in that respect. Rubbish strewn across the floor. Again due to overburdened staff. To be fair to the staff I need to say none of this is their fault. Most KFC staff work hard to bring it altogether but truth be told many of these restaurants are understaffed and overstretched. Servers have their hands tied to the point of being obliged to engage in pointless and frustrating communication and most restaurants are untidy. KFC owe an apology to its staff for having to put up with such poor management from the top.

Ok...manager was so not good!! He started taking someone order next to me then spoke in Tamil to staff for over 5mins ignored his customer. He then palmed off to someone else. I may not be able to understand what was being said but the tone was not good. We both were not impressed at all.
