McDonald's in Ealing

Very bad service I ordered 40£ of food 6 burgers 4 fries 20 nuggets 5 mozzarella and I received a different order with two sandwiches I tried to contact McDonald and they didn’t answer at the call very bad customer service!! Prove of pictures!!

Dirty. Really rude staff. Order point not accepting card payments. Child running around bare foot and screaming. Half the seating shut despite it being Black Friday. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Every time I order my McDonald’s from Brent cross for delivery, they always mess it up, they gave me a tea with no tea bag, how can you mess that up

I had order from Mc Donald s Brent Cross I have missing a chicken mayo , the chips are brown colour being cooked 2 times , and apart from that on my last ten order from them I never got any salt pepper sauce , tissues and even the straws was missing from my drink. That will be my last order with them.

Estaba más molesto cuando me sirvieron una hamburguesa de pollo en una caja de verduras que se suponía que tenía una hamburguesa de verduras. Me alegro de no ser totalmente vegetariano, de lo contrario, habría estado enfermo por todas partes. Creo que, en lugar de que el personal esté más preocupado por la velocidad a la que se atendieron los pedidos, deberían pasar tiempo comprobando que eran correctos.

Management team are arrogant and do not apologise about their mistakes. Orders are missing and they do nothing about it. I can not even get my refund straight away as I ordered online.

A few evenings ago I bought three meals and three apple pies to take away. I was given the food and drink in a large paper bag. On the way home my wife said she would like vanilla ice cream to go with the apple pies so we went in search of it. Two shops later I ended up having to pay £5 for a tub of Hagen Dass .Ouch. We unpacked our McD's to find that they had not given us the apple pies. This was very annoying as I like a desert and hot pie with ice cream is very nice. I had now wasted my time and money buying some expensive ice cream especially to go with the apple pies. I phoned them but no answer. Next morning I phoned and was told I would get a call back. No called me back. I called again and was told they had a record of the pies not being given to me and told me to come in to Brent Cross and collect my 3 apple pies. I live a few miles from Brent Cross and don't like going there at the best of times and I didn't want to go just to collect 3 apple pies. I asked if they could send me vouchers but was told they could not and the only way for me to get a refund was to make the journey to them. I told them I hardly ever go to Brent X so it was not convenient. They said the area manager would call me in the next couple of days. He did not call me. I called back a few days later. No answer. Called again and again eventually was offered 2 free meals and 3 apple pies if I go in to Brent Cross. Why they can't just organise some vouchers to send out I don't know. They spoilt my dinner and now they are inconveniencing me to get my apple pies.

Should not got to this McDonald's unless you have one more choice. Too many people there, so crowed and noise around every corner with the restaurant. But the service were quick.

Standard McDonalds, bit on the slow side, I asked why was told they were in the middle of a recruitment drive, so should improve. I asked for coffee with an extra double shop for a change they got it right often comes in two separate cups.

Quando você está em outro país ás vezes comer um lanchinho em locais conhecidos vale a pena. Nem sempre a comida de outro Pa´s te agrada, então vale como lembrança da Terra Natal.

Ridiculously busy Mcdonalds (Brent Cross Shopping Centre) but food is served quickly, No real seating its too small and all the seats are taken. For take away 10/10
