Lazy driver. I get a call every single time I order saying ‘I don’t know where to go?’ I have to go outside and all the way around to the back of my building just to get my food. Always the same driver who never bothers to ask how to get into my building.

Very rude staff i.e Lura. Attended cafe today and instead of being customer service focused she felt it appropriate to dismiss me and assume she knew what I was going to ask. We quickly established she didn't so had to explain. Now if you don't like working in a customer service role....please leave..we as customers dont appreciate miserable attitudes. Thank you.

Had a business lunch here - the service was a bit sketchy and I had to go and ask to place our order - the food was reasonable in terms of quality and price - the ambiance was poor as it was 95% empty.

Always liked GBK but last night's meal was a real disappointment. How can you enjoy a meal being served on a tea tray for one! Barely room for a biscuit!! Service for drinks really slow as well. Will not be rushing back.

Shubham was absolutely brilliant. Excellent service with a consistent smile. Organised my request with no hesitation or fuss. Food was wonderful as usual. Been to several other Honest Burger restaurants across London and each one has been great. Totally in love with the burger and fries!!!

The best weatherspoons i have been. Food is perfect and hot. The staff are helpful and friendly. Good selection of drinks. Nice view of the sea. What more can you ask. Easy 5 stars from me.

I have always loved a F &B’s breakfast so we went there this morning for breakfast for my husband’s birthday. However, unfortunately the menu has completely changed and they no long offer a traditional English breakfast (bacon/sausage/beans etc.) It is also much more expensive. I have no idea why F &B would change this but I’m afraid it is certainly misguided and I feel many people will stop going for breakfast at least. The choice now does not resemble an English breakfast and I know it is an American/Italian restaurant but I do feel that you need to offer people what they love. The staff were amazing and I felt so sorry for them as we decided to leave breakfast and to go to Willow which did a gorgeous traditional breakfast. I do hope Frankie and Benny’s reconsider this terrible decision.

Charged me 45 pounds for two drinks - one guinness and the other a cheap prosecco. I suspect it’s because I’m not a local. I asked a local about it and he said they clearly took advantage of me. Visitors stay away, one bad apple usually leads to multiple.
