Love this hotel have been many times for unday lunch, very good service, wonderful staff Extensive menu, reasonably priced. Now closed for refurbishment.

The lady manager do not allow us to drink the juice from HARRODS FOODHALL. and Actually the drinks from here is sucks！

I was served by a woman who chose to ignore me, I requested a warm croissant and looked at my like im stupid, I requested again than she told me they don't do it. I didn't know they don't do this service like other coffee shops do, all she had to do was tell me first time. She than started speaking in her own language to another colleague which made me feel comfortable.

Good staff and food is brilliant and space very good and friendly people ther I come again definitely I come nice experience

To be expected there are always going to be people, especially students, that are disrespectful and feel the need to lash out through leaving bad reviews but I’ve come here with friends for years and I, and none of my friends, have ever had a problem. The staff are fair, understanding and absolute gem’s. Good people, people who come here never stop coming back and it’s no wonder why! ❤️ Ps. They’re also dog friendly

Yet again, another good meal in a pleasant environment. Good standard of food , fish,chips, and mushy peas. Steak pie,chips,peas & carrots.

Love this place to eat , always friendly service and quick, food is delicious. Only quibble is some portions like the popcorn squid need improving, either a bigger portion or not so expensive for what you get ! £8.75 is definitely too expensive for a few bites.

This take away is one of the best around..cooking and delivery may take slightly longer..but given the fact the takeaway is extremely busy at times..people need to be a bit more respectful when leaving a review..food is always good and hot..never had a bad delivery in three years or more..Our delivery driver/man is an absolutely lovely person and I don’t think he gets the recognition he deserves..please inform the delivery driver he is an absolute joy to speak too..food was nice can’t ever fault it..I wish you all a fantastic Christmas and a great new year x

Finally something different than what you are used to. Delicious food. Don't forget to have a Georgian drink with it.
