Delicious, one of the nicest burgers 🍔 😋 Milkshake and fries also superb. 4 not 5 stars for price.

Made our first family visit to Five Guys in Leicester Cheapside after a trip to the cinema and soooo glad I held back from the popcorn and sweets during the movie. It meant I could fully appreciate the meal we ordered. One of the best burgers I've tried, period. And at 56 and well travelled, I've tried a few! Cooked well, flavourful and juicy. Plenty of options to choose from to really make it the way you want. The Kajun fries were nom nom nom nom nice with just the right amount of spice. Finishing it off with a Cream topped Mango Milkshake was just perfect. The service was as excellent as the food. Greeted warmly with smiles and served quickly, which for a Saturday evening in a busy city centre is itself quite remarkable. Highly recommended.

Row was brilliant in assisting us with our booking, kept the drinks flowing all night and was really friendly!

Went for breakfast for mothers day and had an amazing experience- Sarah was incredible and could not do enough for us. Food came out extremely quick and no issues at all. 10/10 visit

Wish I could of given a 0 star review. The security staff were awful and abusive. One of my two friends was really upset and crying, went to the toilets to be consoled by her friend. The security guard knocked through the door of the cubicle pulled one of the girls out BY HER HAIR telling her that your not allowed to go into the toilets together. After being searched for what I can assume was looking for drugs (which obviously they had none of) they were kicked out and we were told to take it up with management. We haven't heard anything back from the venue and really disgusted with how things were handled. These were two large men and really have traumatised these two girls. Do better strongrooms we will never be returning. If you are planning to go, I'd advise against it. Please note - we had no issues with the bar staff they were all lovley

Do not get delivered the chicken pitta which I ordered was not in the pitta and the lettuce was separate the chicken was still raw this had happened more then a few times will be not going again stay away peeps.

Food nice small portions though service abit slow overall decent shop

Very busy services off the M25. We have stopped here a few times previously and must say that it is a great place to stop and have a meal or just have a cuppa.

Security guys really don’t need to be as rude as they are.. is not a prison, is a food place

This spot is terrible. We waited a while for the food, when the food came out we had to send it back as the pork was very fatty, the burger was very salty, the Mac & cheese had loads of oil which I’m guessing was from the cheese. The pasta they used for the Mac & cheese was extremely hard. The drinks were nice. When the food came back the pork was over cooked and dry.

Lovely meal and excellent service. So disappointed they have closed. I hope all the staff get new jobs very quickly 🙏

The delivery took so long to come and the app wasn’t being precise on where my delivery is and after said it got delivered which it wasn’t.
