Starbucks in Camden

Great coffees, great cappuccino, great muffins. Service always fast and efficient. Always enjoy their muffins and as they are always fresh

Although the quality of the drink and food is always really good, I was disappointed by the staff and the crowd last evening. Unfortunately, this is not the first time encountering certain inconveniences here.

I have posted before and have done so again as credit to all at this coffee house. Such friendly staff in a spotlessly clean environment serving lovely coffee. A great place. Jeff

Nipped in for a quick coffee en route to theatre visiting the Starbucks ( corner of Sauchiehall Street and .West Nile Street) There was nothing quick about it! Ordered coffee to sit in. All tables filled with dirty dishes, rubbish. No attempt was being made by staff to clear tables and when I asked staff to clear tables I was told they were short staffed. We are just out of a pandemic and get customer are expected to sit at tables which are dirty! Unbelievable!! The coffee was served in a take away cup and when asked for it to be transferred to a proper cup it was reluctantly done but the large mug was cold and the coffee wasn’t hot! 🤷‍♀️ Asked for my money back. They did offer to make a fresh coffee but I had waited so long for the first attempt that I needed to head to theatre. How can someone make such a disaster of a quick coffee?

By far my worst experience ever, visited two days ago. '0' zero star Staff member Becky rude, not at first but offish at start and become ruder over time she made my drinks. Was really clear at start as we like our drinks a certain way. Have them wherever we go an staff at any other starbucks are nice an try their best. But not this starbucks!!!!!! They took my order, i explained exactly how i like them, then the attitude was very apparent. She was half trying to serve next customer and open the drive through hatch while dealing with my drinks., which was rude, but the staff member Becky so so un-approachable it is very clear she doesn't want to be there . She did her best NOT to do my drinks as i wanted and i asked a few times for more of syrup and sauces as i had paid and told them i wanted it at till where i paid my money. She wentout her way to put hardly any sauces on and when i politly asked if this was freppe with coffee she told me its written on label!!!! Would she not think its manners to just answer a really quick, minor question an keep customer happy. She then would hardly put any sauces on second freppe. Bear in mind these drinks are not cheap and once they have charged you and told them how you want it then you expect them to at least TRY THEIR BEST. She was just rude and ARGUED back saying what she had was more than enough and she would have to charge a lot more to get my drink they way i want them. I said if you can't make my drinks the way i want and i clearly explained at till please give me a refund. She was qualified to give a refund, so i can't imagine what staff title she has but certainly shouldn't work with customers when its clear she offish. I can verify this experience. Anyone who reads this should go to STARBUCKS KIMMAL PARK WESTBOUND. They have most amzing staff there. I think Starbucks ruddlan needs to have retaining there, and doesn't say much when they have not long opened new store. How can they be like chalk and cheese but they clearly are. I one way i glad i had this experience as i wouldn't want to keep staff in a job by coming here. Hopefully they change their staff soon.

We just sat down with our coffees and a dog which was with two women started to bark, it was more of a yap, it was off putting and shouldn’t be allowed, outside the cafe in the open is fine, but not inside. Starbucks policy is only guide dogs and service dogs are allowed in store, we told Starbucks staff and the only answer we got was that the store was a franchise. I think the dog was a Chihuahua or something similar, and it was definitely not a guide or service dog. We could not enjoy our coffee in peace, We did not even get an apology. I think Starbucks were in breach of health and safety regulations, and this practice allowing dogs Inside the cafe should be stopped. Will definitely not be having coffee here again.

Hi I am a 10 year old girl with my girlfriend my mum and brothers I know I put couple but you know. My trip was absolutely amazing we loved it we ordered. A cheese toastie, a ham and cheese pennie, orange juice and a cookies and cream frapè.

It’s food and drinks are nice, my favourite drink is caramel Frappuccino it’s so good. Would recommend it

Everytime I get a chance I come to Starbucks to get a espresso or the Caffè latte which is absolutely the best!

I love all the staff in Perth everytime I go in made welcome coffee always ready when I go to till great service has to be a go to and u can experience there kindness

It’s a classic Starbucks, meaning you get what you expect to get. Frappuccino’s are great for beating the hot weather.

Good morning I visited Bracknell branch as i do maybe 3 times a day always the staff are fantastic friendly and helpful ,always a smile from them . After the reopening last week iv seen customers being horrible to the staff at times But thay have delt with it !!! I can't thank them enough for the hard work in sorting the shop so we still have a good hot coffee when ever we want one 😁😁😁😁😁😁 Always going to come to you guy's x Thanks Cat.

Get the nitro cold brew or something cool you don't normally order at a traditional SBux. Salads are good value for your money.

If you would like to try a different service-based approach to your Starbucks experience, visit the Reserve store. Order a unique drink that you can only get here like the carbonated mint espresso on ice. It's relaxing if you don't go during the rush period.
