Our server Marcus was amazing! It was only his 4th shift but he was extremely personable and a wonderful server to have! He was very funny and made our experience that much better. I have been here before a few years ago, I came here with my boyfriend who’s never been to London and he loved the food and our server. Best grilled cheese I have ever had. Highly recommend the elderflower gin fiz! Thank you so much Marcus!!

Me, my partner and sister all ordered medium cooked steaks, and they were abysmal unfortunately. Very dried out and over cooked, the t-bone was black. None of the steaks tasted cooked at all, really disappointed & wouldn't return for a steak nor recommend at all. I think the chef should be retrained to know how to cook a steak or just stick to pastas.

I've been visiting CnS for about 6 years, and across the many different "high quality end" fried chicken places I've visited in that time. I've always felt their fried chicken was the best. The crunch and flavour of the coating and the quality of the chicken, was the thing that kept pulling me back. And all the sides and other menu items I tried were always excellent. However my latest experience, was for the first time underwhelming. Most importantly, the quality of the chicken itself appears to have gone down in a rather noticeable way. While it wasn't bad, the coating and the preparation was still good, the flavour of the meat itself tasted of inferior quality chicken to what previous visits had led me to expect. This is fundamental to what made Chick N Sours so good in the past, so it's really disappointing to see this happen. It's totally understandable how this does happen from changing suppliers and higher costs etc, etc but when the cost of a meal is so high, whilst I'd like to think I'll return to give them another chance, the likelihood is I'll now be looking elsewhere for my regular fried chicken fix.

First Time in TGI Fridays, experience made all the better by Jacob! A like minded LOTR fan, he welcomed us and made us a feel right at home! We'll be seeing you soon! Lovely place, great food and good beer.

Table of 7, 4 adults 3 children. Excellent food, excellent service. Bill was just over £200. Kids menu is ok for our 3 grandchildren. Adult menu os comprehensive. I had full rack of ribs with BBQ sauce which was tasty and meaty.

Came in for a bottomless brunch, had great time got served by Kiara and Emily they were a great duo. Will definitely be back.

Love pattersons been coming for years and one of my favourite places to relax, get a bite to eat and listen to some awesome tunes. We were in yesterday and got served by Lana and she was a dream, so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. She’s such a great addition to the team!

Excellent food and even better customer service- must try.

Normally enjoy the food from porkys. However on this recent occasion, I ordered the meal as per normal, waited 2 hours, by the front door with sight of the door. I got a notification to say the food has been delivered, so I called. As soon as I mentioned my food has said its been delivered, I was told on the phone by staff, oh the driver knocked loads and rang you and you didn't answer. I hadn't even given my address, name or any info yet at this point, so that was odd. Then when I said I've been waiting here the whole time and my phone hasn't rang once, she said let me check. And then again reiterated the driver said you weren't there and rang you. Waited 2 hours for absolutely nothing and a pile of crap excuse to palm me off for my food. When absolutely no person ever attempted to deliver the food. Won't be coming back now, as the bull being thrown out has left a very bad taste. From a customer of over 30 times.

Had to wait an hour for our food, even though it was only me and my husband in the entire place, I ordered two starters for me and a main for my husband but we wanted to eat at the same time, ordered chicken strips and mac and cheese balls, chicken strips were ok but a bit dry and I didn’t eat the mac and cheese balls at all as these were ridiculously dry and hardly any cheese in them, and very greasy, the server asked why I didn’t eat them so I told her and she removed these from the bill, my husbands wasn’t much better either, burger and chips, very disappointed, and will not be returning We were also told they didn’t take card and it was cash only, but this wasn’t on the phone when we booked though it was when we arrived as we sat down It’s changed hands again for the 3rd time in 12 months we were told by the server, definately won’t be returning

Well to put it simply it's kinda expensive, concept around the ordering process is a bit complicated for someone who hasn't been to a wing stop before although I hadn't gotten anything to eat I was with friends genuinely a good spot to hang and eat with friends however not a big fan of the constant blasting of music like yes many other places also blast music but at a volume that doesn't hurt the ears to sum it up good place to hang with friends, eat however the volume of the music and the some what confusing concept of ordering some what puts me off as I can get much much more and way simpler at a gdk (German doner kebab)
