The best restaurants serving American food in England

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. As poor as Weatherspoons - if not worse! Didn’t realise it was a cheap chain place when we went in. All microwave food. Drinks were poor too. Save your money and visit a local independent instead. After speaking to a local, it has recently been taken over by a pub chain, hence why the reviews and stars are misleadingly high.

Quite busy but overall great food and great service!

Nice spot near the river. Last couple of times we have been, the food was barely warm, not hot (that's why 4 star reveiw not 5). All the staff are more than helpful. Everything is spotless clean.

Food was excellent, Milena our server was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

Great Americana atmosphere & excellent service. With live music that not too overpowering. Will definitely be by again in the near future.

Came at 10pm on a Saturday and it was closed. Very disappointed as had to pay for parking before we saw that it was closed. Wasted the trip and parking money.

What an amazing place. Not changed much over last 50 years. The team really care about allergens.

Called a few times now usually for breakfast or lunch. Lovely place lodges available for stay lovely clean site. Staff polite and very helpful. Breakfast always perfection and with a smile.

70s era atmosphere, 2nd best burger I've ever had, the staff were super nice too

Absolutely amazing! The food is to die for! Lovely place and great service too. The nachos to start were so tasty especially the cheese. As for the burgers, they are the best around and beat their very worthy competitors in the area. Can't wait to return.

Due to a problem with the milkshake machine, we waited over 35 minutes for 5 drinks. The person at the till didn't let us know they were having issues so we were left hanging around. Milkshakes were nice, but not 35 minutes wait, nice.

Portions were quite small but overall experience was so good and the staff were so kind and speedy w the refills!!

Went here tonight as a late mother day dinner and was taken care of by Abhi. What can I say, nothing short of an exceptional dinner and even better service, we couldn’t have had a better time, even if we had tried we’ll definitely be coming again and recommending to friends and family!!!!
