Delivered to the incorrect address and drivery driver did not care at all. This was my home address and placed it for - 30 wisden court, Findon road where I am at now waiting for food and have a screenshot to show was ordered correctly so not sure how ended up here. I want a full refund please

Small portions. Lid of mayonnaise not secured and left against hot food, so it had congealed. Skinny frozen chips. Glad I'm only visiting. will stick to the Brighton branches.

This was meant to be a treat for lunch, but for 2 meal deals was £17. The chips were like eating cardboard. Veggie burger was just potato and peas and had no flavour. What annoyed me the most is they are still using plastic straws, when the world is drowning in plastic. Why? Definitely won’t be back.

Delivered cold as I believe the driver went to the wrong road initially (seen on tracker down a similarly named road to mine) causing a delay in delivery,

It’s up to the road and my food is cold, driver drove the complete wrong way and was rude and didn’t even know English to talk to about it

the food was cold, my kids had to wait way to long for dinner before bedtime,,I also ordered a large and got a tiny portion,, I've never complained before, but it was truly terrible service today, and for nearly £30 😢

Ordered around 1.30, said delivery would be 1.55. Finally arrived at 2.35 stone cold. Chips were inedible, couldn't eat them like cold bullets, they would've been nice if arrived hot. Burger had a very slight hint of warmth. Not sure how long it had been driving round lancing with the chips open in the top of the bag losing their heat, not impressed

Food is always great but for the second time in as many weeks asked for no lettuce but came with lettuce.

No stars, no notification to say it was delivered and no food dropped. Mobile number was given and no phone call to double check either

I love a good old uncle Sam's. Only issue is the price its got really quite expensive

delivery driver dropped delivery on floor outside and said it had been delivered. whole order was scattered over floor.

My food wasn't delivered and no way to complain or correct the mistake, could only get a refund and wasnt refunded for the delivery as app says i got it when it wasnt delivered.

I'd never thought I would see the day that uncle Sams would change the quality of their food but unfortunately that day has come. thank you for the great times, me and my son appreciate it also thank you to the drivers you guys are awesome.

Best uncle Sam’s around . We live in worthing and only use the lancing uncle Sam’s. Every meal always comes as good as the first time we tried it . They need to do a reward system though as I order everyday lol

Uncle sames has to be the best takeaway burger around!! Always fresh and hot! Would highly recommend!! Only thing I would moan about is £1.10 for 2 small pots of mayo,seems expensive to me when spending £26 on 2 burger meals!! But that's only thing apart from that highly recomend

Delivered within 10 mins of ordering. Great food, only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit on the expensive side! If you order through just eat or whatever you are going to pay nearly £20 for a biggest burger meal.

The order has not arrived !! I had a call from the driver , he was in the totally wrong place , he was lost , Ive not recieved my order and it is now showing as delivered at 17.15 .. Its not here and is now more than likely cold

Usually our food arrives piping hot but for some reason the food we ordered today was cold when it arrived. It won’t stop us ordering but today our meal was very disappointing. Pity ☹️

Uncle sams is a goated burger chips are always a bit questionable but the milkshake and the burger makes up for it. Highly recommended and worth the wait as everything is cooked to order.

Restaurant and delivery driver where both fine. Unfortunately this is the second time that the app has gotten my address COMPLETELY WRONG when ordering from here. Despite it being clearly written in my end of the app and on my receipt, the drivers side of the app has apparently decided that my address is 20 mins down the road from where I actually am. 10/10 to the driver for realising, finding me without any complaint this time and then having to drive all the way back to where the app thinks I am to mark it as delivered. If I'd had any cash in the house I would have tipped him really well. Because of this ridiculous glitch, I won't be ordering from here again. Shame because the food has always been consistently good.

Ordered large chips, barely a small portion arrived and were cold too, quoted 25-40 mins took an hour, given its a Friday night I don’t mind too much, but food not up to normal standards

Huge portion of fries and they are crispy. Not cheap at £30 for 2 burger meals and extras, but the quality is better than McDonald's. This Lancing shop is also much better than the Worthing one.

My be a just eat problem, where they let you order from providers who are shut and not taking orders, but Eat still takes your money and wastes you time sorting it all out. plus the problem of no food. No contact number to complain

This was the first time I have been to Uncle Sams. I downloaded the app and used click and collect.The app was very easy to use and it was helpful to be able to specify a time slot. The order was ready when I arrived. The food was delicious especially the Texas Burger and the toffee milkshake. I was very impressed by everything and will certainly use again.

35 minutes late. If this had been Pizza it would have been free!

By time food arrived its stone cold dry and hard. Delivery driver went everywhere on route. Even waiting on other orders from other restaurants after collecting mine. Greedy driver or lack of staff. Careful if ordering to shoreham
