Good burgers, cooked to order, always served with salad in the bun.

Amazing food as always but the price is rather high.

Uncle sames has to be the best takeaway burger around!! Always fresh and hot! Would highly recommend!! Only thing I would moan about is £1.10 for 2 small pots of mayo,seems expensive to me when spending £26 on 2 burger meals!! But that's only thing apart from that highly recomend

Delivered within 10 mins of ordering. Great food, only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit on the expensive side! If you order through just eat or whatever you are going to pay nearly £20 for a biggest burger meal.

honestly an excellent milkshake, one of the best in sussex good selection of food on menu too, next time ill try that too

Uncle sams is a goated burger chips are always a bit questionable but the milkshake and the burger makes up for it. Highly recommended and worth the wait as everything is cooked to order.

Orderd delivery 40 mins late and stone cold staff un helpfully I will take this up with the food standards agency and local food authorities as un edable and unfit for consumption told to call back in 10 mins to speak with manager and they don't pick up AVOID dont order here

Huge portion of fries and they are crispy. Not cheap at £30 for 2 burger meals and extras, but the quality is better than McDonald's. This Lancing shop is also much better than the Worthing one.

This was the first time I have been to Uncle Sams. I downloaded the app and used click and collect.The app was very easy to use and it was helpful to be able to specify a time slot. The order was ready when I arrived. The food was delicious especially the Texas Burger and the toffee milkshake. I was very impressed by everything and will certainly use again.

One of the better Uncle Sam's in my opinion. As the Durrington one definaterly seems to be getting rather tight with their chip portion size.

Chicken bites were really overcooked, most of chips were too. Staff were really great tho

Quick and easy if you want a light cheerful burger meal. Sometimes to much relish inside burgers that goes everywhere when you bite into it. Cheerful helpful staff

Burger was nice as always, however never been been too impressed with the fries and unfortunately my onion rings were cheap and soggy!, a shame as I do love the burgers.

Hadn’t have planned to order any food from uncle sams however after an accident outside and a very long wait for a tow truck with a hungry family at home we did. The owner/manager there actually helped move the car into the lay-by when the accident happened and when ordering food he gave a lovely goodwill gesture. We thank them very much for their help and for the delicious food they provided :)

A good take out never disappoints. Could do with a face-lift if you wanted to eat in. Currently would more suit a sit in for a lunch time builder pit stop

Food is always great and cooked fresh! Prices are good and burgers always taste spot on! I just wish they had a restaurant in Horsham! Would definitely recommend!

Just had a chicken all star and the chicken was well over cooked nearly broke my teeth when biting in to it. The outer coating should be golden not dark brown . Please can staff just be more aware of the food quality the are giving out . thankyou

Been going here for 20 years and happy to say it the same as ever, loved it.....

One of the great things about uncle Sam’s was the good quality buns with sesame seeds. They’ve changed them,.. now they’re just the brown shiny fluffy disintegrating ones cheap old air fluff. Also the blue cheese sauce had changed, now it’s a slice ! Ok so the slice melts if the burger is hot, but obviously mine wasn’t, it doesn’t have the nice blue cheese bits in a sauce like it used to. disappointing after not having one for months. Staff were helpful as always.

You really need to get a grip with u being on just eat 3 times now in less than a week I've gone to place my order then all of a sudden you disappear and can't place my order seriously sort yourselves out or remove urself from just eat I've used this restaurant for over 3 years and never had any problems

we have just ordered a delivery to use for a double Hawaiian burger and a biggest burger. we only got a single Hawaiian burger. so i called over 26 time and over 20mins. no answer. which my meal got cold. really upset they didn't answer the phone. we may not order from them again. as no customer service.

We placed an order for Uncle Sam’s on Just Eat after speaking with the shop directly to check they were taking orders. The order got cancelled because we’re ‘out of the zone’ 5 minutes before it was due to be delivered as apparently Just Eat can’t deliver there. Why can’t you order it if it can’t be delivered there? We live 0.9 miles away...doesn’t make sense! Don’t use Just Eat if they won’t deliver over 3 mins away.

Good food, at a fair price - not the cheapest but fair. Great burgers, and decent chips (not my favourites, but that's just me). Would certainly recommend.

Amazing burgers and I'm so pleased to see they've stepped away from single use plastics/polystyrene containers. The only plastic now is the straw and plastic tops of the cups.. Excellent example!

Stone cold by time we got home , veggie bacon sandwich was inedible, clearly chucked in the frier till rock hard and is it even cooked on it's own or chucked in with chicken nuggets etc . Not IMPRESSED for the price . Very over priced

Been coming here since the 90's, and I've never met an unprofessional member of staff nor have I ever felt unwelcome - which is fantastic. But it's the consistency that does it for me. Burgers cooked to order? ✔️ Decent servings? ✔️ Good prices? ✔️ and for over twenty years. The chicken burgers are just ridiculous - especially the El Fuego. Chicken seems to be Uncle Sam's specialty, and although I love the classics, I'd love to see how far they could push the chicken burgers. They have the tools, I just don't think Uncle Sam's are ambitious enough to take on the big guys.

3 times now they’ve missed stuff off our order. Just got home with our order to feed a family of 5 & we’re missing 3 bags of fries. We live south lancing and there’s no point in driving all the way up to the shop to get it. But it’s becoming really annoying. Tried to ring but can’t get through!

I love uncle Sam because the people are so kind and they listen to your order straight away like if u order a hamburger with no sauce u get what u order straight away and plus the food is always fresh and I always like the price there its so cheap there . and the place is so clean as well .

Go here on occasion when we don't want to cook. Always great, fresh food and nice service. Looks shabby from the outside but don't judge a book by its cover! Much more fresh compared to McDonalds, and the milkshakes and garlic dips are to die for!! A little more expensive, but 100% worth it. You can also now order Uncle Sams from Deliveroo so you dont even have to go out! 100% recommend to everyone for the occasional treat.

I mean it's uncle Sam's.. It's not great, but it's food, chicken, onion rings and strawberry milkshake is only thing I would recommend.. burgers are dry.

Uncle Sams is a local chain that offers a nicer taste than your Mc Donalds type of burger. They cost a bit more but are worth it for the occasional treat.

This is a great little take away burger bar. Food is good, shop is very clean and staff are always very polite.
