Perfect location and room for a party with friends, the buffet was gorgeous and a massive thank you to Gianpaolo for being our awesome barman for the evening too! Highly recommend a celebratory or social gathering here, will always return.

Bottomless Brunch is a must! Twin Laura was fabulous!

Website specifically says dog friendly but they are only allowed outside on the terrace. On my particular visit it was 1 degree Celsius outside so it didn't feel very friendly when we were freezing outside! When questioned, their response was, well it doesn't specifically say they are allowed inside 🙈

Nice little place for some food and a beer

Popped in for a simple lunch and drink on Friday 27 December. A fantastic barmaid / waitress made the visit. Incredibly jovial and polite despite, for most of the time at the venue, working alone! Some funny banter about post Tango and a smile is all it sometimes takes. Thanks!

Friendly staff and good food although felt the wait time was too long. I enjoyed a medium cooked steak. Would recommend as the atmosphere was good and it felt comfortable.

Ella, lucy and Lauren were absolutely fantastic at our bottomless brunch. There was 6 of us and they accommodated all food requests and were very efficient with bringing drinks. We were never empty!!!!! Absolutely no complaints and they are a huge credit to you. Will defiantly be returning in the future!!!!!

Was served by a young man, with blonde hair and a moustache, unfortunately didn’t catch his name. He was very welcoming and made our night much more enjoyable. Thank you so much 👍

Went here today for a lunch and started of good, then went to the female toilets and was greeted with what looked like Saturday night still. Tights on the floor and tissues and one cubicle had stained sticky alcohol still, dryer had what looked like blood splats on it. Was very off putting as ordered food and the regret set in.burger fine, chips but the spoonful of coleslaw didn't look ok. Overall I would not come back here again.

Disgusting toilets obviously not cleaned from the night before. Sticky menus. Get the impression it's more a bar, diet coke was flat and watery. Would not go again or recommend.

We were served by a lovely lady called poppi nothing was too much trouble very friendly and always had a smile

Staff were very welcoming and helpful (Chloe especially so). Chicken tenders were nice however, lacking in quantity.

Lucy, Chloe and Ella were amazing! We were all celebrating our best friends engagement so I asked the girls and Joel to set up a surprise celebratory plate for her. Joel made so much effort to go to the shop to get a sparkler and they all served ice-cream and a beaut brownie, yum! Thank you!

Visited York for the day, Quiet Tuesday afternoon pit stop, 2-4-1 cocktail deals are good, food selection could be better but staff were pleasant

I just wanted to let people know about pitcher and piano york. I have just booked a large party for our festive get together for bottomless brunch. I always dread the organisation of this but Clark & his team made this so easy, sending me an email to pay deposit & then a link for each member of my party to send in their own food pre-order, which is bloomin great & takes all the hassle from me!! Can't wait for the day to arrive now! 🤩

We were served today by two lovely ladies Chloe and Laura. They were very welcoming and I liked their relaxed and friendly approach with the customers. True asset to the company. Keep it up.

We were charged £16.50 for a pint of Beer Moretti and one glass of Prosecco. Couldn’t believe it. We have come here for years and it has never been this expensive.

Service was excellent 👌 didn't have to ask for top ups of the drinks during our bottomless brunch. The service staff were very accommodating on arrival we asked to move as my mum has arthritis in her knee they moved us quickly to a lower table with no quarms. That was appreciated as the table they set up originally looked so beautiful but they still moved us and it's was without any dispute, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed there meals. Overall 5 star service when our brunch ended they didn't move us quickly but were very polite and patient then asked us to pop down stairs and let us take the rest of the prosecco which was a lovely touch so thank you for a great day! We will be booking again.xxxx

Outdoor seating by the river reasonably priced drinks, order at the table, good atmosphere.

This was the first time, service was good so was the food the only thing that could be better was the drinks. No pepsi max and no San Pellegrino Orange. While substitutes were available it's slightly annoying to be told we don't have that. Overall I would return as my kids said "good tunes" were being played.

Chloe, Ella, Lucy were excellent. Drinks constantly topped up and the food was really tasty. We all really enjoyed the afternoon and would 100% recommend.

Lively place, good atmosphere. Service good and staff all pleasant, especially Joel who gladly resolved a niggle for us. Cheers, all!

Held our daughters 21st birthday party at the Pitcher and Piano York and the whole experience was fantastic. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, food was absolutely fabulous, venue / room was perfect, would definitely recommend.

came here for a bottomless brunch on saturday, the service was very slow had about 4-5 drinks in the two hours but it seemed as if everyone around us was been served consistently

We came here on a Thurs night for the SpeedQuiz which was free to play. Friendly staff, great service. Special mention to the SpeedQuiz host and two lads working the bar that night (sorry, we didn't get their names). Cocktails were flowing. They do 2for1 cocktails Mon-Fri 12-7pm. We ended up winning the quiz and got ourselves a £30 bar tab! We all had a great night.

Our first time at the P&P and we loved it, food was absolutely delicious, service with a smile and the meals came quickly, only downside was my partner wanted to order a Sunday roast which was on the menu and the website, but we were told they don’t do them anymore, they need to alter that and the music was too loud really, I love music, but not when you have to nearly shout conversation to each other, other than that, pretty much perfect, would definitely go again. 👌

Lucy was superb, all of my expectations for food and drink were exceeded. I can’t wait to come back and try my first bottomless!
