Fabulous service from Jess at bottomless brunch. Really attentive and great drink recommendations. Would recommend.

Even with expectations as low as is possible to be, somehow. . .somehow they manage to overwhelmingly disappoint. The food is usually cheap enough for the terrible quality to not be a problem, but this time, £15 ish for a main and nearly £5 a pint? where not one item was ok? Nope. This "steak" was ordered medium rare, and, it's more of a dog biscuit than steak and compeltley overdone. It's embarrassing for anyone to call themselves a chef and get it this wrong. The "burger", beyond poor, flavourless lump of mush, bread wasn't even bread, the fries were cold, even fried onions were jsut a congealed mess. How do you get fries and fried onions wrong!? It's astonishing how bad it can be. Service sort of friendly but not even the nicest people can make up for the dire state of what they serve.

Fraser has been more than amazing with our table. We had 2 children with us and he ensure that we had drawing and the kids were entertained the entire time. It made our meal so much better. Thank you for being so attentive. Your customer service is amazing x

Buena Dia Fantastica 🥰 I love ❤️ this restaurant! Everything was just perfect 👌 We shared 4 different types of steaks and drinking Malbec. The atmosphere was very intimate as it was just me and my husband. Felt so special! We will be back! @silviadeegon

Food is usually decent pub grub. Service can be a little slow at times when it's busy - the bar staff are pleasant and work hard. A good atmosphere and decent entertainment sometimes

I had the tonkatsu ramen here a few months back and made me feel ill. I had a few bites and was just disgusted. I’ve had plenty of better ramen in London myself so not sure what’s going on here. My partner has been to one of the other restaurants in Central London, and said that was much better. They could eat it there, here was just not possible. We just left and never went back. It honestly shocks me how much difference there can be in a chain like this.

What a little gem. Food is lovely, nice and fresh. Good range of choice. Staff were all really friendly making for a really pleasant visit. Would recommend and go again! Prices are good too

Bellissima prima serata a Boston. Carne ottima, avevamo chiesto 3 cotture diverse e ognuno ha ricevuto il suo piatto cotto come richiesto. Bravi. Ci hanno mandato il sommelier italiano avendo segnalato che anche noi abbiamo in ristorante che e’ stato super gentile, disponibile e davvero molto preparato. Esperienza top. Stra consogliato

Popped in today for a drink and got tempted by the tasty morsels on offer. Unfortunately we only had time for a snack this visit so chose the lamb sausage rolls with a spicy aubergine relish and mushroom arancini balls with romesco sauce and generously covered in parmesan. Both were delicious and a generous portion size. Will definitely be back for the Beef cheek & chorizo pie when we have more time. I believe they have a new head chef and a new menu, which judging by how busy it was, is going down well. You even get beer pairing suggestions with the food. I'm not a big beer drinker but I tasted the Nuts & Crosses peanut butter & chocolate stout that my husband chose and it was delicious, I'll add that to the must have list for my next visit, which I hope will be soon. You'll find the taphouse on the side road facing the opera house.

This is a sincere honesty review: the pork belly very salty over seasoned. The chop platter combo was written as £29: 99 min 2 as written on the menu card . Unfortunately it’s meant per person it’s not for sharing as stated on the menu pls ba aware so you don’t fall the trick of over paying. The time frame from ordering to table was good . The waiters not helpful at all. Will not recommend this place.

For me, I like this place for the atmosphere and the service the most. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, they try their absolute best to help you and genuinely deliver a very strong standard of service. Over all the standard of food is quite good.
