USA Chicken in North Kesteven

So was planning on going out for birthday dinner unfortunately covid for us both had other ideas. So ordered on line come half hour before the delivery time was lovely and hot fresh and beautiful cooked thank you USA chicken may not have been what I was hoping for but saved the day

didn't receive everything also was given coke instead of pepsi. chicken was very dry and not worth the money

The best one yet! Everything was fresh and they even chucked extra bits in the bag for us. Quality !

Food still hasn’t arrived over an hour ago

Firstly, the food was 20 minutes late. Secondly it was the worst takeaway I have ever had. The doner kebab was so dry and burnt. The chicken wings was burnt as well and absolutely vile. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Absolutely disgusting.

food was earlier than scheduled which wasn't a problem for us as we were more than happy to eat earlier. Great food and prompt service as always 👍👍

I waited over 2hrs for my food to be delivered tonight. I phoned USA Chicken for an update and was told a further 15-20 wait. So I waited. Still no food. Phoned them again, but they failed to answer. By the time my food was finally delivered I was no longer hungry. Therefore, a waste of time and total waste of money!!

Normally have the chicken from these guys but had pizza for a change. WOW. ……. Best in the area !!!!!

The best takeaway I have had a long time. First time ordering from here, and I'm glad I did. Food was piping hot on delivery and really good quality. I messed up on ordering and ordered pineapple and not pepperoni, I realised and called the takeaway after about 5 mins, and they changed the order with no issue. Defo will order again

Curly fries were nice after the first couple, food was let down by the fact they didn’t specify on the website that the chicken burger deluxe or whatever came with mayo and lettuce, just said chicken burger, cheese, hash brown, thankfully I’m just picky and not allergic, ate half the burger but couldn’t get the copious amounts of mayo off so just binned the rest

The meal was due at 7:20pm, but did not come here until well over 2 hours later. I had to go to work at 5am the next morning so this came really far too late! It is a shame as the food is always good! I hope this problem gets fixed soon.

Missing items. Chilli burger was just a plain burger..no sauce no cheese no chilli. Custom pizza was also missing toppings. Rare for here to be poor as a regular but still..

Best chicken wing’s I’ve had in Sleaford

Lovely food, was still warm on arrival, had American spicy chips which were not spicy would say more like a paprika salt or red salt but was good. Garlic pizza was good. The chicken burger looks amazing bigger than I thought and tastes good, just a shame I couldn't add sauces or salad etc

Meat was great. Chips were wet and soggy. Also asked for French fries, which were again normal soggy wet chips.

Always amazing tasting food and you get a free garlic bread or bottle if you order over a certain amount. Delivery always seems to be before the predicted time and very friendly staff.

Plus side- Food arrived quickly and was very hot. But pizza had no taste to it and the garlic bread was literally cheese on a base not a hint of garlic in it very disappointed

The one disappointing time, food was late, cold and not enjoyable. Still our main go to!! Hope next time resumes normal high standard!

Always excellent, however for the first time, our Garlic Bread's cheese, tomato and mushroom toppings, ended up on one side of the box during delivery..

I normally adore your food but today it was awful I don't know if you changed chef or what but the chicken was sludgy the pizza was soggy and you forgot my coleslaw very disappointed

Well done USA chicken express for keeping the food warm and also for finding my address. Chicken and chips is good but the calazone lip smacking finger sucking tongue curling yum yum. Food was overall okay! Tasted alright. Wasn’t the warmest and chips were all squashed In their tubs as well as melting into the polystyrene. Just due busy evening for them I think. But the food tasted nice!

Food was ordered for 8.30 and arrived 50 minutes early I told the driver who couldn’t see anything on his paperwork. Rung the shop who offered me £5 discount next time knowing my £23 order would be not edible by 8.30 for when my husband returned from work! It was shocking!!!
