Premier Inn Lincoln (Canwick) hotel in North Kesteven

Clean, quiet and comfortable as always

Have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years when needing a bed for the night when visiting friends or whatever. Always have a good night’s sleep as mattresses are superb and rooms always clean, basic and no frills. This one smelt musty. Room for two people but only one chair? Wanted to grab a bite to eat in the adjoining Beefeater after a 3.5 hour drive up from London to be met with ‘food’s finished at 9. it was 9pm on the dot - the girl looked at her watch and said no. She could’ve checked with the chef at least - it wasn’t busy in there and there were only two of us. A bit more effort and a better welcome would have been appreciated. Not a great start to be honest. We were in Lincoln for a funeral the next day so didn’t even want to be there (and won’t visit that one again). Breakfast the next morning, friendly staff, but a weird old set up, food in different places hiding behind different walls and alcoves. Very gloomy and tired, , dirty torn seats and carpet and could do with a good revamp. Served its purpose but not impressed.

Have stayed at this Premiere a couple of times now and it’s always a warm welcome. I’d like to especially thank Newkrity for going above and beyond not only for her friendly welcome when I checked in but also when a called the hotel the next day to explain I’d left my electric toothbrush in my room! She put my mind at rest immediately and promised to send it directly to my home in the Brighton area. She confirmed that it had been handed in by housekeeping and then kept to her word as I received it within a few days! Thank you Newkrity! And all the team 🙏

As always a great stay, lovely staff

Room was comfortable, but the air conditioning was quite noisy, so had to go off at night. Breakfast at the Beefeater next door was nice.

Stayed for 1 night clean friendly staff only negative for me was room 35 you can hear the security door slam shut when people in n out

Excellent reliable hotel as expected from Premier Inn. Friendly helpful welcome on arrival, very comfortable bed, good facilities inc en-suite bath & shower. Good location, adequate parking, although some rather dark and alongside Beefeater. Warned on website, but shame no lift.

Fab location, lovely pub opposite

Fantastic price for a 4 night getaway over half term. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, the mattresses and pillows were fab. A Beefeater onsite with a great meal deal offering 20% off for a two course evening meal with a drink and an all you can eat breakfast. Food and beer were great. Fantastic base to go exploring the area. Lincoln Castle is amazing, so was the Seal Sanctuary at Mablethorpe and the Lincolnshire Aviation museum.

Had a lovely stay. The only downside is the AC is set too high and room got very hot.

Rooms are looking tired, but still clean and tidy

Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of food on offer. My only moan is that the aircon doesn't go cool enough and the windows didn't open.

The location is very convenient and only 10 mins from the city. The rooms are clean and modern. The only downside is the noise from upstairs if you're in a downstairs room is horrendous. Having now stayed both upstairs and downstairs there is nothing you can do as an upstairs person to mitigate the noise

Decent location about 5km from Lincoln centre. Bomber Command Centre across the road. Beefeater restaurant can be very busy which can affect the service,more so at the bar.

Food here is good, I stayed twice in 2 weeks the 1st stay was terrible found toe nails on my bed this could be something simple like putting a bin on the bed? . Requested it to be cleaned at reception left a note on the door and wasn't cleaned for the whole stay. The 2nd week was alot better room was clean although a little more attention to detail is required. Dead bugs all on the inside of the window. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay

I probably won't be going here again worse meal in a long time staff are rude other than one in particular the name Dan he deserves recognition can't fault him maybe the others need training. Can't stress enough ended up going else where for a meal down the road.

Right opposite Bomber Command centre, which we walked to on one day. Walked into town the following day it is just over 2 miles. We walked from the premier inn to the castles, museums etc and then walked back

A decent hotel near the heart of Lincoln. Friendly staff and great service. However, the windows tend to get quite stuck!

As working all over the country, I do stay in a lot of hotels. I am been having such a great experience, from the hotel to the restaurant. Is difficult to stay away from home. But the staff will make you feel welcome and comfortable. From the hotel staff who does take care of my rest, to the restaurant staff who to take care of my nutrition. The staff do deserve my highest praises, I am very grateful to two members on the hotel reception and the staff and manager in the restaurant, who keeps everyone smiling and happy.

Had the best night's sleep , very comfortable bed, quietest hotel I've been at. Clean room, helpful staff with smooth check in.
