Service very fast. Staff good. Coffee great. Go alot. Our local costa. Nice seating.

The store since it's revamp, just feels very dull and empty. Need more pictures and a bit more of a vibrant atmosphere, music!

Limited food for so early in the day. No toast or croissants left at 8.30 am. Staff helpful and brought food to the table.

Brilliant staff, really helpful and engaging. Management need to seriously consider investing some proper money into this outlet though. Staff are constantly battling with poor infrastructure (heating down at the moment), faulty equipment and the whole place needs a refresh. Similar sized Costa in Bourne recently moved up the High Street to a newly kitted out Costa. Spend some money in Sleaford - similar sized market town with a loyal customer base in a Costa that looks very tired. Thank you to all the staff who do a great job - Management are letting them (and customers) down.

EDIT, unfortunately, one of our last visits wasnt very good. Its been a year since this incident and my son wont go in anymore. We were being served by a staff member and my son was aking about the "pick a stick" game they had and he was told to "be quiet" whilst she was inputting our order on the till. My son was absolutely gutted by the way he was spoken to. The few times I have been in alone since, the staff aren't as welcoming or helpful as before (see below) and seem to be fed up in thier job. I will leave previous review, as it was a nice and friendly place to go. Costa is costa wherever you go, the food and drinks are always good. Staff are lovely. Always a quick and friendly service. Normaly do take away but if we stay in it's always clean and warm / kept cool in the summer.

Not my usual coffee shop as no starbucks nearby, but was good overall, had the new blueberry bubble frappe. Very delicious. The salyed caramel popcorn brownies were ok, bit dry

My husband and I had a lovely latte after buying birthday card's nearby.

Despite being very busy on the Bank holiday staff were friendly and efficient. site was clean as was the toilet. Great experience very happy to recommend this branch of Costa.

We wandered past during an explore of Sleaford, taken by the urge for coffee and a piddle we wandered in . Very nice coffee , end of the day service , I'm a firm believer that if you work in retail or public service and you can maintain a sunny disposition then the earth should be yours and everything in it . I allude to the entitled and the greedy . Anyway , clean toilets and good service . We shall return .

Selection of food good and service good

Nice and fresh after a refurb, but seating is not comfortable. It feels more like a McDonalds now, as it could do with more sofa's.

Like the coffee at Costa, it's always consistent. Service is painfully slow when it's busy.

Sleaford Costa is clean and tidy throughout. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us by bringing our drinks to the table. The said drinks were of the usual high standard.

Table's need to be cleaned more often. There may need another member of staff to help with this as it can get busy at time's. Food is tasty but could be cheaper when compared to other local café

Great place to sit and relax after a long day at work. Friendly staff members, great drinks and I love the ginger breadperson there. Yes Costa is a big name but the staff make the place. Food is always great shame about the selection, and not always getting the item you came to get.

Always a pleasant visit with very good service, drinks are always very good and is clean. One of the best Costa coffee in the area.

It's your typical Costa; no issues, little personality. 4 stars because the bathroom is poorly designed and badly needs a fix up. If you need a drink AND a wee, strongly recommend the Hub instead!

Been in a few times now, staff always helpful and cheerful. Wheelchair excessible. Disabled parking on opposite side of road, pedestrian lights 20 yards further up to help Cross road. Drnk and food I have always enjoyed with no complaints.

As Costa goes this one is better because it's not so generic as others. The layout is more classic. It's the people who make it nice though. Always a friendly face and the windows make it a great place to watch the world. Just don't expect an privacy. When you look out they'll be someone looking in!

Brilliant Service from a Brilliant Team The Costa Sleaford Team, led by the new manager Bonnie and including Simon and all the lovely girls are fantastic. My wife Esther and I find that a visit to the town is not complete without a break at Costa for a drink and, maybe, a snack. The choice and quality of the drinks are outstanding. The cleanliness and ventilation of the shop made any visit very safe at the end of the Pandemic. The team have worked very hard to bring people back after the sad days with no coffee shops.

Been awhile but had a large Capps and blueberry muffin, very nice. Still find Costa expensive though.

Always get a lovely coffee and hot chocolate. Kept clean and tidy.

Friendly staff. Even told me I had sparking water which is not the one I wanted good job she told me. Best coffee for me is Costas.

Makes a good coffee, and the normal collection of cakes, stickies and rolls etc. You're probably thinking why only 2 stars, well it's down to military discount, working for the military isn't the best paid job, probably like being a barista or running a business that was forced to close due to COVID-19; but, the support of local shops and stores is honestly sometimes the only thanks we get for the job we do. We understand that your business has to recover, so if had reduced the amount of discount we would have understood. Anyway good luck, I'll be in the silverspoon.

One of the few Costas left that know how to make a good coffee

Good coffe still can't sit inside though. Due covid. Update : Went in yesterday 12 oct and you can now sit inside. Place seemed clean, Just lacks that comfy welcoming feel. That's down to decor not the people. One toilet that was broken with closed sign, became serviceable midway through my coffee miraculous. Lovely coffee staff friendly

No cheese and tomato toasties available when we visited late morning.Drinks being served in takeaway cups as dishwasher out of order. Drinks were good though and made as requested.

Ridiculous. No Decaff. This is on top of consistently using coconut instead of soya milk in orders. Not good enough. Will be frequenting local businesses not brands instead

Not bad tea in decent sized mugs.

Not good on social distancing, tried to scan in with track and trace, didn't recognise their code, no one was cleaning and sanitising tables in between customets

Nice place to grab a coffee and go for a walk with a friend in these trying times - I went for the cinnamon cappuccino and it was lovely I can strongly recommend it.

Not too busy so you can enjoy a coffee in peace. Tables nice and spread out for social distancing.

Sleaford is one of the best great staff ..clean and welcoming and I've visited quite a few throughout the U.K..

Sat at a table already placed in the cafe it was a distance away from a family member we were chatting away when we was approached by a very rude member of staff who was adamant that we had.moved a table a few words ensued and we moved away to avoid an arguement we could not speak to our daughter and granddaughter who we had arranged to meet for coffee this was extremely disappointing as we had not seen them for 4 months the coffee was lukewarm so we left and went elsewhere will not be going there again bye bye Sleaford Costa

Always a busy branch, seating indoors inadequate but, weather permitting, there are outside tables. Staff friendly and helpful.

COSTA is not cheap but it is good

The design of Christmas glass is very beautiful, but also pleasant to the touch. I liked that for the holidays vegetable milk is free (it would be good and still) The workers are friendly and serve fairly quickly. Four stars because in my opinion, the cleaning chapter is still workable. The design of the premises is very simple, and at least one cosmetic repair could be done. The luminaires are not enough for such space. * Can you please add a menu of matcha tee

Loved being charged 50p for cream on top of a hot chocolate and the staff said they charge for everything here. 😂😂😂

Perfect for a really special drink. Really nice ambience for having a cuppa and catch up or a quiet chat with your loved ones. Really good service, staff are polite and helpful and fast.
