It’s as if it’s a crime to be hungry on a late Friday evening. I ordered online via Ubereats from Streatham KFC on 20th October. I do not fault the delivery driver as the issue was missing items and low quality food. I ordered the mega bucket for one plus an extra order of chicken. There should have been 3 x chicken pieces in addition to the 2 hot wings and 2 mini fillets. Order arrived with two miserable “pieces” that nobody would pick if ordered in person. What exactly is the bit when they fold up a side of wing with a slight chunk of meat attached, in batter, but all it really consists of is bone and skin? That’s what I got. I was charged however, for the third piece of chicken which they never packed. Wings were mean and small, no meat. They charge £2.29 for just two of their stingy wings. Chips were stone cold, I binned them immediately because I was too hungry to sit around warming them up. Absolutely terrible and cost me the best part of £17 for the “luxury” of this utter trash. It’s disgusting what KFC get away with.

I did not receive my food despite placing an order on the app. I ordered the food at 7pm for drive thru collection. The store had apparently had a power cut previously and was unable to process orders. They told me to wait in the car park for 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I drove back through the drive thru and was told due to ordering on the app it would be another 10 minutes. I gave the order number to the person at the drive and they said they would bring my food to me in the car park. I then waited around 30 minutes, during this time, multiple employees stood around inside watching my car and pointing. After a while, a man who claimed to be the manager- Ryan came out to tell me to check in to the store. I had already done this before arriving at the drive thru the first time. He said that the order had not gone through and to change it to take away. I did this and checked in again showing him that it had gone through. He then went back into the kitchen and checked. He came back saying it was not going through their side and he would be unable to give me the food despite me showing him the order on my phone showing that I had checked in and my bank showing I had paid. He then told me that I would have to place the order again, wait for the first charge to go into pending and then contact him so he could contact the finance department to get me a refund. When questioned, he said this was a common practice and that he couldn’t do anything else before walking away. After waiting that long, I was disgusted by the customer service provided and decided to leave and go to a different fast food restaurant. How can the company allow this to be a common practice? And if it is not common practice, why would a manager claim it would be? This entire experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth about returning to your establishment as I don’t wish to be ridiculed further. I thought ordering on the app would mean it would be a fast transaction and I could get on with my evening, instead, I spent over 45 minutes waiting in the car park for food I still haven’t received

I am not normally writing reviews but this time I feel I have to, just got an order wich the name is " Gravy Triple Bucket" today 20th November 2022 which arrive in time but is missing items on it.. no mini filets, supose to be 8 hot wings and there is just one, no regular popcorn came in the bag and also no drink which suppose to be a Pepsi Max 1.5L, and worse I had to pay £29.28 for something that did not came in my order, and last I call them and did not pick up the phone, really disappointed whit this brunch, not ordering from them ever again.. really bad service if I could give cero stars I will give it, worse experience ever.

Booking hadn’t been written down when we arrived. Waited 2 hours for main food which meant the people who didn’t have starters sat hungry for 2 hours. When it did come it was a mediocre dry burger. Had to pay for anything else to arrive on the plate. Over cooked fries cost £6.50 to eat with the burger. The place was empty so no excuse for how long it took. Empty on a Saturday night speaks volumes. Horrified at the cost for 2 adults and a toddler who just had a £5 dish of pop corn chicken. Never again!

St Albans road McDonald’s is a shambles… The food is vile, cold and just disgusting. The amount of times my order has been incorrect, the amount of times I have found hairs in my food and so on. If your in a rush, you’d be better off driving the extra 10 mins to the garston maccies or just go hungry

Queued up to get myself a salad at lunch time today 6th April. As it got to my turn to be served the guy behind the counter mumbled something at me when I said pardon he said where were u in the queue? There's a queue that starts at the back you know! Really rude and unprofessional I explained yes I know where the queue started I had waited my turn! He then said what do you want I order my food he chucked me a salad together said anything else as if he couldn't be bothered and looked absolutely miserable . I left feeling really annoyed as he had no manner with him and felt he was really rude to me. I won't return again

OMG, went in to get a bag of large chips to take home for the other half and myself. I wished I didn’t bother. Waited for about 10 minutes while the chips cooked, fresh I thought, how wrong could I be. For a extra large bag I paid £3-20, so expensive when I saw the size, I’ve had regular sized bags from other chips shops lager than their extra large but that’s probably the only positive. When we got home, the chips were black, green and rock hard like they used potatoes that was going off. After picking out 2/3 of the bad chips, we were left with a very small child hand full and I swear, these chips tasted stale and looked like they were fried again just to heat them up. Seriously these would have to be the most disgusting chips I’ve ever tasted and the quality was definitely well below poor. We had to throw them away, in fact I was that angry, I tried to get the telephone online and the number is incorrect so obviously you can’t complain so in the bin they went and a pizza was put in the oven. Afterwards I read the reviews and I advise you not to ever entertain the thoughts of getting chips from here, thank goodness I didn’t order any thing else. DO NOT USE.

Tried twice last year and I seriously do not know how they can be so vile and still be open. Shameful behaviour! management need to go back to school since they have no clue as they think it’s acceptable to sell what they do and I have heard the kitchen is disgusting also! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

very dissatisfied in my experience with this establishment. we tried ordering a pepperoni pizza online for a party and within 5 minutes it had reported that our order had been cancelled. when looking, they had not refunded our money and when trying to call the number went it straight to voicemail. we tried calling multiple times and even left voice messages however the calls were being declined instantly and our voice mails were not replied to. To anyone ordering proceed with caution!!!
