The girl who served us was rude and turned away to have a conversation with a colleague mid order. The food was average at best and half the customers didn't bother wearing masks at any time.

Estábamos deseando ir aquí para el brunch / almuerzo. Llegamos a las 12 del mediodía y nos sentamos y trajimos nuestras bebidas que teníamos previsto tomar con nuestro almuerzo. Después de 25 minutos no se nos había acercado por ninguno de los 2 empleados para tomar nuestro pedido de comida a pesar de que atendían a otros comensales que llegaban después de nosotros. Finalmente conseguimos llamar su atención y nuestra orden fue tomada. Otros 15 minutos y nuestra comida llegó y miembro del personal se fue. Entonces nos dimos cuenta de que no teníamos cubiertos y tuvimos que pasar por el mismo procedimiento tratando de llamar la atención. En este momento nuestras bebidas estaban frías o terminadas y tuvimos que volver a pedir con más gastos. Para ser justos, nuestra comida era buena y abundante, pero la ocasión fue tristemente ya estropeado. No puedo recomendar este lugar en absoluto y no vamos a considerar volver. Además, una camarera vestía jeans desaliñados y zapatillas sucias.

3rd time ordering from here.. everytime the food has been lovely but everytime there is something wrong (something missing) no peri peri sauce on my wrap or no wrap or no peri peri salt. Delivery says approx an hour but always takes minimum of an hour and a half so be prepared to wait (order early or collect). Rang up to say no wrap and they brang it round no questions asked within 15 mins but still no peri peri sauce... rang to ask where food is after 1 hour 20 and always get told it is on the way!. Will eat from here again but will no longer ask for delivery as 3 times is too much to get wrong.

We found the restaurant to be a little scruffy looking. I visited with my husband and children for a late meal on a long journey home. Due to the time of night around 9pm on a weekend there were a few unsavoury characters hanging around. My 11 year old needed the toilet so I decided it was safest to let him use the ladies with me. As we approached the door the cleaner stepped towards us and snapped "where's he going?" I said into the toilet. She said he can't go in there that's the ladies. I told her he is tall but is 11 years old and I don't feel it's safe going into the gents alone at that time of night and she stepped between us and said well he's not allowed in there he can go in here and before I could say anything ushered him into the disabled toilet. Firstly that is misuse of a disabled facility. Secondly since when is a child seperated from a parent by a member of staff?! Third, do McDonald's have a toilet policy stating children cannot go into the opposite gender toilet with a parent? Very dodgy territory for McDonald's and I'm honestly disgusted by it. My son was very embarrassed and we shall not be returning there. Have a word with your staff

The Gairloch Arms, una piedra angular cultural de larga data de Camberwell, pero no para mejor. Mi experiencia fue una facilitación sobre la 'comida callejera' experimental, me dijeron que los elementos olfativos del diesel y el alquitrán caliente solo ayudarían a mejorar los platos que se estaban preparando, y el personal de servicio se corrigió, los elementos de la calle sirvieron para eclipsar la comida. Un barbitúrico para adormecer el sufrimiento que estaba a punto de experimentar. Lo que comenzó como una tienda de 5 en nisa culminó en un solo plato, el único plato del día que me dijeron. Huevos a la Anger (¿francés???). De hecho, probé cada ápice de ira, o tal vez ese fue el golpe de la cuchara de madera que recibí al intentar devolver el plato. Los brazos de Gairloch son literalmente una experiencia invaluable y, sin embargo, en cada visita, pago un alto precio por mi salud. Le doy 4/5 hufs diesel.

What a shambles. Empty on a Friday night but no wonder The Bull a few doors down offers a great selection of food and drink. Never again. With bad management and decor this place won't last long. Avoid at all costs

At 9:05 last night, my daughter and walked up to the Goat after going to 5 other places who’d stopped serving food already. We were traveling and hadn’t eaten dinner yet and my daughter was starving. The place was dead. All of the tables outside were open. To our delight, the waiter told us that they were serving food until 11. So we asked if we could sit outside. Immediately a very rude woman stepped in front if him telling me that they only serve 21+ after 9 pm. I explained to her that we are asking to sit outside where no one else is, and are definitely not ordering alcohol. I communicated that we had not eaten all day and that every other place we’d been to is closed and we just wanted food. She refused to consider it. I will never step foot in that place again. I completely understand to have a policy like that when it’s a party scene with drunk people everywhere. But when the place is completely dead and you’re not even asking to sit inside, that’s just ridiculous. They should hire people with basic common sense and social maturity to make decisions.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be charged twice and be called a lier for it. I purchased a deal of 15 cookies for £10.49. I paid once and the machine said authorised but they told me that it didn't go through so I had to do it again. I questioned it at the time but she said no it hadnt and proceeded to bin a receipt saying 'we dont need that'. When I checked my bank, it confirmed payment twice. I sent evidence to the company and they said that the manager told them that they only sold ONE lot ( which i highly doubt) and will not give me back the money, the manager wasn't even there at the time!!!. So even by sending screenshots showing the payments taken twice, they are taking the word of their manager instead of written evidence from the bank!!. Absolute joke!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!

Ordered from uber eats, everything we ordered was semi okay, accept the burgers, I ordered the cheese stack and the patty was hard and burnt, bun was stale and hardly any sauce along with unmelted cheese, was very dry. Ordered donuts which unfortunately had all turned to mush and stuck together. Vegan burger was the same. Although the jalapeños poppers were great!.

Subway website says it’s open till 7. Went in at 6:15 and the girl behind the counter waved her arms and said they are closed.

I have been here a few times but won't be back. The place was packed with diners and even more delivery persons crowded in a small space. This may be a fire code violation to have a main exit blocked but the worst of it was the 20-minute wait for food you ordered on a kiosk. Needless to say, the food was cold and of poor quality. You should close the doors and limit the number of customers who can be properly and safely served.

We usually love Branos, but our recent delivery was a disappointment. The food arrived on time and was piping hot, but the chicken meals were bland, just burnt floury taste, no hint of the usual herbs and spices. One piece of chicken came without any skin or coating on it. There is an option to send the chef a message, we did but this was obviously not looked at. Time to find a different restaurant.

Good food so can recommend but the service isn't good and they talk to customers like rubbish so that is something they need working on.

Normally I wouldn't write a bad review for a small independent business but unfortunately I feel the need too as the food was well below par. I know it was coming towards the end of service but the last meal should be as good as the first. I won't be coming back. I wish the owner the best of luck in the future but he needs to up his game, taste his own food, and improve if he wants to succeed.
