Kfc in Woking

The worst chicken I've ever eaten. When you took it out of the bucket the skin and breading fell off. Definitely the worst KFC in Surrey

Spur of the moment decision. No queue know why ! For nearly 8 of your English pounds 3 not easily identifiable pieces of chicken ( poor quality pieces - broken bones etc ) a manky portion of chips and a fizzy drink . The coating on the chicken is not what I remember. The very small portion of poor quality chips ( off cuts and rejects ) were over coated in some spicy flavour . The drinks ‘bar’ had two taps for Pepsi max . They offered NO sugared option like Coke or Pepsi . No pepper sachet ! Overpriced rubbish - never again

The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yourself out KFC. Worst experience I’ve ever had in your branches.

Always very poor service from this KFC that has become even worse. Waited ten minutes as the only customer at the till - waiting for my order to be taken - and received zero service or acknowledgement. The single server was packing online orders for delivery drivers with no attempt to communicate with me or to take my order. I left without placing my order. There's no excuse for bad and disrespectful service and no excuse for poor management of the service area. The lack of basic good manners means I won't be going back.

hot wings！always！ lots of table ，big room，very comfortable in this kfc. It is close to the railway station, very convenient.

I ordered this menu which should have included chicken popcorn, but I didn't get them. I paid in vain. I will never buy from KFC again, it doesn't matter if it was a mistake or just stupid employees.

Upon entering this “fast food chain” the device is absolutely terrible. Not only did we wait over 20 minutes for a few hot wings but the mess is disgusting, in a middle of a pandemic and there spoons everywhere, which staff where walking over and not cleaning up, the floor was wet and a mop randomly laying on the floor, the staff are actually lazy laughing and joking around the manager has no customer service skills what so ever! Shrugging his shoulder saying “oh well”

I hate leaving bad reviews but i had stone cold chips, burger was horrible and i they forgot all the drinks. Also very expensive

staff dont listen i asked for mayonniase and a pot of beans with my chicken and chips. they disobeyed my request whereby they not give me mayonnaise and the pot of beans i asked for. Their English is terrible, very poor communication.

The food is good but the staff are slow and rude they keep messing up orders, ive asked for snack box with boneless chicken several times and they gave me something else like ffs!

Used the Just Eat app for this KFC. The food arrived a lot later than stipulated. Food was stone cold. Portion of chip size wouldn't have fed a mouse and we we're given the smallest pieces of chicken going. Owners of KFC should be embarrassed by this store.

Its rubbish ,cold food ,customer service??? Avoid , there's better cheaper places near here. If i had the franchise i'd be worrried!!!!!!

After standing in there being ignored by the 2 members of staff for about 15 minutes I gave up and left. McDonald's up the road were much more friendly.

I don’t like complain because people always do hard work but chicken box meal that I had was black and the chicken wings I couldn’t even touch because had a weird small..

I was stuck for food and although this restaurant was terrible the last time I visited but I thought I would give it a second chance. what a mistake. Girl serving was nice but that was about the best it would get downhill terribly from that good start. The seating area was really bad with food everywhere and had not been cleaned for hours. The bins were all overflowing with rubbish and it smelled. It was 7pm so had to eat inside not out of choice. Then the Fillet Burger was cold and had more mayo than chicken. Chips were nearly cold as well. Other parts of the meal were just as bad. Well you were even worse than last time I visited which is stunning and I will never return.

Working in the area stop in for what you would be easy chicken and chips found the chicken greasy and the chips cold not a great experience for KFC .

I've been to this particular KFC a handful of times only. I only go as sometimes for a treat my son and hubby like to have a KFC . I dread going here and each time I hope the experience is better than the last.. But it never is! It's so busy as the one other KFC in the area is no longer halal. The staff are abrupt, robotic and cut corners. Not all the staff are like this but the ones I've come across just do the bare minimum in order to get you out of the way to deal with the next customer. Twice they have assumed I'm an octopus and can carry all the meals and drinks on my own. They do not give an extra bag for the drinks and when I ask I feel like I'm being awkward. The latest time i was there (2 days ago) the lady didn't place the lids on the cups properly and squashed everything into a bag begrudgingly .. When I arrived home the cup had leaked, the bag was soaked and I was unaware.... I picked the bag up only for the whole cup of Pepsi to spill on my seat and on top of all the food.! I was so annoyed. The lid was ripped, this tells me she had placed it on with such force that it just came away on the drive home. They really need to think about the transportation of drinks. I dread doing to this place but its a fast food takeaway so I'm not sure that it's right to expect too much from them. It looks clean and well maintained.. But the service is not great... I wasn't going to review it but a few people have complained to me about it also therefore I felt inclined to write something. Next time I'll send someone else to go get KFC.. I don't want to go there again. :(

Have been here before, that time they had no chicken on the bone. Today they have no hot wings or ketchup. They got our order right this time but it took a long time.

I suggest that if you have a take away from KFC Woking, that you check your order is complete before you leave the shop. I have had items missing twice now. NOT Happy to deal with the fallout of unhappy children.

Made the mistake of going here. Food was dry, cold and badly prepared. Staff were far from friendly and I have to wonder .....What has happened to KFC?

I had a two piece variety meal and it was the normal fare, as expected and I enjoyed the meal - no complaints there.

Service needs to be friendlier and more professional. Dining area needs to be cleaner too. Fries portion was half empty.

Food is badly prepared and slightly cold when served. They also don't know if your eating in house or taking away. The seating area is a complete mess, the bins are full to the top and bits of food on the floor and the tables aren't cleared. It's a complete mess

Waiting 10 minutes to be served in a queue of six people plus almost another ten minutes to be given a standard food order suggests terrible customer service values.

The staff are friendly. Overall I would recommend, the chicken is delicious and the chips as well. For a take away it's one of the best in the area

Stopped off here last night after getting off the train at Woking station and wanted a chicken burger and chips, what a mistake!

Staff really friendly and helpful to accommodate what we wanted as not on menu. Shame the food was not hot.

Ordered takeaway and did not receive what we ordered. Staff need to pay attention so customers receive what they ordered. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave the shop

El lugar está muy sucio, los suelos están cubiertos de basura detrás del mostrador y en el taller. El personal es grosero y en condiciones poco higiénicas, la mayoría jóvenes que buscan desaliñada parece que no quiere estar allí. Lo pis ** me d una y otra vez es la calidad de la comida en particular. La comida siempre es fría cuando compramos a granel y sabe como s ** t, hay incluso un gerente de trabajar aquí? A menudo me pregunto si las existencias se gira demasiado, sabe ido y fuera de fecha. El colmo fue hoy cuando me paré allí rápidamente para conseguir una krushem y nos dimos cuenta de que casi todos sus permitamos estaban llenas de polvo y suciedad. Son izquierda y sucias y no son probablemente binned y sustituida cuando el día está hecho. Tuve señalamos a un trabajador de Europa del este que no podía entender lo que estaba diciendo y terminó perdiendo la compostura. Es simplemente repugnante, soluciónalo! ! ! ! Han perdido un cliente.

When I eat here I found the food quality to be only okay, nothing wrong but have definitely had better

The manager took my order and got it completly wrong. insted of tropicna juice he said i ordered cocacola juice??? i did not know that thing even existed. afterwards he served me something completely different from wht i ordered initially and when he corrected it he overchrged me.when i asked to recalculate the amoun he initially said it will be the same before he realised he had overcharged me and gave me some money back . he tried to give me the wrong receipt which again when i showed him he said it will take too long to make another eeeipt. For al this i was deemed to be a trouble maker!!!!

i don't think i have ever visited this particular KFC and had either queue of people out of the door or teenagers hanging around. the food is always hot usually cooked to order.

Nothing new. as always same old kfc food.they should be a bit more imaginative. Fries as always are bad at KFC

Went on a busy Saturday, had difficulties finding a table but that was not down to KFC. Meals for two served very quickly and accurately, cashier understood and spoke well too.

I love the taste and the fact it is my only fast food place I now visit. You know exactly what you're getting. Only thing that let it down was the fact the fries weren't very hot. The chicken was fine and especially with gravy. The only way to go

as the title suggests, its kfc. its not a night out after the opera. the place is clean. the staff, if they can understand you are friendly enough. prices are to be expected. my only grievance is that it is a halal establishment.

Not really sure why I keep returning here as time and time again the order is wrong, the chips are cold, ordering is a chore when you have to repeat yourself constantly as the member of staff doesn't fully speak English and they seem understaffed during lunch times resulting in long waits. With so much competition around you'd think that they would step things up but no. This has been like it for years, it's annoying, it's frustrating and why standards are not checked here is baffling. Too hit and miss to try again.

Usual KFC fare of greasy chicken and chips - a guilty pleasure. Good for sitting in or when on the go. Recommend trying two hot wings for £1.99.

Still trying to find a good KFC branch in UK after having tasted much better quality and flavour in Germany, Dubai, Doha, Pakistan. This branch seems to dish out 90% dried chicken pieces. Better luck with the burgers but its also hit and miss with the chicken filet being dry. Cold chips are standard unless you complain and you will get hot ones then. Surprising as KFC HQ is around the corner and would have hoped this to be their flagship branch but no luck. Do not even bother going late evenings if you are the only one sobber as the quality really hits the floor but then again so are the clientele at this time of the day after getting drunk. ..

Well....good service and the wonderful taste that is of the KFC variety. Can't go wrong! Will be going back as always

I have always found the service on the Chertsy Road KFC standard, its convenient to be able to pull up outside if you are taking away. I agree with the below review though, you do need to check all is in the bag before you leave!

come here quite often and noticed its a hit and miss at best. in the late evening the chicken is inedible but usually ok. Always get cold fries but they give you fresh ones as soon as you complain. they could pay more attention to detail when making the burger. When I do take aways, I always check now as they often forget sides and dips which is annoying to discover are missing when reached home and about to tuck in. overall its ok

I don't mind a KFC at times but the store in Chertsy Road is always slow. Its a painful experience to watch them sometimes. The food is frequently only warm as well.
