KFC - Beckton in City of London, Westminster

El establecimiento de comida más asqueroso y sucio en el que he estado y he comido en todo el mundo, incluidos los países del tercer mundo. Todos los cuales eran 1000 veces mejores que este lugar. Los baños de caballeros estaban bloqueados y desbordados. Los estándares de higiene eran tan bajos que este lugar necesita cerrarse o quemarse. Estoy atónito de que el Consejo de Londres permita que este lugar funcione.

Este solía ser un lugar muy agradable para comer, pero ahora desgracia absoluta tuvimos que pedir que se limpiaran las mesas y cuando lo hicieron simplemente limpiaron lo que había en la mesa en el piso que estábamos gob smacked no volverá más. La comida no es la misma, no tan agradable como antes.

Wow a little lemon moist hand wipe….thought they was discontinued years ago……on opening they was bone dry it was like unfolding a piece of paper! Lucky I asked for a spoon as there wasn’t one in the bag and I would have had to drink my beans 🤯🤯come on beckton you can do better than that ……. The moist wipes have been discontinued for ages …..they probably didn’t have no serviettes…..so just chucked them in the bag as a replacement 4fs ……. 🤯🤯🤯

I had lodged a complaint several months ago regarding beyond terrible customer service, lack of basic hygiene and excessive talking, less work amongst staff. An overall horrible experience. I was given a guarantee that there would be a change but after today I may never return to this particular branch again. £70 worth of food got me and my family burnt, cold pieces and upset stomachs. One could have easily mistaken the chicken strips to have been rocks with how hard they were. Honestly extremely disappointed, would most definitely advise eating anywhere but at this KFC.

Terrible service, asked cleaners to clean 3 times, after expressing my frustration, was ignored every time. Had to eat where people's chewed on leftovers were on the floor. Food was cold and overcooked, workers unorganised and talking more than catering to their customers. Not enough sauces, overall horrible experience would not suggest coming here at all.

Fast food is supposed to be fast food! 1hr wait in the drive by. Cash counter not working. They take the order in the queue after a huge wait they won’t make the food until you go round and pay! That took another 20 mins! Service has gone downhill! How are they still open? Why doesn’t KFC head office do anything??

I visited kfc beckton drive through last night. They food I was served was so cold is unbelievable that no one is checking what they giving out?? I phoned them and left message couldn't come back as I was already on A13 towards home. I was so furious .

Wast of money, rude staff. 20 years I have been living close to this KFC Beckon and tried many times as this is the only one have drive through and every time very disappointed.

I went to the drive through and was waiting for 5-10 minutes before being asked to drive back around for the worst food I’ve ever eaten. When I arrived the workers were unresponsive at ordering point. I drove around to the final window where I saw all the employees sitting in the restaurant on their phones. When I was finally served the food was stale, cold and disgusting. I’ve heard bad reviews from friends and family about this particular branch but this is the first time I’ve experienced it myself. The drive through used to be busy, especially late at night and I wondered why it isn’t anymore? It’s because the food at this KFC is absolutely disgusting and the staff are even worse. Avoid even if starving, it’s not worth it.

I order KFC regularly and there’s always something missing. If it’s not my drink, it’s my sauces or they gave me a completely wrong order. I keep on ordering because I genuinely love KFC but this is too far. I have asked to be refunded many times and they have successfully refunded me but now it has come to a point where they refuse to refund me anymore because allegedly “I’ve asked for too many refunds” as if it’s my fault that they keep on messing up my order.

Im really disappoints by beckon calps gate KFC stuff. I have ordered 3 zinger tower meals u fortunately when I come to pick up poiny they gave me 2 meal.but i ordered 3 meals. Therefore they force me to go and pay 3rd meal again. Im surprised kfc manager told me to reverse my car and go to order point again which is shocking how could reverse the car while i was waited to pick up point i dont think so any low told me to say that legally i can reverse and than he asked me to take my card inside the kfc to pay the amount for the 3rd meal. How could i trust him to hand over my debit/credit card. I think kfc should keep a card machine to pick up point if they made any mistakes so they can take payment straight way. At last the stuff were very rude and professional.

I went to this KFC to take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out offer and expected absolute chaos (as we have seen over this period) I allocated more than enough time and expected long queues, terrible customers service and rushed food. However, I was shocked at how organised they were in this busy period. There was a long but orderly queue outside to ensure that there is no over crowding inside. The que moved very quickly. Once inside, ordering was pretty quick due to the self service check-outs. Food was received pretty quickly. Of course I expected some missing bits in my bag, but shocked to see everything was accounted for. I even managed to get a nice seat, which was cleaned by the dedicated attendant. The food itself, was fresh and I had no complaints. Chips were hot, all food was hot and fresh - unlike other KFCs where the flavour is hit and miss, chicken too salty etc. The branch of KFC seemed adequately staffed. I am writing this review as I was very surprised at how organised this place was today and also I would like management to be aware that this needs to continue. Some of the other KFCs in the area are truly shocking and I will be coming to Beckton more often.

Home delivery ordered direct via KFC website rather than 3rd party. Delivery was quick but order was sent without the 2litre bottle of drink. Delivery driver just shrugged his shoulders. Only way to complain is via phone number.

Deadfood with dead customer service. Nothing more to be said. Worst KFC around London hands down. Needs to be removed and replaced with a Burger King or suttn

I went there with my son as he really likes eating KFC food.. he ordered the mega box meal and I had the chicken hit wings meal. I felt that the chicken wings had a heavy crusty coatiing which I really didn't like. I just felt that it doesn't have that KFC taste.

KFC is my kids favourite, this place is nice and clean and the stuff provide a good service. We are always happy to go there even though at times it can get really busy.

Visited this kfc few times as this branch served halal. Every time I visit i found some problem like service , longer waiting , food missing , chicken or wing burn . The staff and the manager need more training for customer service.

The shop floor has been revamped to make it look bright and airy and spacious on arrival. But once seated you realise the kiddy size tables are not very practical to place your food on if your in a group of 4 people or more. The table was attended to quickly by the janitor who wiped the table down with sanitary products. In doing so all the crumbs had fallen on the bench we were to be seated. We had to ask her to wipe the bench and it felt ok. Other than that dont bother ordering a box meal as to save on cost it no longer comes in a box as advertised. Plenty of sauces provided at the till without having to do a GCSE exam as to how many sauce sachets we had asked for. The drink was not as fizzy as we would have liked. But thats the gambleto you take when you place a meal order with a dispensavle cup drink. They did put ice inside the drink as standard but see separate posts on Youtube for hygiene issues with ice. The food itself was nice and hot and served to us promptly. Parking is very crammed a bit like the seating area. Your soo close to another table you need to brush passed them until you reach the nice and wide aisle area at the entrance leading to the front counter. I did not visit the toilet area and cannot comment. Felt more comfortable to ask for wet wipes to wipe hands until I reached home to wash them. Yes they counted 1 wipe per person. Hope this review helps

Pretty sure all of the employees are allergic to Krushem's because they never have any. I ordered a BONELESS banquet and when I got home they had given me three wings??? with big full on BONES in them. How does one purchase a BONELESS banquet and get wings??? The workers are clearly thick and take about 10 minutes to answer the machine where you order which is covered in flies, bit disgusting really. Also unsure whether the rats that run around there are employed or if the manager is too busy drinking all of the Krushem's to get rid of them

What a joke the drive thru is ! It is badly situated and blocks up all entry to McDonald’s entry ! Who designed it needs shooting it’s been like it and still hasn’t been sorted ,

I used to visit often because Halal food, unfortunately it has fallen below the standard due to bad service.

My kids love the yummy 😋chicken & mini burgers from KFC and since this is a halal, we eat there often. The drive through is a bonus when it's not too busy😊.

This place is always running out of basic things as chicken sauces drinks Second time I get a dry burger because they are out of sauces DONT GO, you never know what will be available

The restaurant is not well presented. Very long queues because the staff either not attending or lazy. Stuff lying around and not as clean as you would expect a KFC to be.

Exactly what you would expect from KFC. Sometimes the service can be annoying, but it is a fast food joint so really there should be no expectations. Food is standard KFC.

Spent almost half n hour to order my food and when we got our food it was luke warm! Ordered a burger and some wings, burger wasn't all that and wings were stone cold! Didn't even finish all of it coz I feared I will have stomach ache and guess what.. I had to call in sick for the work very next day!

I have used this KFC few times, and always had hoped they would improve but unfortunately this is worst KFC around. Service is very poor, hygiene is extremely poor, staff is unprofessional and always look tired. Poor seating area, unclean toilets. Long drive through queue. It seems the franchise owner is not ready to spend a single penny on cleaning and hygiene inside and outside the place.

Always busy, long que before get the service. Food quality is good because of footfall and drive thru. The place could do with more cleanliness. Staffs try their best to help out. Will go again for food, possibly to get takeaway....

When we buy meal for family more often than not something is missing - today both my kids meals had the side and their innocent tube missing. It's not cheap getting KFC and it just gets really annoying paying for stuff and not getting or double checking the order especially when it's taken forever to get order and you are holding everybody up.... think it might be better just not to buy KFC anymore

Went out to eat out with my family of six (3 grown ups and 3 children) on Sunday 18th December 2016. All grown ups had boneless chicken and chicken break, we all suffered nausea, vomitting ans stomach cramps. All kids were okay because they ate chicken wings. Watch out for this!

I visited this restaurant with the family and was deluged with the service from Natalie, She was warm and friendly and although busy she took the time to make sure the whole family had just what we wanted Big thanks Evo and family

The queue for this place is ridiculous, and that's whether you are in the car or inside the 'restaurant', if you can call it that.Food quality is so so: sometimes it'll be nice, but more often than not, it'll be below average and just about edible.You pay for what you get, I guess.

As the title suggests I have paid a visit and not received any clean-up stuff or salt, I was treated to a long conversation between the girl serving me and her collegue, shame as the food wasn't too bad

Contrary to some of the other comments mine has been a pleasant experience except the queue, that can't be helped as this is one very popular takeaway, all of my food and drink was of a more than acceptable quality and so it should with the number of people using this reataurant

It's near the shopping centre which is the only good thing however the staff can be unfriendly and the place is not clean at times.

If the staff on night duty don't want to be doing those hours, then don't do it. This is the second and last time I'm experiencing food given to me with all the condiments and serviettes chucked in together. Your staff are disrespecting your customers. What else are they doing to the food? I don't have this if I visit there during the day. This is the last time anyway.

The restaurant seems to be a permanent home for big flies that you cannot even eat without them going around you and your food. Needs the pest control van ASAP.

I must have used this restaurant approx. a dozen times when staying in Beckton as there isn't a great deal else local and every time you think it cant get any worse. Drive through is slow, you always have to repeat yourself several times to the operative, a lack of customer service or just not listening I am never sure. Staff ALWAYS, tend to throw the food at you at the next window and overall there is just no customer service what so ever, I am not sure on the training process KFC undertakes but for the lack of customer care alone I would avoid and I can safely say this is the worst KFC I visit,

On arrival my partner went to order our food and I went to find a table. EVERY table was filthy...! There was absolutely no staff around to ask for assistance so I ended up finding a cloth and cleaning spray and cleaned my table. My partner complain only to be told that there were two clean tables and we should go sit there. We had no apology and when a member of staff finally came to clean the other tables (half hearted), the staff stared at us throughout our meal. This was a horrible experience, just avoid it. I actually thought KFC cared about their brand and product!!

I visited KFC last week on a saturday, I wasn't happy with the slow service from the staff and the food was okay, the restaurant was not clean, tables all dirty. The toilets were also not at the standard. I use to love this place but its not very attractive anymore.

I visited this restaurant with family on 1st July 2015 with my family. The restaurant was very busy with queues up to the door. There were 3 people serving and were very very slow. I waited over 30 minutes to be served and even an apology in sight. The burgers had no lettuce and were squashed and did not even look or taste fresh. The restaurant was very dirty, tables were left unclean with rubbish on them. This was the third bad experience I had at this restaurant. I can gladly say this will be my last visit. Nothing has changed at this place for a long time.

You know i am not really a fussy person and would not ever imagine having to do a review on kfc as i am mostly satisfied or extremely happy with my kfc meal, Except when visiting this branch.Every single time for the past year ( twice a week ) me and my family have taken the drive through option and we order the same thing £9.99 bucket ( NO BREAST REQUESTED ) and what do they do fill it with breast which goes in the bin.no matter haw many times i moan and tell them they don't listen, i am sick of wasting my hard earned money on something i don't want, we are always left disappointed,When we do go in the branch to eat its fine, but when we order wings its always dry and seems that its not fresh. the staff on the other had are very polite.

i visit this kfc about 6 times a year, whats happened, it used to be so good, lovely pieces of chicken, and good service, i have just been in there, and the place is alive with flies, they are all around the food, the toilets absolutely reek, i will be going into the macdonalds next door from now on.

Lots of flies inside.Quality is poor and not exactly cheap at £5.99 for a meal either. Staff usually get the order wrong as well.

The drive thru is open until early hours of the morning perfect for those late night snacks. Food is great and the service is fast.
